My partner had C.O.P.D. and was diagnosed with terminal cancer at the end of August. He was also told that he was deficient in vitamin B12. and folic acid. When I done some research I was really shocked. He'd been showing lots of the symptoms for years. He was 55 and he died on Friday 23 December. I'm absolutely devastated. My world has totally collapsed. I honestly believe that it was the deficiency that was the precursor to the cancer of the esophagus. So glad you're spreading the word.
I'm so very sorry for your loss of your husband. Vitamin B12 deficiency can lead to many varied symptoms and a lot of people are unaware of the damage that it can cause. I went undiagnosed for some years and I now have permanent nerve damage which affects my ability to walk. I will keep you and your husband in my thoughts and in my prayers If that is alright with you. God Bless You.❤️🙏

My wife had COPD. Then developed breast cancer. We cured both with a plant diet. No B12. Once her gut flora was healthy B12 was produced in her gut! The same as all plant eaters.
I’m a counsellor, a lady I saw was highly depressed and suicidal. She was found by her GP to have B12 deficiency after a series of B12 shots her mood changed completely for the better. When clients are depressed or suicidal I refer them initially for full blood tests and many have been found to be B12 & D deficient. I now take B12, D and C supplements. I'm not a doctor. I am terribly morbidly obese. My GPs all said my physical issues were because of obesity/pre-diabetes/syndrome X. I went to an Endocrinologist. 16 vials of blood later. I was dangerously low in B12, D, Calcium, C and Iron. 3 weeks of D and B12, not just lacking human growth hormones. I started taking those vitamins by the handfuls at my Endocrinologist's request...my painful symptoms, balance, morbid depression, stiff muscles, painful bones started dissipating. And then I was diagnosed with severe endocrine issues...Always advocate for your health. Even if it means paying all out of pocket medical tests. The life you save is your own.
I felt ill for a few years. Badly ill. I am a normal weight. I am 44 years old. And started to get really breathless. Weak. And unable to walk far without feeling like I was going to pass out. Mouth sores on the corner of my lips. And as the video says, complete lack of appetite. It really affected my life. My job. My relationship. Turns out after blood tests, I was seriously lacking B12 and folic acid. I am now on prescribed medication, and I feel so much better. So anyone watching this, that doesn't feel well, please try and get help. Thank you for this video.
I’m not well at all . How did you get better? I’m on shots every 3 days and I feel so bad. I’m 25 just turned it . It all started 1 year ago I’m desperate to get better. My b12 was 58 in June 2022
@@tinyty6570 I'm very sorry to hear that you feel so unwell. Believe me. I totally understand. I'm not fully ok and well yet. But I do feel a bit better than previously. Feeling so weak where you can't do anything much is not a nice place to be in. Bit too much information, but I also have terrible stomach issues. In my case, after 2 years+ (no exaggeration,) of trying to get a GP appointment. I got one. She was really understanding and recommended blood tests. Then the results showed all these deficiencies. Rather than being upset that I had medical problems, I was actually relieved. And felt validated. As in thank goodness, its not all in my head. Because people don't understand when you say, 'I can't do this right now. I don't want to go out right now, because quite frankly my legs aren't supporting my torso." So the medication I have been prescribed is prescribed strength folic acid daily, D12 or B12, (not sure of the name, as not at home right now.) And that's two huge tablets once a week. Lanzoprozole. And serotonin. When I started to take those prescriptions, it was the first time in months I was able to go the shops and get groceries, without having to sit down on the way just to be able to continue to walk. Right now I am staying around my friends house for two days, and as it was on a whim I didn't bring my medication. And I am suffering badly. So yeah. I wasn't/am not well. And medication works when needed.

