    This is and awesome recipe, and easy to make peach wine. There is nothing like a cold glass of peach wine in the summer, so be sure and make this one soon before the heat is here. If you like diy wine recipes be sure to check out our other videos about brewing, wine making, distilling, and cooking.

    That wine symphony worked great for two times then the plastic broke at yhe squeeze pump. Use a 2 gallon fermenter next time for more head space and also use pectin enzyme, it decreased any fusals and helps with clarity. I was just thinking about using canned peaches and then you go and make this. Thanks!

      Syphon not symphony… also another thing to help with racking clarity… what if you put a small hop spyder down in the wine as you are syphoning off into secondary?

    Thank you for this video. I personally love making wine at home. I have a question dear friend: After the fermentation process is over and you get the fermented wine, does this drink contain methanol?? The fermentation process produces alcohol and methanol is a type of alcohol.

      @masterpker123 depending on the type of yeast you use, anywhere between 5 and 25 abv. I use active dry bread yeast, that can get up to 10 %.

      Try cold distill like apple Jack but like instead of doing for apple Jack where the hangover is tremendous because of heads do a sugar mash run as usual pour that however much you want into 5 cans of Peace's let sit in ice box I would say 2 weeks then freeze distille trust me on this kinda like apple Jack without the hangover. You let it ferment and freeze distill 2 shot limit. My way you can drink it cause heads and tails are gone

      @@willhemby6322 heat that apple jack up in a pot until it reaches 170° and it’ll remove all the methanol and get rid of the headache, don’t get up to 173° or you start cooking off your ethanol...

    Brew will also smell like two asses if it’s too hot when you pitch your yeast. Lol stressed yeast will shit in your brew every time! I’ve made this wine several times and it’s great. Even better as brandy run through fast to keep as much flavor as possibly

    • @willhemby6322
      @willhemby6322 3 роки тому

      So to keep flavor run fast ? Just making sure. I do a lot of freeze distilling but I don't let it ferment then freeze distill I run mix and freeze that getting rid of heads and tails

      I have made 100's of different wines, and not a single one has ever came out sour. Matter of fact the only thing i ever made to go sour was a beer and i think it was because of the cold hopping and adding the bag to the brew, i think the infection came from the hop bag. This is why people watch me, its so easy to make and i cut out all the extra shit.
