- Recorded via S-Video and classic Red/White RCA audio cables. Video quality is dated, but not horrible. Sound turned out great tho!
I am from the UK my 10 year old granddaughter told me today that now Spring is here they sing this song every morning at school…how beautiful is that.
My English teacher used to sing us Yesterday. We learned every word, and I hated it. But now I think it was so beautiful. Maybe she was cool afterall

@@aszox Good insight.
I am from Saint Petersburg, Russia, and absolutely agree with you...
I am 75 years old. I have lived a wonderful life! This kind of music added so much. I am really happy now. I have an opportunity to cry a little each day. This was a really nice opportunity.
Awe! God Bless! Feel that emotion.
Lovely thoughts. Thank you Billma
I hope you’re still around to enjoy the music that I’ve always made you happy and you make me happy
❤❤❤
Thank you for this.
I wish more people could carry music like this in their heart than hate.
Agreed, but much has changed in America. Alot of deception going on.
You're so right with that
Amen, brother!
So true...
Sometime wishes come true! So never stop wishing!
Once upon a time, we were honored and graced with music and musicians like this on a regular basis. And now…there seems to be a constant “hard rain” falling on us culturally, politically, economically and every in every other way.
Well said. The "hard rain" was falling back then too, but our artist singers and songwriters were true and brave troubadours of truth and beauty which helped to ease our pain. Not so today.
It really does.
Things were so much better then.
You‘re right, but there is still hope! For example the artists of „playing for change“, they are playing from around the world and are mixed together to great songs of love and peace and against poverty
Artists like these legends are still around. Just not as popular as the flavors of the day.
@@deb-0956Not for me they weren’t. I was baton charged by the U.K. police, strip searched in public, arrested and beat-up by 3 U.K. police officers in the back of a van on the way to a police station, relapsed without charge after a night, naked, in a police cell I Wimbledon, I’ve was refused a visa for the USA because I’m a human rights journalist, I’ve was sacked from my job at the job centre, no reason given, I was thrown out the house I bought by my ex on trumped-up charges, later disproved, but not re homed!

Oh my.... the quality of musical energy that flows through and out of Paul Simon is just incredible. He is the best singer-songwriter in human history. I'm pleased to be alive during his life because we will never see another singer-songwriter like Paul ever again. An extremely rare person and this is as good as music gets.
Beautiful. Back to the 60s and away from the ugliness of today. That's where we need to be
George and now David are smiling down from above! What gorgeous melody and harmonies! Such a wonderful tune! Bravo!
Humbug bah
no they're not...they're dead
I’m not sure about George, but definitely not Croz. An avowed non believer to his incredibly bitter end.
What sweet voices, what sweet tribute to our beloved George.
This Paul Simon kid has some chops. He'll be great some day! and those backup singers aren't too bad either!
🤣
maybe those guys should get together, form an act or something, ...
'if there's a Rock'n'roll heaven...'
😅💞🌟
I love Crosby and Nash’s harmonys they are perfection.
They nailed it!
He couldn't have invited better backing singers.
I was going to say - I didn't know their harmonies were going to be that good.
Thanks David and Graham
Well, there's a lot of digital pitch control going on.
Paul Simon is so good in singing in a way like he's speaking. Every word is carefully articulated and laid down on the rhythm of the guitar. Beautiful!
Excellent observation, Karel.
RIP David Crosby
Sing angel
Not only that, but he always articulated his words. Some if not many 'singers' today, and I do use the word loosely, hardly enunciate at all.
Thank you Guys I forgot I have cancer, I had a blast
i guess you don't have skin cancer, then. "here comes the sun" lol
God bless you and I hope you’re still around
Hope you are hanging in there. Your post was two years ago. About the time I got my diagnosis. So far so good. We’ll see. Next exam in three weeks. Still listening/watching a lot of music.
@@Billma48 Hows it going?

I love your comments! 😊😊 I'm a 70's kid too. 😊

Graham Nash will enjoy every song he sings , whether he's backing or lead, Awesome musician and human being..
I too get tears in my eyes from the pure joy of beautiful music played by monstrously talented people. What has greed and meanness done to us?
Nicht nur die Sonne. ..
auch mein Herz. .