Just suck the B12 tabs DO NOT SWALLOW 👈🏿 Cos stomach acid destroys B12 instantly. B12 is absorbed through the mucus membranes in the mouth. Only way. So, let them melt in your mouth to be absorbed via the mucus membranes. (You prob know this)
Another problem rears it’s ugly head if you become pre-diabetic. Some medicines needed to help remove blood sugar from your liver, if you are low in B12, can cause permanent damage to your heart and jumpstart early onset dementia symptoms. It is vitally important if you are diabetic or pre-diabetic to maintain B12 levels.
Animals can suffer B12 deficiency! My vet found that my male dog was deficient...And Thank God she found it! Further research on my part found that a prlonged B12 deficiency can have lifelong consequences for the nerves. He has always been nervous, and I am giving him shots now, and some good vitamins.
I questioned my doctor about the new Alzheimer’s test when I heard about it on the news. He wasn’t aware of it but understood my concern. He said he’d check my B12 number as it could be a cause of dementia symptoms. My test showed I had a single digit B12 number. He immediately started me on B12 shots every month. I had no other symptoms.
I had loss of hair for a long period of time. Then, lately, I asked my doc to check my B-12 number and it was a little below the good numbers. He gave me the B-12 shots of 1.000 units each, one per week, during 6 week-period. Then I had the blood checked again for the B-12 and it had gone up favourably. I also feel fatigue sometimes. Blesses. Greetings from Brazil.
You are a lifesaver. I have had many of these symptoms for months! Especially the mouth ( very dry and sore) and blurred vision and weak. I have also had loss of appetite and weight loss. I think this will solve the problem. Bless you!!!👍🙏
Try using b complex injections from neurobion if they have it in your country. So much better than pills. I had a bad deficiency because of a stomach problem, and those injections reversed everything. Search about it and give it a try.
Thank you so much. I have a B12 deficiency, but fortunately I’m having a series of injections to put this right 6 injections in 2 weeks, then after 12 weeks a booster. I have suffered most of the symptoms that you mentioned. I’m 74, with rheumatoid arthritis, which creates a mobility problem any way, but I’m confident that these injections will improve and eradicate these symptoms. Thank you again for highlighting this problem, and I hope that people will take notice of the dangers of B12 deficiency. I will certainly subscribe to your channel
Once you've had your "loading dose" you should have regular injections, unless you're able to absorb B12 from food or oral supplements. If you stop you'll become deficient again.
Something else - I had many of these symptoms for years and, apart from a B12 deficiency, .. I had a HUGE improvement after taking 2 x 250 mg of Vit B1 (Thiamine Nitrate) every morning . It sounds a lot but very little is absorbed. Probably better to stagger the dose - say, one at breakfast and one early afternoon. Cannot recommend it highly enough. try it … B1 (even large doses) is not toxic. THIS IS AN EXCELLENT POST by the way … so hit that like button.
Thanks for reminding that my B12 shot is due. I suffer from pernicious anemia and need the shots regularly. But emergence of these symptoms remind me that I need to resume my shots. Thanks!

Your heart and kidney care. 11 stents, two heart attacks and a quadra bypass. 11th stent, I decided to quit the meds and a very good doctor did blood work and put me on B12 shots.. no heart problem from 2012 to 2019 when a doctor took away my B12, saying Medicare wouldn't pay for the shot. What is more expensive, a once a month shot or a bypass surgery.

thak you for sharing with us, I need this but never know how much to take as you can't trust what the label says,,where does that info come from, just wondering
I think doctors often overlook this. My sister had tingling and numbness in her feet in her 30's. Initially diagnosed as MS. She had pernicious anemia instead. Vit.B does not get assimilated in her stomach. She gets monthly shots of B12. THIS DOES NOT WORK WITHOUT THE ADDITION OF FOLIC ACID. A simple drugstore addition kf folic acid is all that's needed. Without it the symptoms return - falling, confusion, graying hair, extreme tiredness, ect.
Folic acid is synthetic and is not ideal bec of side effects down the track. Buy FOLATE instead - it’s natural. The latest info on B12 is that it is best absorbed as troches via the mucus membranes in the mouth. Avoid swallowing as long as possible. Any b12 swallowed is immediately destroyed by stomach acid.
@@Skybluewindcool The MS diagnosus was ruled out. They actually diagnosed the pernicious anemia through a spinal tap. All of this happened over 40 years ago. I don't know what symptoms would have led to MS diagnosis.
I have a few of the symptoms you listed and realize that it very well could be after forgetting to take my Vit B complex pill. I'll start back asap. Thanks so much!
Thankyou for this info very useful. Please bear in mind that some B12 deficiency occurs because of lack of intrinsic factor in digestive system , so B12 is not absorbed thru diet, and B12 jabs are essential to balance this deficiency.

