The problem with food in the US is that it has been modified, added preservatives, sprayed with pesticides so it can last a long time on the shelves. Once you travel abroad in Europe and Latin America. The food is tasty, the fruit is not as sweet as the American ones, and the vegetables have more flavor and are fresher. The same goes with meat, seafood, chicken and others. The size of the chicken is half the size of the US chicken, I'm sure those chickens were fed with grow hormones to grow fast

Most doctors don't study how food effects health. Last week, my husband's dr told him to eat whatever foods he likes to help him get rid of Anemia. I said he need to improve his diet with foods that cure Anemia. She said I was wrong that diet has nothing to do with it. Later, I told him to see another dr.
I was taught from a pathologist 40 yrs ago that if an adult male has anemia, it is some sort of cancer until proven otherwise. Diagnostic tests need to be done to find a cause. Would be rare that diet is the cause. Blood loss or lack of red cell production more likely.
Jack LaLanne cured my anemia. He told me to eat raw liver, which was kind of gagging me, so he said to take desiccated liver, a good name brand supplement, organic grass-fed desiccated liver. It cured an "incurable" anemia. I was in my thirties at the time and now I'm pushing 80. I love Jack LaLanne
I'm 58, 6'2, and weighed a whopping 264 lbs back in October of 2023. My body was riddled with osteoarthritis, and I've recently endured three major reconstruction surgeries as a result of it, two spinal fusions, and a partial left shoulder replacement. I also have a bad right knee that's bone on bone that the doc says will eventually require surgery. I've had to have five teeth pulled due to gum disease that no matter how much i brushed, flossed, rinsed, dental pic, etc. I just couldn't seem to get on top of the problem. I was a hot mess and fading fast. I heard about the carnivore /keto diet last September and decided to give it a go. I also stopped eating out as often, no alcohol, moderate exercise. Long story short, I've lost 36 lbs since October and feel great! I've got another 30 to go, and there's no doubt that I'll get there. My gum disease all but vanished, and my arthritis is not as big a problem as before. I still have to take the occasional Tylenol/ibuprofen cocktail for pain, but nothing like before. The best part about this diet is that it's not really a diet at all. I would consider it an elimination diet to be more accurate. You can eat as much as you want. I never really feel hungry anymore. I could go on and on about the benefits of carnivore/keto and how it saved my life. I've read hundreds of cases of people with stories similar to my own. So, check it out if you haven't already!
Try using Cordyceps for inflamation. I use MRM brand and it works great for back pain that was bothering me. Usually works in a few days when I need it. Take one in morning when you get out of bed and one before bed. Do that for about a week and if feeling better just do one in the morning. I had a hard physical job and my back was killing me.Hard to even get out of bed. Almost quit my job. After about 3 days of starting Cordyceps I felt much better and stayed with that job another 20 years. I could stop taking it after I'd been feeling good for awhile and if I strained my back again I could take it again. Then I thought it better to use as a preventative and took one every morning. I found that if I strained my back it wouldn't hurt for a couple of weeks usually like it did without it. Usually I would feel the hurt it again damn it , but in an hour it was better and not much of a problem because it blocked the inflammation from taking hold. Big difference. If you want to try it , order online for best price of about 12 bucks for 60 capsules. MRM Cordyceps. Works for not only me, but I told my work buddies and other people I met to try it. Positive results and a lot of thank you from them. It's cheap to try so what do you have to lose by trying it?
@TheWhale45 Sugar from a natural source shouldn't be harmful. Freshly squeezed oj and grapefruit juice aren't bad. Cane sugar and high fructose corn syrup are harmful though.
@@Zee-zj2uh Neither of those are harmful unless you are mainlining them. That's what people don't want to talk about. The amount of food they consume... Of course, she won and I was$forced to have a smoothie every morning. Finally, she understood, but not until she was pre diabetic. Now, we're trying to reverse her insulin insensitivity. Doc, I'm so happy you made a video like this! I've been watching and reading other doctors in the last 15 months since I had heart attack, 2 stents, learnt I was diabetic type 2, had essential hypertension and a 19 x 25 mm tumor in my right side temple. In 7 months following this same information, without pills, I dropped over 90 pounds (from 108 kg to 68 kg now), cured completely my diabetes, my A1c from 10.4 is now 5.3 - some months even 4.7, fasting insulin from 11 to 1.64 to 2.60 (trying to keep it under 3), CRP 0.3 to 1 (I do extensive blood tests with many other markers every single month on the same date), cured completely my hypertension, and surprisingly cured completely the tumor (this happened after my second 5 day water fast - autophagy at play I guess). And I'm keeping these results for 7 to 8 months already. Right in the hospital I decided I won't follow the pharmaceutical medicine and instead I'd turn to holistic medicine, and that's how I landed in the keto diet camp, the intermittent fasting and the occasional extended water fasts. I stopped all wheat and sugar products right after hospital, and I watched my weight dropping like stone every week after week. I hope, I'm almost certain, that my atherosclerosis is getting better with low carb high fat, intermittent fasting and extended water fasts (which I do bunch of them every month - from 36-48 hours to 10 days and anywhere in-between). I'm saving money to make the 3 tests - CT scan, CAC score, and carotid ultrasound. I stopped the statins 8-9 months ago, also the baby aspirin. Eat lots of omega 3 and other anticoagulant and anti-inflammatory fats and foods. I hope to prove my cardiologist wrong, he's still stuck in the cholesterol statin paradigm like almost all of them, not wanting to hear anything else about my health and about what doctors like you have to say like in this video. Btw, your video about your atherosclerotic cure was among the first ones I stumbled on when I started self-educating myself and since then I watch your videos regularly. I keep reading books and articles by other like minded doctors like you, and watch videos of them speaking every single day for the past 15 months. Thank you so much doc! God bless you and your family!! Btw, I'm from Bulgaria :) I'm writing and quoting you often on my facebook page and people like it.

