    I can't believe this workout burns like 500 calories. I'm used to doing hit style workouts with a lot of jumping around. This was a nice relaxing workout

    This is amazing 🤩 I do daily 27 rounds of suryanamskar but it takes 45 min to 1 hr to complete but today I did 36 rounds only in 36 mins wow amazing 🤩 I follow your dance workouts also I have lost 13 kgs weight in 4 months I was 84 kgs before now I am 71 kgs I am just eating healthy and doing your workouts that’s it thank you mam 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

    I find this video as well as surya namaskar quite effective as I just started today I can feel body ache but I believe that this will really help me to loose weight . Today I did 1 set . With span of days I will be completing 9 sets .

    I am a fan of Surya Namaskar and I used to do 324 Surya Namaskar, like 6-8 months ago... Now after a long break from yoga tried your version and breakdown of Surya Namaskar and I am drenched in sweat... If we do it twice it is a good, solid yoga workout... Thank You, Deepti...

    This workout was beyond words. Each and every time I did the rounds of 9 I could feel the stretch, and it seemed as if my muscles were breathing from within. And after doing the entire workout, I feel so relaxed. Thank you Deepthi ma'am. Really loved it. ❤🌼❤

    Thanks for the video. Great feeling after completion. Always hard for me to do 12 steps at a stretch. Breaking the steps in to chunks really helped me to do it easily. Also appreciate for all your videos with a stretch exercises at the end! Body is less sore with a proper cool down and stretches.

    As someone who is trained under Nikam Gurujis yoga(Basic & intermediate) we were advised to do nothing more than 12 rounds of yoga. That’s all ur body needs. You can definitely pair them with other asanas but SN 12 max.

    This was awesome! I’m literally shaking..
    However, for anyone looking at how many calories this was supposed to burn, my Apple watch says I only burned 120-150 calories.
    But that’s still awesome!

      congrats and well done..
      regarding calories.. for slower strength training.. the calories are hard to see on watches.. because of after burn (remember the shaking and lingering pain/recovery)

    This is AMAZING!!! Second day doing it and the first day the next morning I felt incredible. I was definitely sore all over but I felt stronger. I definitely noticed my strength improving and my legs are so noticeably define now. I definitely am doing this for a month to see even more results but I definitely feel different. 👍

    Hi Deepti, you are amazing n helping m n inspiring many. I have a suggestion, please consider while teaching any Yoga asanas please refer asanas in its original name. Examples u mentioned cobra pose instead u refer its name Bhujangasana .

    The workout is good.. It put a lot of pressure on ankle joint also.. I had to rotate them in between to relax them.. But it was good..

    This workout is really effective, especially reducing fat around lower body, helpful for one's with PCOD.
    I did it consistently along with other Dwd workouts it gave amazing results even in 21 days

    This is a good option 👌 you suggested. I was struggling to do surya namaskar. I m a Sr.citizen and cronic bronchitis suffering person. 2ndly i cand do vajrasan i was a working lady for 35 years. Sitting in chair for hours together. Pl suggest ne how do i gaun ability to do vajrasan and malasan. The best part i observed that you are replying to the messages. So i wrote to you.     Hii Deepthi, I loved your workouts because it gives a very fresh feeling once I done with the exercise. I have lost almost 15 kilos, but now I have to reduce the last 5 kilos. I feel it is really challenging, because for almost last 3 months I didn't even lost 1kilo. I don't know what should I do to overcome this stage.