Just had this diagnosis recently extremely low folic acid/ VB12. They have only started screening for this in routine blood checks. I really thought I was dying or going mad. I eat fresh cooked food with plenty of veggies, I don't smoke, take un- prescribed drugs or drink alcohol so I couldn't understand why I was feeling the way I did. No energy, dragging myself around, not able to form my thoughts and in some cases words, it affected my home and work life to the point where I was being cautioned about my work productivity level and reduced ability to effectively work and then at home, I couldn't summon the effort to take care of my self or my home. I was also having thoughts about self termination as life had become so bad I couldn't see it getting better as to top it all my blood pressure was stroke inducing high....I was a mess. Started on folic acid tabs along with prescribed med to relax my veins and I'm feeling much better. Note - its probably coincidental but since my last covid jab in Dec 2021 I have not been well, starting with de- ranged bloods resulting in an 8 day hospitalisation which discovered, sensitive liver, cysts on kidneys. Later in 2022 I developed Covid followed by shingles, hair loss ( grown back now) leading up to this current condition....I feel I have been injured but I could never prove it.
@Cinders I believe that you are correct about the COVID jab. I already had megaloblastic anaemia and am on iron, folic acid tablets and was getting b12 injections until my lovely Dr. retired. The new Dr. won't give me the B12 injections and since I got the COVID injection I have had recurrent bouts of shingles and although I have always suffered from migraines, since the COVID injection the migraines are even more excruciating than before I got the COVID injection. The migraines are also more frequent than before. I really hope your health will improve soon. It sounds like you're going through a very difficult time. Thank you for your post. Just a update. Issues resolved, strength and stamina back. Also all the hard build up of skin on the sole of my feet has stopped when I eat beef once a day!
@Homie You are SO WRONG !! You are way behind the new research and the astounding success of chronically ill people* curing themselves after years (and sometimes a life time) of chronic illness simply by adopting the CARNIVORE DIET. *. Google Mikhaila Peterson or “Low Carb Down Under” -you will be glad you did.
@Homie vegans die with spongy aerated bones. Thank you, no. You eat your way to whatever state you want. Leave me to do the same. Red meat cures a myriad of ills. Your disapproval does not change fact.
@Homie nope, my great aunt was 105. What a pathetic way to argue, by wishing a family early death. We're long lived, and not a vegan in sight. I've been eating this way since LONG BEFORE the trendy books came out. You can spot a vegan from 100 yards. Pale, pasty, flabby fleshed and violently opposed to accepting anyone else's way of life. You can't shut up and leave others alone. Being hungry constantly make you irritable. I don't care what you eat, just don't get in my way. My bones won't snap, but you'll be on calcium pills to save your life. And you'll still be insisting they be vegan. What a farce.
I was under the impression that until one ages, B12 was provided by gut cells and excess was stored in the liver. When that function atrophies, B12 supplementation is then beneficial but not taken as a pill. Stomach and digestive juices inactivate it: B12 injections were the preferred method of providing the vitamin. Now, B12 is available as a sublingual troche, just slip it under your tongue. Incidently, if you are diabetic and taking Metformin you will need B12 supplementation because Metformin will deplete any B12 made or stored in the liver
My body stopped making the Intrinsic Factor in the stomach that converts meats into B12 and stores it in the liver. I ran out completely of B12, zero, something the doctors had never seen. I had Pernicious anemia and lost all muscle function and brain function. I couldn't write or type. When this was finally recognized, I was pumped with B12 shots and put into physical therapy to learn to sit, transfer to a wheelchair, do all the handicapped things, and, most importantly, learn to stand and walk. I was in in-house PE for 2 months to reach a point where I could stand. I then did 3 months of outpatient PE to be able to finally take a few steps. As time went by and I kept taking B12 shots, I got to where I could walk with a cane. All other functions returned except for balance. I am lucky to be alive.
I have PA you need daily or EOD injections, as b12 only stays active for 24 hours as staring in liver is no good as it releases into gut and as you know as we have no intrinsic value we cannot absorb it. You also need to check folate and ferritin as these interact with b12. Also increase potassium in your diet. I would also recommend going diary and gluten free and looking at clay to help repair gut.
@Homie I take monthly injections of B12 and have for the past 13 years. Pills and under-the-tongue pills do not work for me. Also, just as an FYI, you can't overdose on B12. I don't mind injection B12 at all. It doesn't hurt.
I constantly have varying degrees of all these symotoms, and let me tell you, it's really awful, especially as my body over-reacts to taking b12 cyanocobalamin, that can last weeks. However, i do take unfortified, inactive nutritional yeast, which helps so much, and b3, niacinamide supplement, which i do manage to tolerate.
I have the fatigue/dizzy/balance issues and the worst for me is the difficulty in concentration. I also have to, at times, really concentrate to say words clearly, otherwise I feel I would sound slightly slurred, so wonder if that is a possible sign of lacking B12.
@@jamalcarter9236 My blood test said my B12 was slightly over average due to taking B12 tablets, so need to find another cause. IF I find out I'll let you know.
I have pernicious anemia (B12 autoimmune deficiency). If the person has neurological damage, such as the tingling limbs, memory loss, balance issues, etc, you should have B12 injections every other day until no further improvement. You must take folic acid for the B12 to do its job. Maintain adequate potassium and iron levels. The only people that will recover from B12 deficiency with tablets are possibly vegans. If you eat animal products regularly and are deficient, you will not absorb from tablets. Your blood test will show an increase but that does not mean your body can access it or use it. B12 intrinsic factor tests are horribly outdated and only 60% accurate thus do not rule out pernicious anemia. Thank you for bringing this issue to the public but you are missing a lot of important information. I've seen many doctors and none of them understand this issue. They had maybe 30 minutes of lecture while in medical school. Be a good advocate for yourself and learn all you can. This is the reason I am not in diapers, or a wheelchair/bed bound, and can communicate. See another doctor if they only want to give you tablets.
EOnutrition (Elliot Overton) is your man for the (extremely prevalent) B1 deficiency. No need to take his expensive forms - I started taking 2 tablets of 250 mg Thiamine Nitrate (over the counter) at breakfast and the difference in my energy and well being was amazing. 250 mgs … sounds a lot but very little is absorbed … also you can take many times more than that if you choose as it is not toxic even in extremely high doses. I presume you have looked it up - lots of info on it. It is very serious but Vit B1 is your first port of call … imo. Of course, NO alcohol from this moment on …