Fructose in intolerable amount can affect our mitochondria. Dried fruits are more fructose-laden than normal fresh fruits. Fructose intolerant people may get NAFLD, and if not reverse, can lead to Steatohepatitis (NASH). Glucose helps mitochondria create energy but glucose intake in intolerable amount also affects the mitochondria, liver, pancreas, blood and kidneys. Watch what you are eating and in moderation is the key. Mindful eating with a good combination of foods to minimize the impact of too much glucose or fructose.

And yet all that you mentioned are also greatly contaminated and/or polluted. Safest bet: become a Energarian. From quantum physics, all matter is composed of patterns of energy. Our thoughts are also made up of energy. So we use our thought energy to corral and absorb, from the unlimited universe, food energy before it's turned into matter. Sound crazy? Maybe, but saying "the world is not flat, but round" was crazy at one point in time, too.
Honey offers numerous health benefits, including its antioxidant properties, potential antibacterial effects, and ability to soothe sore throats and coughs. It also provides energy in the form of natural sugars and may have wound-healing properties when applied topically.
Most of those foods can be made healthy with proper limits & substitutions. We must think & learn the details. For example, steel-cut oats instead of oatmeal. Mostly understand that >1/2 of us 18 years & older have undiagnosed prediabetes. Given that, keep glycemic (processed) carbs to 100 gm/day. Then substitute or decrease the largest sources of glycemic carbs in that diet. It will usually be processed grain products.
Don't put much credence into all this foods hype. Mostly click bait. No one fully knows the body science responses. Use common sense. Everyone is an expert. They all can't be right. Follow the dollar. Science backed by any lobby or agenda is for profit. Not you and I. The human body is extremely resilient, and in moderation and will be just fine. I guarantee you, we come in contact with elements deadlier than sugar, and our bodies corrects them unbeknownst to us every day all day long. MODERATION. Enjoy your life. Use your head. When a doctor on a video says avoid mouthwash, because it's harmful to nitric oxide needed for athletic training??? Where does it all end?!?
He didn’t really answer your question 🙋♀️ so I will try 🙂. Here’s what I eat. Find einkorn flour (ancient wheat, non-GMO, low in gluten) in health food stores for very occasional baked goods. White rice occasionally. Make your own house vinaigrette, mayonnaise (use only the yolk), and tomato sauce. Eat only wild-caught fish. Oysters, sardines, crabmeat in cans are okay, but read the labels. Lemons, limes, apple cider vinegar, Redmond salt. Spices and dried herbs sparingly. Local honey, sparingly. High-quality dark chocolate (Lindt 85% has no soy lecithin). Keep unsweetened, whole-fat Greek yogurt and sour cream on hand. Use olive oil for salad dressing, not for cooking. Make your own tallow and lard. Eat nuts preferably packed in the shell still: pecans, walnuts, pistachios. Steer clear of peanuts and peanut butter. I use the “carb manager” app to make sure I keep the carb intake to 20-50 grams/day. I also don’t have breakfast until 11 am and don’t eat past 6 pm whenever possible. Hope this helps! ❤

