Press the down arrow for about 5 seconds and it should delete all settings.

Yes, I used it on my trip to Türkiye for 2 weeks. Only thing I don't like is the clamp. It's not the best, but it works.

Press "+" and "-" buttons simultaneously to enter 8H/12H/24H/48H programmed interval feeding
mode. Try that.