I just subscribed to your channel. I had all these symptoms and ignored them expecting to get healed naturally. I realized it was getting worse and decided to visit the Doctor. I had me running series of tests upon request by My GP and she sought to know if I was a vegetarian, after having scanned through my results (that which I'm not.) Meanwhile I have been trying to control my milk, egg, fish and meat intake for the fear that consuming too much of that might result in a terrible health issue. It turns out that I had an acid reflux which destructed my body (stomach) from absorbing the nutrients my body requires for a healthy growth. Hence, the Dr. Prescribed some vitamin D supplements and others to correct that. This video is very supportive. I hope to get more notifications.
To tell you about me I was diagnosed with gastritis with lots of acid and burning and chest pain I take pantrapeozole, omepeazole . But symptoms of gastritis was devasting and now having something jumping on my body and head . Wondering if a feroglobin supplements will work .
B12 should be taken at least EOD whilst monitoring folate, ferritin and potassium. In addition if you taking ferritin you need good vit c to fully absorb ferritin. Without high folate and ferritin your b12 will be not absorbed as well. B12 only stays active in your body for 24hours if you cannot absorb or have PA. So tablets and drops are not enough to stay healthy.
Fyi. Listen to MORLEY ROBBINS utubes - he knows all about ferritin/ iron in our bodies. The doctors have got it all wrong … as usual. Yawn. I have neuropathy in both feet and carpel tunnel in one hand, tingling and numbness. Also have balance and intestinal problems. Low B12 reading so get two B12 shots a month. While probably not the primary cause of my symptoms, a B12 deficiency could be a contributing factor. By the way, not diabetic). B12 vitamins are generally disposed of in the urine if not needed.
Latest info is that sub-lingual B12 tabs (troches ) are actually *superior* to injections - much cheaper by far ! Just make sure the B12 is absorbed in the mouth (mucus membranes) not swallowed …
@@yvettegomez4588 No - a troche is a lozenge which is used specifically when B12 is needed. As B12 is immediately destroyed by stomach acid 👈🏿(so can not be ingested) it is critical that you leave the troches (eg the B12 tablet) under the tongue to get into the blood stream via the mucus membranes under the tongue or cheeks. ANY B12 you swallow is LOST. So be patient and if wait till it is dissolved .. it will take up to 30 minutes. Latest science on this subject says that you absorb more B12 via the mucus membranes than even via injection. Cheers … 🤗

