I am English and live in the UK. In the UK we say neesh. I think the word has French origins as many English words do. This goes back to the Norman invasion in 1066.
Hi, Heather❤ Thank you so much for this video! I really don't find any of these weird, I just discovered the raccoon one particularly and I love it as well😍😍 and yes, it is neesh, because of its French origin from what I know, to me nitch never sounded right😊
i was actually just looking at the pickle niche late last week, and this is my sign to dive into it! I'll be crossneeshing it with a couple of other ideas i've come across too.
I’m French Canadian and we pronounce niche like Tish or dish, so nish, and no T sound. In France, they pronounce it “neesh”. All those who pronounce it with a hard T sound are wrong. 💯
Omg, they are awful pets. Some people are willing to put in the work, but the first time the cute little raccoon throws a glass bottle at your head and gives you stitches, yes, true story! Thanks for your help!
Forget debating about how you say the word niche..who says Oh- possum? I know it’s must be variant on how to say it but I’ve never met a soul who says it that way but I’m from the south 😂
Your videos are very informative and helpful to someone like myself trying to make a little extra passive income. AI is taking off recently and if you could shed more light on that and how we could use that to help our business be more automated would be much appreciated. Also I’m sure your husband tells you all the time but you’re absolutely gorgeous and are doing a great job on here! Thanks for your professional insights. Really helps people like me out!
Most European based countries (including Canada and USA) would normally pronounce words the way their founding countries pronounce them. However, America typically pronounces a lot of (most) words in a harder/harsher manner. Niche being French in origin should be pronounced Neesh or Nish... But MOST gurus in the UA-cam world are/tend to be American and they typically pronounce words the American way. May be considered "correct" in America but isn't necessarily correct on the world stage. French words are ESPECIALLY pronounced incorrectly by Americans. So be it. Nothing said here or anywhere else, is going to change it. Kudos to Heather for pronouncing niche correctly in this video 😉
It is neesh. Neesh and nitch can be used synonymously and that is what causes the confusion since most people are not good spellers. 😀 Thanks for your content.
I had not heard it pronounced NEESH until I started watching videos on You tube, but I am much older than most of the viewers and so Nitch may be a pronounciation used in the "olden days"!
Yes, as below, niche is a French word and pronounced 'neesh' ... similar to the French word quiche (Quiche Lorraine) ... just don't ask me how to pronounce Lorraine ... 😻
It's Neesh (pronunciation). It's a French word. Plus, there is no frickin' T in the word. I hear French words bastardized all the time. For those who can't handle facts, live with it.
Agreeing with kinglear7 on the niche! Thanks for your videos - they're really inspiring me! Going to get started soon... want couple K in the account first though! I'm sure it takes a minute to get paid. In the meantime, I'll hit that free course you've so graciously added! Take care!

Neeeeeesh! all the way!
I just missed the challenge sign up. Can I still join?
You say 'niche' right. It's a French word so should be pronounced that way. Thanks for the video!

Neesh of course, as someone said earlier it's the iche from French so neesh would be correct.
Team Neesh here! I have found success in several of these niches you talked about. Two of my listings were even shown in your video!
I can’t believe some people is more worried in how you pronounce “niche” instead of be interested and put attention in what you’re teaching.

Definitely neesh! It looks like it derives from a French word so neesh would make more sense! 😂
Haha yes! Thanks for watching! ❤

Thank you for the great video! And I am team Neesh. 😊

Are you allowed to put pickle jars with brand names and logos on them? I’m surprised they’re not trademark or copyright protected
That's what I'm wondering too

My marketing professors in college pronounced it as nitch. That was a very long time ago!
Hi, can you tell me Where do you see those sales statistics? Thanks
Yes, you’re saying ‘neesh’ right. I’m in Europe and that’s how we say it. Very funny video! 😂
Very cute and interesting NEESHES! That's the proper way to say it. :-) :-) Thank you!
Is it wrong that I tie all of those niches into my shop already minus the chickens lol?!? all These niches are my personality
also minus the pickles but I love them
your code for discount in Kittl doesn't work :(
Love this one. Great info as always.
Thanks for watching! ❤
It is not nitch...its a french word...and lovely on the ear...Niche...you are correct!! ❤❤❤❤❤😊
In your video text, I think you mean SEO instead of ECO. And there is no 'U' in CottageCore.
I had not heard it pronounced NEESH until I started watching videos on You tube, but I am much older than most of the viewers and so Nitch may be a pronounciation used in the "olden days"!
The word should definitely be pronounced Neesh 🙂 Great videos Thanks
NEESH from WA state!
I always pronounced it Nish but it is Neesh, you are right!
It’s a French word isn’t it in the uk we pronounce it neesh
Yes, as below, niche is a French word and pronounced 'neesh' ... similar to the French word quiche (Quiche Lorraine) ... just don't ask me how to pronounce Lorraine ... 😻

Totally sounds like AI vs human voice!

neesh iswthe only correct pronunciation.
It's Neesh (pronunciation). It's a French word. Plus, there is no frickin' T in the word. I hear French words bastardized all the time.
For those who can't handle facts, live with it.
How does so,woke go about looking for these micro niches
Etsy success isn't realistic
can we just ignore the niche thing and move on already
Let people comment
also, neesh
It’s definitely NOT nitch, it’s neesh.
Of course it's pronounced 'neesh'. I can never understand why you Americans pronounce the word 'herbs' with a silent H, yet so many of you say nitch!
I from Bangladesh, please help me😂
The riches are in the niches… this tells me that it’s pronounced with a short “i” sound and ends like the “itch” sound.
Who cares how it's pronounced! For us Spanish speakers it just makes it more complicated, hahaha