It will be a lot healthier if you make the yogurt yourself. It's super easy and you control what kind of milk to use. I use grass feed whole milk, and Bulgarian yogurt as a starter. No sugar or additives, only half a cup of starter for a gallon of milk: 1- heat up the milk to 180f be careful not to let burn at the bottom of the pot. 2- let the milk cool down to 115f. 3- Add the starter and mix it well to remover lumps from the starter. 4- pour it into glass jars ( I use 8 ounce jars) and close them tight. 5- place the jars in a warm place then cover them with a blanket for up to 8 hours. I let mine ferment for more than 12 hours because I like my yogurt tangy. 6- after you reach the desired taste and texture, put the jars into the fridge. Yogurt thickens as it cools down. If you don't want to ferment it in glass jars, you have to use stainless steel pot.

I have prep foods stored...lots of rice, pasta, flour, and lentils/beans and I grow southern peas and pole beans. I`m hoping to get the soil repaired here well enough for potatoes and peanuts too. Beets won`t grow because of bad soil and bugs. I`m gonna try in pots with those and carrots.
Taking in bad bacteria causes stomach and health problems. Antibiotic causes health problems also. So I am thinking about why taking in good bacteria won't help us?
The sugars in fruits may be harmful if you're already eating a lot of ultra-processed junk food and refined carbs, but on their own they're pretty safe. It's also pretty much impossible to over eat on fruits. The thing about craving and people can't be eating just one slice of a fruit is a ridiculous statement because you can apply it about pretty much any food, like no one's eating just a slice of steak, or a single prawn.
You know, it takes alot of brains to be able to memorize so many cliche's AND properly apply them when giving a tutorial! I am totally impressed. And a bit bummed out, because this morning I had a blueberry and strawberry and keifer smoothie and a bowl of ground up Oatmeal with brown sugar and walnuts. I think the only thing good was the walnuts, cinnamon and turmeric powder. Ugh. What about Kimchee?
I developed dermatitis when i was 16. I also had severe acne. At 57, I stopped eating any food made from grain and in 5 days my dermatitis went away. My dermatitis acts up when I eat grain or starch that in 8 hours, my dermatitis returns.Keto saved my life.
So I'm left with the following question. If I cannot have oatmeal for breakfast, what is left? What CAN I have for breakfast? I assume not eggs, not toast or butter, not orange juice, not whole milk, not bananas. And dear God, not bacon. So what is left? We need a video about what you CAN eat. And I mean for breakfast since that is the meal that seems to be undergoing the most whiplash regarding what is "healthy".
Really 🤦 eat eggs the most recent study's show they are very healthy and are a true super food. They don't contribute to body's cholesterol your body makes about 80 percent. Look up video by Marry Rudrick, she is very knowledgeable on foods for human health.
You can have rolled oats and soak them overnight and add what you like to them to taste better (like nuts and seeds and even a few berries) as long as they are not sugar-loaded. Also eggs are good for you. It may come as surprising to many but there is only a little more saturated fat in eggs per 100g as there is in avocados. And eggs have so many great nutrients in them - as do avocados.
@@dennisward43 Denis, Do you have a link to "...there is only a little more saturated fat in eggs per 100g as this is in avocados". My previous breakfast was three eggs, bacon, and whole milk. I had a blood test and ApoB was 170, which was too high. The only other item high was LDL-C at 220. I've been told that my plaque levels are at the 70% percentile level for my age (0% good, 100% bad), so my conclusion is I need to lower my ApoB and LDL-C in the next blood test in 6 months. I'm searching for an alternative breakfast that lowers my cholesterol. Maybe I just go to 2 egg whites and skim milk, or maybe there is a better breakfast. I'm trying to sift through all the information to find that out. I want to see the scientific studies.

I eat Gluten-free, lactose free and Dairy-free. I eatvall natural fruits and vegetables, many that I grown on my own that are chemical- free. Most USA foods have too many chemicals and Samenella or Listeria despite the fact that they may be labeled Organic. Eating healthy is a real challenge in the USA. I have learned "Energy" testing to determine if certain foods are safe for me to eat. It works 95% of the time.

