I think it depends on which part of Naija you are from… all my Igbo friends call it soup, all my Yoruba friends call it‘stew’ . It’s all good. We Naija pipu understand each other. Beautifully cooked! Now I’m off to make my own Egusi stew/soup….. thanks for sharing ❤❤❤
If you want to grind tge pepper for the meat, grind it. Don't put it whole. It's flavour will not be noticed except its sliced or grinded. Well done though.
