@@leevosh the new tech looks nice and sleek but a gym full of it is very commercial. I would prefer a mix of everything because there’s good machines from every company and vice versa.

Nice to see the Smith in action. As an old geezer who trains alone, the Smith provides for me safety, rehab capabilities, and excellent resistance. (I’ve been weight training since 1966 and have used just about every type of exercise equipment. The Smith is really great.)

Evogens liquid glycerol is awesome but for those that cannot afford just get foodgrade vegetable glycerin. You can get a gallon for cheap and its nearly the same. One tbsp in pre and one tbsp intraworkout. Pumps are crazy.
There is something about Hani's athletes that makes them look so unique. There is a freakishly fullness to their physique that I don't see in other athletes.

Panatta equipment has some of the best pieces. Their pullover machine and some of their shoulder machines are the best machines I’ve ever used
