    Thank you! Love how you explain and talk through your cooking videos. Love your accent too! I just went out and bought the Speedi because of this video. Still sitting in the box, just carried it in. Since my hubby passed I just cook for me unless the kids are over. So hard to cook for one. 🥴. But this will be a life changer. Look forward to more vids….thanks again!

    Your videos are a help! So glad I found them as our Ninja Speedi Rapid Cooker & Air Fryer will be shipped to us in a few days. [We found a great deal & free shipping on QVC] I'm already planning our first few meals using this impressive piece of kitchen equipment. QUESTION: We live at an altitude of nearly 6000 ft. I'm wondering if I'll need to adapt cooking times/temps. Any advice? We found we had to do that with our air fryer which just now has a massive worldwide recall. At our house, we're looking forward to ramping up to the Ninja Speedi - with much more versatility and options for quick, easy cooking of complete meals that an air fryer - recalled less than a year after its purchase - just couldn't offer. Thanks!

    Already twice my food touched the element. How frustrating it can be. I took me forever to remove some of it. Hope it does not happen again. But this is what I do not like about the Speedie. The food is way too close to the food. Next time, I will try the broil function to get rid of it.
    I bought mine in QVC and the pan was included. Think I paid like $130.00. But saw it in Costco for $99.00. Not sure if the sale is until 6/11/23.

      I made the chickpea and cauliflower recepie in the book. I might send mine back to qvc. I was expecting the cauliflower to be crisp but it was soggy. It looked crisp. If they could make a machine that crisps at the top and makes crunchy food that would be good. And the ninja gave no advantage to cooking the chickpeas in a pan on the hob, because the chickpeas were from a tin, i will try the chicken and spinach recipe tonight

    • @rosav.nieves2778

      @@razamughal9095 I cooked frozen cauliflower yesterday. I was very disappointed that was soggy. I was surprised was not expecting to be soggy, since I did not add water. Also, I cooked with aluminum Ipaper on the top to avoid the meat juices. But I ended up using the saute function, it helped a little bit.
      The first time. I cooked cauliflower, I added water and it was awful.
      Will not cook cauliflower again in the Speedie. At least, no on Speedie meals.
      I had some other air fryers before. The Ninja Foodie is better. I noticed that the chicken takes too long to cook. I had cooked chicken in Ninja Speedie and I might take a while tastes better. I do not know. Perhaps, I need morre practice with this Speedie.
      I paid around $140.00 on QVC. But saw it few days ago in Costco for $99.00.

    • @razamughal9095
      @razamughal9095 Рік тому

      @@rosav.nieves2778 i have the foodie too, but i have not made cauliflower in it. I expected the speedi to do two functions at the same time. But it doesnt, because if it is using steam in the bottom to air fry in the top, then nothing is crisp and crunchy. And in the foodie it does not take that long to get crisp cauliflower, and make the chickpeas in a pan. So i am failing to see the purpose of the speedi. The crisper tray is difficult to get out. I used fresh cauliflower and the funny thing is i hate cauliflower. I think its the first time buying it in twenty years.
