    Well done ma'ma
This is an observation : when steaming your beef or goat meat, u don't add water immediately but put all ur ingredients without water, put it on fire, allow it to boil for 10 mins, before adding ur water.
This method will help the meat tests better

I'm going to try this @SisiYemmieTV. I'm Ghanaian but craving egusi soup. My Nigerian friend made it for me one time and I fell in love so now I'm going to try it. It reminds me of our kontonmire stew with agushi (same as egusi). Only difference is we use less of the melon seeds.

Infact, If I could like this video a million times, I would. I already make my egusi soup with a stew base but I learnt a few more tricks from this video like grilling the goat meat, using scent and ukazi leaf, dicing extra pepper and most importantly, going for the un-ground egusi so I can wash myself before use (I have never really considered that it could be dirty, so a big thank you there!). Please can you teach us how to grill the cat-fish?? Pleaaaaaaaaase (in a baby's voice), Tanchu.