Danke. ..dieses Lied liebe. ..

Such beautiful harmony. They haven't lost their voices.
All I have to do is close my eyes and so many memories come flooding back…
No no they haven't
There's a lot of pitch control going on.

What a beautiful Beatle song. And they sing so beautifullly!
Thank you, thank you, thank you...my heart sings along in harmony
George is looking down from above and saying y’all did good mates. RIP
GEORGE GONE BUT NEVER FORGOTTEN.
To my mind he has been the best of the Fab Four ! RIP
No words, God thank you, what a privilege to live during this times,
Takes you back in time.
Those were the days.
Oh, it doesn't get much prettier than that, does it? Beautiful version of a beautiful song!
George harisson
Paul Simon is a magnificent guitar player
Yes
Can't imagine people NOT getting goosebumps and tearing up
doesn't get better folks. miss you so hard already david crosby
Beautiful version! The original gave me as 16 year old, coming out of depressing time, a personal message, which I have loved to this day!
I totally relate to what you’re saying. When I was about six or seven I was in the hospital for surgery, a pretty scary time for such a young boy. In my room an older kid had a radio and several times a day “Here Comes the Sun” came on. It’s always been a special song to me and now, fifty years later, I still remember that song as my shining light.
George wrote it and these three nailed it. Great harmonies and a stage full of talent.
There is a video of Paul and George Harrison singing this which is maybe one of the best things in all of UA-cam.
A special song my husband who died 8 years ago always sang this song to me.
Sorry to hear...a great song moves the heart with so many meanings.
RIP David Crosby and all the songrwiting greats we’ve lost.
If more people listened to music like this there would be no violence.
The story of how this song was birthed was incredible. These three did a marvelous job on George's song. He would be smiling if he were still alive.
he IS smiling!
Looking from heaven. Lg from Germany Ellen ✌ ❤
Now We hear the greatest do their thing so damn well we are truly blessed now. Sun Sun here we come
The accordion was a touch of genius
I love the French accordion in this song makes it so light.
An angelic cover! Can't stop listening to it!
These old white Men, best Music ever.
Crosby Simon and Nash! Another form of CSN. Such talent!
Un trio formidabile per un brano semplicente magnifico. Anche George apprezzerebbe molto. Un ricordo a chi ci ha lasciato.
Stunningly beautiful performance. Perfection.
This is so great so in harmony we should have more of these, Eric Clapton, Paul and all the other great musicians.
Actually, George Harrison said he wrote "Here Comes the Sun" while he was visiting Eric Clapton, siting in his garden strumming a guitar.
@@mccajo1 I wonder why P. Simon didn't mention the "dear friend of mine" by name?
Nothing sounds more beautiful than these guitar lines it touches my soul.paul Simon's guitar style is unique..Just love it....its moving in waves
Their vocal blend is extraordinary! Doubly so because they're all around 65. These guys are all just amazing. And of course George's song ain't too shabby either.
still rocking it, good for you.
I remember reading Crosby's "If I could only remember my name" and it being mentioned that CSN got together with Simon and Garfunkel back in the day. Crosby, Stills, Nash, Simon & Garfunkel. Just imagine the harmonies there. Thought of that as I watched this.
BEAUTIFUL, the harmonies, the tempo, the song and Paul Simon's singing. ❤
What a beautiful tribute. Vocals aint bad either. RIP George.
Music is a memory maker and time machine. Beautiful yet deadly.
Very moving version of great artists paying tribute to a fellow icon on this beautiful rendition of a beautiful song.
What a song an no better boyz to sing it. God bless u George.
Wow, what a great sound. Harmony spot on. George is smiling!
A piece of art!!!❤
so wonderful!! I am sure this version has made the soul of George happy!
It made me heart flutter!

