- Turning peaches into Peach wine takes a little upfront effort and then some to time to yield the perfect summer sipper.
List of Ingredients
9 lbs peaches
2 gallons reverse osmosis water
7 lbs sugar
1.5 tsp acid blend (0.5 tsp/gal)
1.5 tsp pectin enzyme (0.5 tsp/gal)
3 campden tablets (1 tablet/gal)
1 packet yeast (Lavin 71 B)
2 tsp yeast nutrient
Original Gravity: 1.070
Final Gravity: 1.004
ABV: 9%
