I think the Crystal Crisis and Bounty Hunter arcs are the most important to get someday. Crystal Crisis especially for that scence with Anakin and Obi-Wan talking about Ahsoka leaving. I'm not a big fan of the Yuzong Vong since they feel like just a alien invasion type story except on a galatic scale. However I woulda like to see them introduce them into back to the canon in a different context.
It’s funny how Disney clearly loves money and appeasing investors more than the fans of Star Wars, yet they don’t do anything with all of the unfinished content that’s been basically done for them besides the animation. Absolutely astounding.
Spoiler alert for bad batch season 3: Ventress (i think that’s how you spell it😅) returns, which is why you couldn’t really put dark disciple into the clone wars atp.
I think the most likely outcome here is some of these arcs being adapted to future episodes of Tales or Bad Batch and maaaaaybee even some future live action projects.
yep its ALL CONSIDERED CANON and they wouldnt retcon anything from the cancelled episodes... (except they saved Cad Bane and made him and Boba duel later in life and not have Boba win. And now they saved Ventress and put her in bad batch)
Here’s how I rank the arcs on a mixture of how much I like their ideas and their importance: Son of Dathomir Dark Disciple Bounty Hunter Arc Yuzong Vong Return to the Jedi Crystal Crisis of Utapau Yoda and Bad Batch of Kashyyyk Rex and R2 Return to Mon Cala Like you said, some of these aren’t important and need to be reworked if made, but if some of them were to be made, the most important ones are Son of Dathomir and Dark Disciple because yeah, it is kinda weird to see Maul captured by Sidious and than a crime lord and there are those who don’t read comics or just don’t know about the comic, so it would be nice to see Maul get from points A to B in animated form, same goes Dark Disciple in literally seeing Ventress’ story finished. The Boba and Cad arc should be finished to with how they keep referencing it and even though it isn’t the conclusion of Cad Bane’s story, it would be nice to see the Clone Wars chapter of his story finished. They have rough animations of Cristal Crisis done, so I think it was weird they didn’t fully finish it and I think they should since it builds the road further towards the Death Star and the camp scene with Anakin and Obi-Wan is one of Clone Wars’ best scenes since they talk about Ashoka and the irony in Obi-Wan saying Anakin will never let him down. Yoda and Bad Batch arc, probably isn’t too need and we can just assume Yoda has good relationships with the Wookiees from some other time in the past, but it would be fun to have. Yeah, the Yuzong Vong arc doesn’t need to be finished, but it sounds like the most interesting one, so I’d want to see it probably the most out of these arcs.
That arc with Ahsoka meeting with General Kenobi and Skywalker in Return to the Jedi Temple could be easily done as it is without any rewrite because all episodes of season 1 and season 2 have arcs that connect with each other and are out of chronological order. The pilot of Clone Wars is the end of the beginning of an arc in season 2. Everything can be done, Disney just will not let it happen, but I know that Dave Filoni is working to referencing them by respecting the canon of these never made arcs and I have faith that these arcs are coming back either as memories of characters or whole episode flashbacks.
They can do them all at once if they make each arc a 90 minute episode and split Dark Disciple into two episodes which would total 10 episodes. They can also release Dark Disciple as an 8 episode mini series and do Son of Dathomir as a 4 episode mini series along with the Boba Fett, Kashyyyk and Sith Temple arcs or do them as movies or specials. They can also do Rex and R2 in Tales of the Jedi along with the Mon Cala and Yuuzhan Vong arcs. Crystal Crisis simply needs to be animated as is and then its done.
I’m glad they made these into canon books like son of dathomir and dark disciple. Along with keeping the bounty hunters, kashyyyk, and keeping the entire utapau arc tho unfinished canon as well. The rest no longer fit in canon. They can’t go back to mon cala in canon because vader doesn’t recall a second time in the comics when he goes there. They can’t make the ahsoka one for obvious reasons. Same with the vong. The red one could be made but it’s pointless. But I think they should finish the ones that fit in canon or only have books.
Feel like all these scrapped arcs can be their own shows if Disney does want to finish them. Son of Dathomir can be an amazing Darth maul tv show and can also not only add what is in the comic but what he did during the rise of the empire
If Disney ever does a what if for Star Wars some of these stories can fit it to explain how the Jedi survived and the clones did not have their chips activated
i dont think we will get a son of dathomir or crystal heist adaptation sadly. however i would not be suprised at an adaptation of the boba and cad bane episodes as a tie in to the book of boba and a dark disciple adaptation as a tie into whatever they have planned for quinlin voss.