Sept I took a medication called Jardiance ,so I lost 30 pounds in 7 days and I checked my B12 deficiency and it was low ,the doctor ignored and now my whole body is in neuropathy shock..Three months in Canada cannot see a specialist..cannot sit ,sleep or work due to fatigue and pain in hands or leg.
The first thing I did as soon as I saw this video was I ran out and got myself some B12 feeling better already got it under my tongue and feeling better as it dissolves
My doctor,'s are so good ......., i have seen them several times because my hands and arms go numb at night. More recently i have had mouth ulcers and a very sore tongue, and also found i was off balance for a while. But the doctor's i see ( alway's different one's ) have never mentioned that i could be B 12 deficint !!! I met a friend recently and she suggested it might be helpful. Thank you for this giving me this insight .
Does having an underactive thyroid affect B12 deficiency? I have numb toes and feet and asked my doctor for a blood test, he said I was not B12 deficient and that tight shoes could be the cause, which I don't think is the cause as they are not tight. I bought my own B12 tablets and take them every day, my toes are still numb.I fell last year and broke my arm after stumbling. Do I need injections if I have malabsorption? I don't want the numbness to get worse. Thank you
i would like to add that B12 is mostly destroyed in the stomace so not much gets to us, this is why it can be a problem, the best advice i can give is get a sublingual B12 that way it will be absobed.
Insufficient diet for vegetarians, or vegans since it comes animal products. Also the use of certain medications make you unable to absorb or process it well such as heartburn medications nexium, Prilosec, etc, and type 2 diabetes meds like metformin even if the medication is no longer needed the change in processing might stay.
Animal Products don't produce B12 B12 is bacteria commonly found in our soils..... But with the recent trends of GMOs, Pesticides , Chemtrails , etc.... B12 is severely depleted from our soils... So mostly you have to either take a high quality supplement or eat red meat.... Would not reccomend Dairy products.

I have gastroparasis due to diabetes, I had all these symptoms, pounding heartbeat in my ear, palpitations and extreme shortness of breath, I was found to be very anaemic and B12 deficient, I was given iron tablets that relieved the symptoms somewhat, but an iron infusion made a massive difference, I was told because of the gastroparasis I don’t absorb iron in tablet’s, but my new GP insists I have iron tablets instead of the infusion, I can’t understand why, it’s very upsetting
If you've been told you can't get the iron you need in tablet form, and your new GP isn't listening, find a new, new GP. You don't have to put up with a doctor who isn't as concerned about your health as you are.

When I done some research I was really shocked. He'd been showing lots of the symptoms for years. He was 55 and he died on Friday 23 December. I'm absolutely devastated. Gosh I have a lot of these symptoms, just ordered B12 with folic acid. This makes so much sense. Thank you for this video!!!
Folic acid is synthetic - search for FOLATE it’s natural
What are her MS symptomps ?
Did she had constant tingling and numbness in her feet ?
Yes. She had constant tingling and numbness in her feet. It made it impossible for her to drive a car.

Lots of other people my age ( in their 60's) seem to be having similar problems.....and again, pre- coving jabs we were all healthy and active. You are SO WRONG !!
You are way behind the new research and the astounding success of chronically ill people* curing themselves after years (and sometimes a life time) of chronic illness simply by adopting the CARNIVORE DIET.
*. Google Mikhaila Peterson
or “Low Carb Down Under”
-you will be glad you did.
I eat red meat daily, too. It's the only cure for my anemia. The animal ate all the veggies I need.
When that function atrophies, B12 supplementation is
then beneficial but not taken as a pill.
EXCELLENT and necessary post. 🤗
@@madampolo JEEEEESUS …
Its two of us .

You are so insightful for describing me so well 😂.. I ve been eating nothing but jank all of my life.. and those symptoms have become a big part of me
I have pernicious anemia (B12 autoimmune deficiency).
I would really like to see a video about Vitamin B1 defiency and it’s repercussions including wet brain disease. Thank you
EOnutrition (Elliot Overton) is your man for the (extremely prevalent) B1 deficiency.