Real music. Love this music and Love the guy playing the accordion.
It is Tony Cedras, a very talented musician from South Africa. He was in the Paul Simon's band from 1987 to 2012, playing accordion, keyboards, trumpet, guitar and doing back voices.
Alas, Tony died this year.
How effortlessly Crosby and Nash joining in on harmony, and Simon can't help but smile.
Pure bliss ❤️❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Awww just beautiful ! Thanks George for such a timeless song!
Beautiful. Ageless musical wonders.
I listen to him every day! He has the most beautiful voice and range
Beautiful version, never heard it before today. Lots of beautiful memories!!
Where did the years go...but amazing to be taken straight back to yesterday...great.
An adequate rendering, but done a bit too slowly. Nash and Crosby sound like they each swallowed a handful of goofballs backstage; Simon sounds like he's struggling to stay awake.
On the other hand, Richie Havens' version of "Here Comes the Sun" is astonishing - like José Feliciano's version of "Light My Fire." You can never get tired of them.
A great rendition of what I've always thought was George's best song.
Una de las canciones más bonitas de todos los tiempos. Gracias George por esta increíble letra y música.
Graham Nash truly enjoys singing.
That was so lovely, they really honored the song beautifully
wow, their voices sound great together.
God bless you to make our lives more happy!!❤❤
Beautiful. I love to hear easy, smooth effortless harmony. Used to sing like this wth my late siblings.
This is really Wonderful, I was almost crying thinking about George,
Great
Me too
@@mariellereilly361 thanks for your understanding. George was a wonderful guy with wonderful music and thinking about his wife and Eric Clapton. Just amazing that they still were friends.

Fantástico, simplesmente fantástico!
Soooo beautiful voices and song. Paul Simon;, the greatest!
You guys really know how to get a crowd going. It's absolutely breathtaking. And those Stephen Stills backup singers--you would have had to of been there. Paul Simon, as usual, just stunning.
Graham Nash harmonies are phenomenal as are Paul & David’s vocals....love this....
Oh, so beautiful! A magical song, and a magical performance. Nash and Crosby were incredible together, so sad that they fell out for so long.
I’m cryin! Grateful 🙏🏼❤️🇺🇸
I'm very pleased to know I'm not the only one that loves🙃😀the song but when last did you play it.
Very nice!I love their harmonies!

One of the most beautiful songs ever
All star cast here - with one of favourite-est songs, Such a wonderful tribute to its composer and the band that gave this song to the world

This is just SO good. Aint coming back.
Crosby never disappoints in the harmony department. Paul knows how to slow roll it.
The most beautiful music ever !
Crosby and Nash Harmonies are the best in rock and of course gotta give it to Mr. Paul Simon he still sounds as good as new, T up,

Clarke, Nash & Hicks, pretty good start for Nash

Everley Brothers had great harmonies also. Beach Boys too.
@@interestedbystander196 you didn't name the Bee Gees... ok i'll forgive your temporary lack of memory.
Oh my goodness how beautiful!
Lovely rendition Thank you!
You’ve probably heard this story -
George Harrison stopped over at Eric Clapton’s house when they hadn’t seen each other for a while. Spring was just starting to come around after a long, dark winter in England. George borrowed a guitar, sat down, and wrote this song.
Sometimes magic happens.
Í think ,I read it this in playboy's history of Rock and Roll
Yeah - it was in the middle of all the Beatle bitching about breaking up and who was going to manage their finances and Apple Corp losing money etc etc. And George said he sat on the grass and the sun was struggling to come though the forest and then a spear of sunlight suddenly came across him as he sat their playing the guitar. And voila!
I think it was around the time when Patti Boyd had a love affair with Eric.
@@marygonzales8986 Clapton was obsessed with Patti. But I think Something and Here Comes the Sun were a little bit before the affair. You might be right.
@@marygonzales8986 the affair happened Years later ,in the 70s,
Simply beautiful! I'm all choked up. 🥲
McCartney, Crosby and Simon was awesome to go on tour.
Dylan and Simon. The two troubadours of folk rock.
I wish this song would never end.
Vor Jahren immer vor der Schule gehört. .
