    As someone who works at a school, I find it disgusting that some company thouht it was alright to use a school shooting for its advertisement! Thats batshit crazy

    • @mommy2libras
      @mommy2libras 5 місяців тому

      They didn't "use a school shooting" to make their ad. Everyone is missing the point entirely. No, they exploited some young woman's mental health issues for their ad. Yes, one of the things she was struggling with was being a witness to a school shooting but it doesn't take a genius to see that the focus/subject of the ad was "mental health struggles give you bad skin". She could have listed any number of things- and did- the shooting was simply one of them, which she is perfectly within her rights to mention. After all, I can't imagine a scenario that might be more anxiety inducing than that for young people. In my opinion, that ad is much less tasteless than all the jackholes who use these shootings to bolster their support for more people having freer access to guns. Last year, Florida made it legal for pretty much anyone who wants to to carry a gun whenever the hell they want, no license required beyond whatever paperwork MIGHT exist from them purchasing the gun (if any. Plenty of people get guns with no trail at all). Maybe save your outrage for the real problems, the ones making these shootings easier to carry out.

      @@mommy2libras It's still tasteless and tbh I feel like she's just trying to make money off a tragedy too, not just the company.

    The last story genuinely makes me sad. Here is a man that has poured so much effort into building his career and for a time he made it! He was at the top and clearly benefitting greatly from it!
    But then you get these ignorant people online saying all these un-called for statements about how he's dropped off or how he's a shell of his former self, it's honestly disgusting and his story is a testament to how badly social media can damage someone's mental health.
    Sure, maybe you can argue some people (Like a certain react channel in hot water right now) deserve it as they bring it on themselves but this guy did nothing wrong, he just succumb to the flow of time and now he's not as popular as he used to be. Burning Eyes Thought! Personally for me, it depends on what it is I'm crying about and/or how hard/long I've been crying. I think your body knows you're going to cry before you do and prepares itself for crying (I sometimes feel the burn building in my eyes and chest before crying). The burning sometimes continues even after crying and my cheeks are often sore too.

    Do think the wife shouldn't of posted her husband crying online without his consent. She should of go and comfort him instead. It might because of being told that they shouldn't cry but also the fact that sometimes females/males mock them for it. I good that she took the video down and should be more respectful of her husband.

    I was listening to the Kate Bush song 'Blow Away' the other day and it made me cry like a big old baby. That song always does it to me. It's the song I want played at my funeral in fact, because it has such meaning to me. Btw, I am a 57 year old male. So yes, men cry. Some more than others, but that's just natural. I have always found that macho male thing to be problematic, at least for me. I am a very emotional person and I refuse to be embarrassed by that fact. Emotion is a good thing, and definitely helps us overcome stress, deal with anger issues, it enables us to laugh and to cry. It is certainly nothing to ever be embarrassed about. i'll be honest, i think it's kind of strangely heartwarming when a man cries in front of me. like my boyfriend cried in front of me, and i just fell in love with him more. i think it shows that you feel comfortable enough around the person yknow what i mean

    6:39 omg me too I’m a girl but every time I cry my eyes burns and stings so much to the point where they turn red and I have to get up rinse my eyes with cold water. I don’t even be crying sometimes I just yawn and my eyes get watery and that’s when the burning starts happening and this is mostly after I wake up from sleeping. I’ve searched this problem on Google and it just says my eyes are dry or something? But idk it doesn’t make sense!

    The only troll here is that guy's wife, she deliberately posted that video of him crying to mock him for letting out his emotions

      I don't think she was mocking him but rather using him for clout, which is just as horrible

    Did you know that testosterone actually affects your catharsis. I am trans and one of the biggest things I saw change was the amount of times I cry - I literally can’t. Also it is extremely painful to cry. My eyes burn and it completely paralyzes me

    13:36 - I distantly knew someone who hospitalized in the Michigan State shooting. (friend of a relative kind of relation). I didn't know this person but I remember trying to be updated for weeks just because I was worried on the result and how it would effect my relative, who was also worried. Absolutely sick Biore made an ad on it, and this somehow skipped me, not buying their products again. They were badly made anyways

    The crying one just bothers me in general. Nothing to do with the fact that its of a man crying. Rather the fact that she recorded and uploaded someone in a very vulnerable moment.
    As someone who is a pretty private person and is a woman, I certainly would not want someone to record me while I am crying. Especially when I take the time to go into a private area to vent. To me this is just indicitive of the times. You can't even hope to have a moment to yourself even in your own home. A place you should feel safe physically and emotionally in.

    Im 28 years old, I have a few mental illnesses. I'll happily admit that I usually cry at least once a week if not more. I honestly don't want to. It just happens. It's just healthy. Why would it occur if it wasn't natural?
    I haven't watched the entire video, but well done, sir!
