I have been buying my egg white protein powder from IHerb, they also send to Canada, shipping is under $3 here in Canada which is truly amazing and it is so much cheaper then Amazon and the bigger the size you buy the more you save 💖 I always prefer watching you here on utube and Facebook is in so much trouble right now that it could be a long time before you can be live there 😉

I just started Keto 2 weeks ago and my birthday is only a couple days away. i didn't want to forgo a birthday sweet treat. I have 3 boys that love the birthday cakes. I found this book in the store and I didn't know it was yours until I started reading it and saw your picture. I was like 'oh i've watched her." The book has so many delicious looking recipes and I can't wait to try the recipes. :)

I would love to. It worked well and was fun, although maybe I should have had my phone in vertical orientation. I've only ever done FB and IG lives so I didn't realize it would be better that way. :)
Hi, I am so thankful I found you, and you’re absolutely right, a recipe with protein powder doesn’t let you taste the difference on the sweetener you use, and that Beas my biggest issue about keto . Thank you thank you, you can see and you can taste the difference. My humble opinion
I use a little collagen (or gelatin) and coconut flour in Basque cheese cake, only a small amount as the flour is supposed to help keep it from cracking, but it is really not needed in these. However I do think it has very good and soft texture if cooked hot and fast. I do the same for pumpkin pie and it comes out glossy and smooth on top.

Is there a ratio we should follow when adding protein powder? For example if we wanted to add it to an existing recipe what would you suggest?
Really depends on the recipe. I don't usually add more than 1/3 cup to a muffin or cake recipe. But if it's someone els's recipe (not mine) you may need to reduce the flour a bit to accommodate.
@@AllDayIDreamAboutFood i don't know if this is too general but, if my cake recipe calls for 1 1/4 c. almond flour and 1/4 c. Coconut flour, 4 eggs... what would your suggestion be for the egg white protein powder?.. So I just add in the protein powder or do I have to reduce flours? Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

I like collagen powder in cookies but I’ve always preferred chewy cookies with the exception of ginger snaps.

Thanks for this video, I’ve just found your channel. What you are doing with protein powder is exciting. As you will know many of us have real challenges with oxalates and the use of almond flour is pretty much a no no. If you can figure out how to achieve fluffier and higher raised results with coconut flour or other combinations that would be fantastic. I am looking forward to browsing through your videos and what you have in the pipeline.

This was a really great video - the first one I've seen with you. I thought it was informative, entertaining, helpful and friendly too! I will check out more of your videos for sure. Thank you for sharing all your recipes. I love them all. You are a Gem. I recently purchased the Just Egg Whites Protein Powder on Amazon the 8oz. I wanted to make a breadloaf. It looked beautiful and rose above the loaf but after I let it cool and cut into it, it looked and tasted like Styrofoam. Now I have 8oz of Egg White Protein Powder that I am afraid to use for baking for fear it may turn out like a Styrofoam. Hope to see you make bread or cakes and cookies using Just Egg Whites Protein Powder in the recipes.

I love your recipe's but I was so sad because a couple of my favorite weren't in your Ultimate guide for Baking. Yes and your Kentucky butter cake is my Favorite, with carmel sauce. I have to have my bf print them off.

It depends very much on the recipe itself. Sometimes not flowers will work, but sometimes they aren’t a good fit.

Would use these to bake coconut flour recipes as my wife is allergic to the almond flour. Current baking pans tend to stick.
I just got your Ultimate guide Keto baking book! Love the spiral binding… so excited to start making your recipes 🥰 wonder if I could use my Keto Chow. Ingredients can be Expensive but with the low bs numbers… I would rather pay for food instead of medication 😋

Mine are always flat topped because I live at 7000 ft elevation. It's always an experiment, sometimes it works most of the time not.
Elevation is tricky! From what I understand, you should be making some of the same accommodations that you would in regular baking too. But the important thing is that it tastes good!
