Made this last night my husband was licking the pot😂. I used pumpkin seeds since I didn’t have enough of our Naija melon seeds.
Since my hubby love greens I used a mixture of spinach and collard greens.
Also, I opted out of Shaki but used the rib meat, stock fish and left over hard chicken 😅

The soup looks yummy. Egusi soup sure has several methods of preparation.
Adding the crayfish and onions first into the meat broth like you did and everything else afterwards is one I will try soon. I like adding Ugu and Uziza leaves .

You and I know that there will be no asoebi! Right? This is my favorite channel. I love how you do it because I have a hard time doing things without understanding why and how. You are the only one who applies science to your cooking. My husband tells me cooking with science is not really cooking. Well, I know it is! He is a good cook and doesn’t complain . So if you stop, hahaha, I am TOAST!😅

    • @FloChinyere
