The recipe looks delicious, however I have to say I could listen to you talk all day. The tone and accents are just LOVELY. Glad I came across this channel!
"No need to make things more stressfull than necessary" hahahaha, I agree a 100% tough work to cut sushi rolls :) They are gorgeous ...all these layers of greens, so tasty, so much pleasure for the eyes .Thank you so much again
These look Sooooo DELICIOUS!!! 2 things that I will have to change in mine. I am very allergic to avocado and my stomach can not tolerate wasabi. I had it before in a regular Sushi Roll and loved the taste. I will have to use something else. The pickled plumb sounds good. Thank You for sharing Your talents with Us again. Bless You And Your Family. 😊👍🏼👋🏼
I love your twist using cauliflower and also the leaves, would never have thought of it. Another winning recipe and with your usual clear and well filmed instructions. Thank you.
What feels like a million years ago when I was a raw vegan, cauliflower rice wasn't yet a "thing" so I used jicama. :) Fresh lettuce also works instead of cooked greens. You've inspired my food choices for next week so I'll be having sushi and ramen!
Mayo in the cauliflower rice is GENIUS! I made vegan sushi b4 watching your video and the cauli-rice would fall out. I will try your way tmrw. Thanks!!!
I’ve been wanting to try cauliflower rice in sushi! Thank you!! Those spring greens look like what we call collard greens across the pond😉. Love the idea of cooking them first! Thanks so much!
Heavenly Fan - did you know that the shiritake (konjac) noodles also come as rice?! I wonder if they’d behave themselves in nori rolls - I think I’ll have to try. Plus, it made me wonder if they’d work in any of the traditional sweet rice dishes ... I see lots more experimenting on the horizon. Thanks for another lovely video.
I love the way you used the cooked, green leaves as a liner for the wet ingredients. I'll have to do that next time. But I would use avocado instead of vegan mayo to hold the cauliflower rice together, just my preference. ;) Thanks for the recipe! :)
Yummmmm, i just bought Nori Sheets but never used Cauliflower rice! Cauliflower is or can be problematic for me due to Hashimoto's so i usually give it a miss but i love Cauli, so i am going to do this! Thank You!
That was enthralling. I had not realised that Sushi was not just fish. It looks like you are going to polish off all that's there but NORMALLY how many portions would you say that made? There is an Asian SuperMarket in Brentwood (think that's right) N London which I have been to a few times and I have one near me which I have not, but meant to. Must do so. Many thanks.
Yes, sushi is referring to the way of cooking/preparation and not restricting to using fish. I've heard of the Brentwood supermarket but it's a bit far from me so I tend to go to Japan Centre in central London. Bit more pricy though!
You can just use large, green leaves, like the ones in this video (cabbage, kale, collard greens, etc.), either raw or cooked, and roll the ingredients in the leaves.
@@cdel9829 Yes! I would suggest using the same method with leaves, rice, leave, filling and roll. Keeps the structure that way. Sushi is just as much about presentation as taste. 😋
A strip of cream cheese goes really good in sushi, but if you do use cream cheese put a strip of cucumber too so that the sushi roll has more 'bite' to it.
Fan, Is it time to write a keto vegan cookbook for us? I would buy it!
Exactly! Please @heavenlyfan publish a keto cookbook

I thought that I could never eat sushi rolls. But you have given me a perfect opportunity to make these again! Cauli Rice is so versatile...Awesome!

Thank you, always enjoy your keto creations. ;)
Wow... you are something else (in the most good way). You just need one of those crazy razor sharp Japanese knives.
Never had pickled plums, i love plums. They look tasty.

Very creative presentation... many option no doubt
I laughed out loud ...when you said I forgot carrots... Reminded me of me😂

Thank you for this recipe!! I’ve been craving keto Vega sushi ❤️❤️
Made these with assorted other ingredients like enoki mushrooms, chopped Serrano peppers, and used romaine leaves and raw spinach for greens. Yum!!!!
Did you cook the Romana leaves first?
I’ve been wanting to try cauliflower rice in sushi! Thank you!!
Those spring greens look like what we call collard greens across the pond😉. Love the idea of cooking them first! Thanks so much!
Nice idea to add the spring greens!
That is so brilliant! Thanks for sharing.
So happy to find an alternative to rice. This looks wonderful!!
Great instructions! Thank you.
I am totally addicted to your recipes!
Good job! I haven't tried adding the green leaf in it, I will have to try that. Thanks!

Yes mashed avocado is a great binder too!
Looks yummy! I put it on my To Do list.
Yummy interesting recipes,I love your practical approach & calm voice.

As for portion size, it's firmly for one :))
Collard greens we get in India so I can use them....Just bought the mat from amazon..
Mouth watering for sure 🙌🏼😋🙏🏼
Hi Fan, awesome ideas for nori rolls, i have got to try . . . Do you make your own pickled ginger too? Sending love from Laughlin NV
I haven't made it to the end of this vid yet, just go to the wasabi part...That brand is extra strong, I can't wait to see your reaction. 😂
That did not disappoint! The first roll looked so much like a futomaki roll. One of my favs back in the day.
Fearless rolling
Yummy 🦋🎈
Great idea
Yummy
Yum!
love your cooking . I must be doing something wrong...my nori is tough to bite...its like to chewy to separate with my teeth]
Omg I’m so hungry for the sushi 😋
You should have squeezed out al the liquid out of your cauliflower first , this way you won’t have a soggy roll. No need for leaves.
good video but how much tofy and soy do you eat in a week?
looks so good .shame I cannot eat seaweed.Because of the iodine.I have no thyroid .can I use something else than seaweed?

can you do a video on how to make keto gluten grain free dairy free bread?
Looks good but I don't care for cauliflower. I would still make it without it. Just to get the main flavors of sushi. Mmmm!
Me too....
what substitute for tofu can we use in case of hypothyroidism?
You can used cooked portobello mushrooms for the same "meatiness".
@@HeavenlyFan or reconstituted shitake mushrooms!

how much fruits and berries do you eat in a day?
those are collard greens
So keto we can eat tofu?! 😮
Yes it's low carb and high in protein.
What happened to you
