Rust Removal - trying Beyond Ballistics' recipe

Try using 'Patio Cleaner'. Its about 20% w/w and available from BQ and Wynstays as cattleyard disinfectant . Works at treat on deep corrosion and neutralised with tap water and bi-carb from Aldi . can be diluted to 5% and still works fine .
