A bike ride after leg training will simply kill your gains. Read up on AMPK and mTOR relationships. Those guys just took a fuckload of steroids and were in the gym all day. Hard not to get big.

There’s a fitness content creator named Kneesovertoes that covers hyper extension with the knees, and how it’s actually quite healthy for your joints…. When done correctly. Now, I wouldn’t throw 300+ lbs on a hack squat and do what Tom and kneesovertoesguy does, but some extension never hurt nobody.
I was at my local gym once, trying some moves I saw in Pumping Iron, one of the trainers there saw me and said don't try that stuff in this gym, if I see that again I will kick you out personally.
Honestly a lot of this stuff with the leg extensions look like great ways to injur yourself. Leg extensions as they are can be hard on the knees. I really messed up one knee doing these, I doubt I'll ever do them again.

I learn the Art of doing Squats and loving it thanks to Mr Platz. Legend. I always had scary of squats because of the back pain or injury but I figurte it out by my own, now 3 weeks later from starting I do 132 on olympic bar, 6 or 7 sets . I fking love it

I've been doing my hack squats Tom Platz style for a while now with good results. It's a good burn in outer quad. I have healthy strong knees with no problems at all. I get lots of questions about the unusual style but they do work well.