Be realistic. Who eats 6 tablespoons of honey in one sitting. That is not normal - a teaspoon in a herb tea. A quarter teaspoon to suck in the mouth for sore throats. Do people know that in America it is very difficult to find honey. It is legal to call sugar syrup, honey. I was totally with you until that point. bye
The figurative language (i.e. rattlesnake, -too many more to mention) that you used in this presentation was excellent-made the presentation much more interesting/entertaining. Does that come naturally to you (a gift)? or do you really need to think about it to come up with the figurative language ? (keep it up -it's great-it's very enjoyable not that I can relate to all of them since they relate to different parts of the country) The 10 Foods you listed are so promoted by the Food Companies to be so good for us (i.e. the oatmeal thing-over the top marketing). It's such a shame we keep being lied to all the time but thank God there's pioneers like yourself and others to tell us the truth with the facts/science/evidence base studies-no digital tomatoes being thrown here.
Most salient content. Ahh…the oatmeal controversy. This food appears to be the most controversial food out there. I have settled into an oatmeal regiment that seems to work for me. Start with 1/3 cup organic sprouted oats, soak in boiled water and drain. Add chia seeds, hemp hearts, almond butter, Ceylon cinnamon and top with blueberries. This concoction provides a nice balance of carbs, protein, fat, antioxidants and fiber. Thus slowing down the digestion of the carbs resulting in a more controlled glucose rise. Plus the added benefit of being satiated for hours.
I usually put about half a teaspoon about 3.5 Gr. with lemon juice in my tea. Now he's talking about 100 Gr of honey if I'm not mistaken that's about a 1/3 of a cup seems like that would be quite a bit to consume in a day unless being used in a cooking recipe in lieu of sugar.
Yes good question. I have become so tired of eating the same old bland diabetic meals I feel I am starving all the time. Actually I think I am starving, lol. Tried the silly eat 5 or 6 small meals a day and that was about as gimmicky as it gets.

I was surprised that you did not include white rice with a GI in the 70's or 80's. Maybe because most Americans don't necessarily consider rice "healthy". Yet, the Japanese who seem pretty health conscious in most respects consume more white rice per capita than in the U.S. AND have a lower rate of diabetes AND have the longest life expectancy on earth (excluding Hong Kong and Macau which are not countries and could be expected to consume a lot of rice anyway). So my point is, it all seems to be a lot more complicated than just what the glycemic index of certain foods is.
Both of my grandparents and parents lived almost to 100 years they all consumed white rice for breakfast, lunch and dinner and none of them had diabetic
Diabetes is on the rise in Japan. It’s one of the nations most affected by it. China, India and Pakistan also eat a lot of rice. They are also listed 1,2 and 3 of the countries with the most diabetes.
Yes, t2d is on the rise in those countries. Along with obesity. But you have to realize that it was not the case when traditional diets predominated. Most of the world is now being hit hard by giant corporations marketing ultra processed western junk food. I have no problem with Doc’s arguments in that respect. My problem is with his over simplification of food’s glycemic index. Another example: sweet potatoes. Normally considered healthy their glycemic index is 40-80 depending on preparation method. Healthy? Doc would have us believe that straight table sugar is better with a GI of 50.
Hi. What a wealth of entertaining southern similes, makes you want to listen to the end. However, you’re like the spectre at the feast. Give us something to chew on that will encourage us to change our ways and our menus.
Main thing to improve your health is to eliminate added sugar from your food intake. But added sugar is everywhere. High fructose corn syrup is in catsup and breakfast jellies. Also eat foods to have a healthy gut microbiome. Foods like peas beans and lentils. Fermented vegetables like pickles sauerkraut and kimchi. And whole rolled oats. Third, reduce the time interval for eating to 10 hours or less. Hope this helps.
What your picture shows are steel cut oats and rolled oats. They are nutritionally the same. Quick oats are rolled oats that have been pre-cooked and therefore have a potentially higher glycemic index. However you can achieve the same levels with steel cut or rolled oats simply by cooking them longer. Its all about the digestion and absorption speed. In the end, they're just....wait for it....OATS.
Don't know what krill oil is but I do eat 3-4 eggs each morning. Probably the best breakfast there is for diabetics I have found, along with any kind of meat including that villainized bacon. I do stay away from toast though, I eat very little breads of any kind.
Three years ago i decided to go on a keto diet. Since then it has changed a lot but the most important thing was eliminating sugar, and refined carbs. So gone are the pastas, breads, sugars, pizza, honey etc. It is not easy. Now I tend to be closer to carnivore and sort of keto, but everything on your list is basically gone. Am I perfect nope, but I also am lucky because I don't have health issues and do not take any medicines. I love pizza so about once a month I will have pizza. I still crave sugar all the time especially after dinner I feel like I need to have something sweet, so that's when I reach for water and keep sipping on it till bedtime. I've lost some weight, but I was never fat and I'm stable at between 118 and 120 and I'm 72 years old. The goal is to stay out of the doctors office.