What is EOD and PA?
EOD - every other day
PA - pernicious anemia
Fyi.
Listen to MORLEY ROBBINS utubes - he knows all about ferritin/ iron in our bodies. The doctors have got it all wrong … as usual. Yawn.
(They are Big Pharma-educated - that’s the reason)

Omg. Me too 🤔
I have neuropathy in both feet and carpel tunnel in one hand, tingling and numbness. Also have balance and intestinal problems.
Low B12 reading so get two B12 shots a month. While probably not the primary cause of my symptoms, a B12 deficiency could be a contributing factor. By the way, not diabetic). B12 vitamins are generally disposed of in the urine if not needed.
Latest info is that sub-lingual B12 tabs (troches ) are actually *superior* to injections -
much cheaper by far !
Just make sure the B12 is absorbed in the mouth (mucus membranes)
not swallowed …
@@snowyowl6892 What is troches? Is it the liquid form that goes under your tongue by chance?
@@yvettegomez4588
No - a troche is a lozenge which is used specifically when B12 is needed.
Cheers … 🤗
Thanks...Now we know what it is before going toa doctor.

Is there a recommended dose for Vitamin B12?
I've read about 500mg. Over doing B12 can cause damage to your kidneys, so you don't want to over do it for too long. I learned about this after buying 2000mg B12, after I finish this bottle, I'll switch to a lower dosage tablet.
One of the things that let me know I am low in B12 is when I have a nervous eye tick. But I am now taking it because the other day I had blurred vision & yesterday I had pain in my feet. Hopefully that is it. I have practice alternative medicine for 55 years. I was reluctant to experiment on my children. But each time I did so, after research & research, it was well worth it. I reversed my eldest son, after two ear surgery & years of prescription medicine, ear health. They were threatening with permanent hearing aides. OMG. But I reversed it within one month. Since then I was more able to treat my youngest son's environmental allergies, my daughters stomach issues. And ect
I have pernicious anaemia so have to have monthly injections & you can see easily when I’m running low as my skin goes super pale & my eyes look black under & around them also have iron folate deficiency & have had to have 2 iron infusions- I’m only 39
Carli Jasmine - try to access MORLEY ROBBINS re iron in our body. He has a book called Cu-re … also lots of videos on utube. He is way ahead of doctors on this story. Don’t miss him.

NEVER use or think the word “incurable”. NEVER !
What we say (and think) is, in fact a *spell* we are casting. Over and over … cementing it in to reality.
It not easy to “get” this as it is a new concept.
Do a 180 degree …
Google brilliant people like
JOE DISPENZA
ABRAHAM HICKS
Immerse yourself in them.
And when you forget and slip up … say out loud

He has done lots of Utubes.
When I started on his protocol … although it was slow -
I found that the sea salt was providing lots of trace minerals … and you won’t believe it … I did not want to eat a single grain product or a single vegetable .
It was amazing. And the “change of diet” 🤣 allowed my body to start the cleansing process. (The only way to restore health is to get rid of a lifetime of toxins from the crappy diet we have been brought up with … the SAD diet (Std Amer Diet).
Probs I had had for years started disappearing, slowly and steadily.
Simply - we need to restore our body to the clean state we had as young children.
NEVER NEVER say negative words like “incurable” -
They act as Spells - creating our reality with the words we use.

More recently i have had mouth ulcers and a very sore tongue, and also found i was off balance for a while. But the doctor's i see ( alway's different one's ) have never mentioned that i could be B 12 deficint !!! I met a friend recently and she suggested it might be helpful. Thank you

So, what in our environment is inhibiting our ability to process vit b12?
Insufficient diet for vegetarians, or vegans since it comes animal products. Also the use of certain medications make you unable to absorb or process it well such as heartburn medications nexium, Prilosec, etc, and type 2 diabetes meds like metformin even if the medication is no longer needed the change in processing might stay.
Animal Products don't produce B12
B12 is bacteria commonly found in our soils.....
But with the recent trends of GMOs, Pesticides , Chemtrails , etc....
B12 is severely depleted from our soils...
So mostly you have to either take a high quality supplement or eat red meat....
Would not reccomend Dairy products.
This helped me understand more about deficiency thank you.