My dream would be to get a Clone Wars Legacy Season - Dark Disciple/Saving Vos, Son of Dathomir, Crystal Crisis, Boba & Bane, and Bad Batch & Yoda. As well as remastering and releasing extended editions of The Clone Wars Film (or as 4 separate episodes) and series, along with a legacy project making episodes from Republic Heroes, Jedi Alliance, and if 2003 CW is not made canon again, several arcs that take place before the Battle of Christophsis and an arc for the ground Battle of Coruscant.
For the Yuzhan Vong arc, they could simply swap them with the Grysks from the Thrawn Book and it would both still make sense for the show and introduce the Grysks to audiences for a probable appearence in the Mandoverse.
Okay but I feel like we really gonna have those episodes about the Sith shrine under the Jedi Temple, like it's such a major thing that's just not really explored in any mainstream canon Star Wars media I'd say it should probably be a solo Anakin episode with some temptation of the power the dark side could give him in a reason not to doubt Sidious's promise about cheating death in Episode III. It also has to be something that he wouldn't afterwards feel comfortable telling anyone, even Obi-Wan about to plant the seeds of why Anakin turns on Obi-Wan so quickly
Maybe... that's the tricky part. Because like with the Jedi Temple arc, that isn't canon anymore but yet they said all of the unfinished episodes are canon.
dave filloni has a tendacy to break canon, he also for some god damn reason is alergic to killing characters and always brings the dead back to life. he’s a fraud who was carried by the rest of the clone wars crew
I generally agree with this. However, the arc involving Grievous mining Kyber crystals on Utapau doesn’t make sense because if the Republic knew of a Separatist presence on Utapau before Episode 3, then the Republic and the Jedi would’ve fought to flush the Separatists out of Utapau before Episode 3 took place. At minimum, with knowledge of a Separatist presence on Utapau, the Republic and the Jedi would’ve searched their first and found Grievous sooner without any trouble.
It could be a case where there was a prior battle, and they had kicked out the Separatists. Yet when Grievous was on the run, he took his forces back and kept everyone quiet. Utapau remained neutral in the war so the Republic may have let them be afterwards. Or maybe despite any occupation there were still too many Separatist works Grievous could hide that didn’t make it an obvious first look. Not that your argument has any less validity, just other possibilities to consider.
I feel like Star Wars The Clone Wars as a series IS over. Yes, there are these unfinished episodes, but the final season feels like them saying "here's what we could do for the finales. This is how the stories and the Clone Wars for these characters end." However, if they were to released these unfinished episodes, it could maybe be part of a "Clone Wars" spinoff titled "Clone Wars Adventures" or something like that. That way, they don't make another season (going back on saying season 7 was the final season), and we can finally see these story arcs truly realised.
A lot of people are starting to say Ahsoka’s a Mary Sue, and while I’m not a subscriber to such belief, her stopping sidious would not have been a good look and would only add fuel to the fire
I don’t think the crystal crisis arc should be made. It being canon would mean Kenobi should know grievous might be on Utapau and therefore the republic spies mentioned in episode 3 reporting grievous being on utapau makes no sense. Like duh if he was on Utapau shortly before episode 3 ofc the jedi would start looking there?
I'm really sad about how disney ends clone wars. This is huge era of star wars and of my childhood and It really hurts when I realise how many great stories and ideas didn't take place on the screen. I really hope that Clone wars will return in a real complete edition, not onli 12 episodes of season like it has place. May the Force be with us!
Star Wars needs a new form of bad guys the CIS were so unique as they used droids and I thought their contrast with the republics clones worked so well. But Other than that it’s just Jedi vs Sith or the empire or some imperial remnant vs rebels or new republic it gets so repetitive so i personally would love that Yuuzahn Vong Arc to be completed as that would not only add a cool and very creepy arc but it would also add a new end game threat so different from the others using biological weapons instead of technology.
I wish George had at least made a few stipulations before selling Star Wars, such as Disney not being allowed to cancel the Clone Wars cartoons. I wish they had just continued making cartoons honestly, because there's so much more they can do than is possible in live action and it looks a lot better too. Would have been great to have never gotten old Ahsoka that can hardly move. Much prefer the more acrobatic Ahsoka. xD

I'm not a big fan of the Yuzong Vong since they feel like just a alien invasion type story except on a galatic scale. However I woulda like to see them introduce them into back to the canon in a different context.
Grysk !!
It’s funny how Disney clearly loves money and appeasing investors more than the fans of Star Wars, yet they don’t do anything with all of the unfinished content that’s been basically done for them besides the animation. Absolutely astounding.
#CompleteTheCloneWars
Definitely want to watch these unfinished arcs on Disney Plus!
Spoiler alert for bad batch season 3:
Ventress (i think that’s how you spell it😅) returns, which is why you couldn’t really put dark disciple into the clone wars atp.