I'm a big fan of Fage Total 5% fat yoghurt. 3 grams of naturally occurring lactose sugar per 100 grams. I perhaps eat too much of this stuff. I have started making my own plain yoghurts, fermenting for 12 hours + to try and reduce lactose further. I do wonder if cheddar cheese may be a better option, but I feel better on yoghurt.
Quick oats or quick-cooking oats are rolled oats that go through further processing to decrease cooking time. They're partially cooked by steaming and then rolled even thinner than old-fashioned oats ( 1 ). They cook within a few minutes and have a mild flavor and soft, mushy texture. "It's a common misconception that one type of oat is healthier than another," said Rizzo. "They are all actually identical in terms of their nutrition. The difference is how they are rolled and cut."

Hence the rampant rise of obesity in the USA, including diabetes, heart disease, colon cancers, and mental illnesses!🎉😮😢

I still have to take the occasional
Tylenol/ibuprofen cocktail for pain, but nothing like before. The best part about this diet is that it's not really a diet at all. I would consider it an elimination diet to be more accurate.
Cutting out carbs, sugar and processed foods has changed my life physically and mentally.
You can't live without sugar. Because that's what the body uses for energy.

In the comment section I see that a lot of people bought into what he said but as long as people comprehend what else to have with these types of foods so if they have a green smoothie with just a little bit of fruit in it and they have that after a light meal it's thoroughly completely fine but he doesn't tell that to the listeners.... I've lost respect for him after this video
The frequent use of analogies and similies is a southern trait. The best examples that come to mind are polar opposites, Ted Cruz and Dan Rather.

Honey is just what?
It happens to be the most natural and beneficial SWEETENER ever created by the Creator of the Galactic Heavens...And So if it's not "RAW HONEY" then you can say or make such a statement...The Almighty Creator of the Galactic Heavens doesn't make mistakes and according to the (Original BIBLICAL TEXT) Honey had a tremendous amount of benefits for humanity ... So a lot of what he's referring to is "I'm sure" processed foods because nothing created by the Creator of the Galactic Heavens for us to eat is harmful except for those things with man has added chemicals and so has been processed by man etc.etc etc...
How long did Adam live ? "900+yrs" And what was He eating? So over time men had changed the laws from its original state of affairs and things that were meant for our benefit...
But it's funny how people can change Things and it's funny how peoples Things can change...
Just like the biblical text has been changed from its original state of affairs to that of 3.000 differently CHANGED VERSIONS of the biblical text...

I remember reading a quote from Dr Robert Craft (developer of the insulin assay test) that says basically if a person has had a heart attack they either a type 2 diabetic or an undiagnosed type 2 diabetic. I now follow a carnivore lifestyle and have never felt better. Prior to my heart attack I was never tested for diabetes nor was I tested after the event. I finally have been tested but it was years after I went carnivore, it's perfect now since going low carb.
I don’t fully agree with number seven. I’ve been eating pineapple every morning and I have a very big problem with my health before this! I’ve been eating this I’ve been actually feeling better physically. Yes it does give me sugar but I believe this is good sugar that the body takes in better.
Everything in moderation I don’t think it’s bad to eat some fruits just don’t go eating fruits all day long !!!
My body responds quickly to too much sugar and I would physically fall apart if fruits were bad! I’m having high blood pressure pre diabetes issues and honestly the pineapple is helping me with my sugar cravings!! I don’t have them anymore! And I feel great about it!

