You need to read the book properly, the crisper rack sits halfway up, you pull them corner feet on the crisper tray right up so they are horizontal and the tray sits in the 4 indents on the corners of the pot
yep, I got that completely wrong, sorry about that, I used it like this for about a week before I posted this and Had no idea. I will be coming out with a revised review.

I really enjoyed watching your demonstration. You were thorough and to the point. I don't think you missed a thing except for the positioning of the crisper tray lol. It made sense though and your meal came out fine. I love this appliance, too. I've made up my own meal with it and it came out perfect. Great concept. Thank you for your video.

~ yes, pull the four little legs out on the crisper tray and they will sit on the four corner grooves above the rice. great instructions on this recipe!!
Bro the little spaces on the corners of the cooking pot is where you put the crisping rack in the dual cooking mode. Your poor chicken is too low, its boiling with the rice.
Still a great vid i chose the smart lid foodi over this for more options.

Wow! Ninja sure has a talented and creative product development team! That machine looks perfect for a couple or family of three. I had forgotten about Minute Rice; this machine is clever to use that product- saves time in the kitchen. Hmmm, do I have room in my kitchen for one more appliance? I’ll need to see. Thank you for making this video. This would make a great gift for almost anybody.

I’ve just bought this machine based on your review. I was looking for an air fryer anyway and I was taken by all the additional things I could use it for. That makes it very economical, versatile and, if you pardon the pun, Speedi!! Also I like the fact the meal will be contained to one pot which saves me having to wash lots of pans and dishes. Your food looks delicious by the way Mr Dad 😋😁👍❤

I've got one of the Ninja Foodi's, and this is VERY similar - I'm sure a precursor to this design. The Foodi doesn't have the heating element at the bottom, but is one heck of an indoor grill.

If you had to buy just one would it be the Ninja Speedi or the Ninja Possible Cooker Pro?
Ninja are getting more ridculous than iphone. They are churning out model after model and I am failing to see what the difference is with the ninja foodie where you can air fry, pressure cook and layer food on top. And this speedy is one ugly machine.

Thank you for your very informative video; however, you made some incorrect statements. Around the 3:40 mark in your video you stated that only the top element works when you are in the air fryer mode, which is not true. The bottom element is what works when you sear/saute, slow cook, and sous vide. In addition, around the 5:00 minute mark you show how to use the crisper rack/tray. You are using it wrong for the elevated way. You need to extend the feet all the way up so that they will rest on the four notched areas, which are about half way up on the cooking pot. The way you did it, you hardly have enough room to put your food on the bottom and your protein on top is too low to get properly cooked with the correct air frying/crisping effect. You might want to take a closer look at the instructions or maybe watch some other UA-cam videos from others that have been doing Ninja videos longer.
Well I feel so bad, Just when I think I nailed it, I came up so short. Thanks for taking the time to correct the video. Looks Like I need to make another whole new video. I really appreciate you taking the time to teach me about the Speedi, I am just looking at the computer and shaking my head, Not much else to say but thanks!! and wow I was so wrong.