I tried a mostly carnivore diet and saw my health improve, but as I started getting headaches, and other symptoms which felt like the flu, I found it necessary to start adding fruit, which brought my health back, but after trying to add oatmeal and honey, it caused my sinuses to become congested, and a sore throat. Sir can you please tell us what to eat?
Meats (and any animal product) sourced from a local regenerative farm; French or Irish cheeses; low-oxalate, organic, non-GMO, whole, unprocessed plant products, such as squash (all varieties), cucumbers, lettuce, avocado, mushrooms, cabbage, olives, capers, nonsugary pickles, Granny Smith or other old-fashioned apples, berries, peaches, and apricots in season, sauerkraut in glass jars (read the label to ensure it doesn’t contain junk).
Raw meat and bone marrow.

It will be a lot healthier if you make the yogurt yourself. It's super easy and you control what kind of milk to use. I use grass feed whole milk, and Bulgarian yogurt as a starter. No sugar or additives, only half a cup of starter for a gallon of milk:
1- heat up the milk to 180f be careful not to let burn at the bottom of the pot.

As a big fan, I strongly disagree with this video, it tends to look on foods in a vacuum, people don't eat whole grain bread alone, eat it with eggs, avocado, labneh and EVOO, and the GI will crash, same with pasta, a tomato sauce with some beef for example.. we should look at the meal as a whole.
As for fruits, I strongly disagree as well since all the scientific evidence we have suggests that eating whole fruits reduce the risk of chronic disease, including diabetes and NAFLD despite the sugar content, maybe because the low calorie density and fiber content, who knows.
Thanks for sharing that. We knew we would get pushback. Yes, these are foods, not meals. And we are mostly concerned with warning people about foods that sound healthy - but can be dangerous in the wrong situation.

@dogmutty2 Glycation is a non-enzymatic reaction where sugar molecules bond with proteins or lipids without the control of an enzyme, Since glucose is consistently present in the bloodstream, glycation occurs continuously in everyone, but managing blood sugar is important in this matter, about liver fat, as long as the individual don't get fat, the liver fat should not increase, unless this individual consume high sugar and alcohol, which is not in our context

Absolutely! Taking food away from people is not very constructive.
If you’re a carnivore you can have eggs cooked in butter and bacon or sausage. Then ignore your cholesterol because they say it doesn’t matter.

Then what to eat Dr.😮

I was surprised that you did not include white rice with a GI in the 70's or 80's. Maybe because most Americans don't necessarily consider rice "healthy". Yet, the Japanese who seem pretty health conscious in most respects consume more white rice per capita than in the U.S. AND have a lower rate of diabetes AND have the longest life expectancy on earth (excluding Hong Kong and Macau which are not countries and could be expected to consume a lot of rice anyway). So my point is, it all seems to be a lot more complicated than just what the glycemic index of certain foods is.
My guess would be that the Japanese consume far less sugar in their diets than many other cultures. They can tolerate the impact of rice.
Both of my grandparents and parents lived almost to 100 years they all consumed white rice for breakfast, lunch and dinner and none of them had diabetic
Totally agree! They need more research. A very important piece is missing in this scientific puzzle.

Dr Brewer, are talking about processed orange juices or fresh orange juices?
All JUICE 👿. EAT THE WHOLE FRUIT. IN MODERATION 💜
Scrambled eggs with 4 gms of krill oil
Amazing
Don't know what krill oil is but I do eat 3-4 eggs each morning. Probably the best breakfast there is for diabetics I have found, along with any kind of meat including that villainized bacon. I do stay away from toast though, I eat very little breads of any kind.
@@ckstaffKrill is a Small Crustacean that Whales feed on.

Thanks for the truth, you deserve a billion views +.
Thanks Dr Brewer!
Raisin Bran carbs are off the charts!
Used to be my favorite growing up!
I love it when he says: like the bouncer at the club, like neon sign in the desert night, shaking like a fiddler on the roof, like traffic cop at the busy city 😂. Bottom line: READ, READ, READ labels!
I understood, the primary negative risk with Sucralose is that it kills gut bacteria, similar to taking a dose of antibiotics. Is this true?
Absolutely!
Check Web MD it has a list of what it does to the gut and DNA. The findings came out in July of last year.
Leaves a bad after taste for me, pass.
I instantly have solved the problem . I do not eat anything anymore. 😂
What about rice and potatoes.
Same
Good question
Carb BOMB !!