Not adapting Son of Dathomir and Dark Disciple is a crime
They should have made the Boba Fett vs Cad Bane episode, instead of the Martez sisters.
A 2 hour animated movie of dark disciple would go hard
Ah, my favorite show of all time. All of these could be made into movies instead. Maybe that's the better thing to do.
They could definitely do it in the form of movies as well. Either is fine with me as long as we get to see these stories.
Would it? They weren’t designed for that
Vuzhong Vong!!?!??!! That would be really cool!!!
I agree with you about the arcs that need to be finished.
Here’s how I rank the arcs on a mixture of how much I like their ideas and their importance:
Son of Dathomir
Dark Disciple
Bounty Hunter Arc
Yuzong Vong
Return to the Jedi
Crystal Crisis of Utapau
Yoda and Bad Batch of Kashyyyk
Rex and R2
Return to Mon Cala
Like you said, some of these aren’t important and need to be reworked if made, but if some of them were to be made, the most important ones are Son of Dathomir and Dark Disciple because yeah, it is kinda weird to see Maul captured by Sidious and than a crime lord and there are those who don’t read comics or just don’t know about the comic, so it would be nice to see Maul get from points A to B in animated form, same goes Dark Disciple in literally seeing Ventress’ story finished. Yeah, the Yuzong Vong arc doesn’t need to be finished, but it sounds like the most interesting one, so I’d want to see it probably the most out of these arcs.
i would love to see the sith shrine arc, personally i dont care if they contradict the novels or comics since they've done it before
That arc with Ahsoka meeting with General Kenobi and Skywalker in Return to the Jedi Temple could be easily done as it is without any rewrite because all episodes of season 1 and season 2 have arcs that connect with each other and are out of chronological order.
Clone Wars was a show that could run forever simply do to it jumping around the timeline
I personally wanna see the Yuuzhan Vong brought back.
Absolute shame these were scraped, I doubt they will ever see the light of day
the planned season 7 was so much better than the season 7 that we got.
Asajj Ventress fell in love with the Jedi didnt she? and she is also still alive.
Feel like all these scrapped arcs can be their own shows if Disney does want to finish them. Son of Dathomir can be an amazing Darth maul tv show and can also not only add what is in the comic but what he did during the rise of the empire
I just want them to leave Ventress and Mother Talzin alone. I think they would be great characters to show up in Ahsoka or The Mandalorian.
Tales of the Jedi might explain some of these arc
imagine this may 4th wen bad batch ends they announce to release em
If they wanna do the boba fett episodes, I think it'd be fun to see them as a tales of series, maybe a tales of the guild (bounty hunter)
WHERE ARE THE ONES WITH JARJAR ON IT
For the Yuzhan Vong arc, they could simply swap them with the Grysks from the Thrawn Book and it would both still make sense for the show and introduce the Grysks to audiences for a probable appearence in the Mandoverse.
Okay but I feel like we really gonna have those episodes about the Sith shrine under the Jedi Temple, like it's such a major thing that's just not really explored in any mainstream canon Star Wars media
I'd say it should probably be a solo Anakin episode with some temptation of the power the dark side could give him in a reason not to doubt Sidious's promise about cheating death in Episode III. It also has to be something that he wouldn't afterwards feel comfortable telling anyone, even Obi-Wan about to plant the seeds of why Anakin turns on Obi-Wan so quickly
Maybe they'll finally be finished if Disney doesn't own Star Wars anymore and George Lucas regains the rights.
They could be made into feature films.
#completetheclonewars.
i honestly think they should finish those unfinished Episodes, at least some of them anyway.
Well I could add son of Dathomir and Crystal Crisis On Utapau as part of my clone wars list of episodes even if they are a comic book and story reels
Dark Dispile reminds me of the Clone Wars's flaws due to its tretment of Quinalin Vos
They need to do the battle of Coruscant
wait so if the unfinished eps are being treated as cannon does that mean the vong are cannon.
Maybe... that's the tricky part. Because like with the Jedi Temple arc, that isn't canon anymore but yet they said all of the unfinished episodes are canon.
@@DCNetwork I love too See padme and anakin return to mon cala
FINALLY someone is talking about this. fucking absurd that shit like book of boba fett and kenobi comes out when the clone wars is still incomplete
weird now, if it's canon how is she alive in bad batch?
Hence, not considered canon.
dave filloni has a tendacy to break canon, he also for some god damn reason is alergic to killing characters and always brings the dead back to life. he’s a fraud who was carried by the rest of the clone wars crew
anyone has a link where i can watch the unfinished version of the bad batch arc?
We can only hope that the rest are finished one day
Tales of the clone wars
I feel like Star Wars The Clone Wars as a series IS over. Yes, there are these unfinished episodes, but the final season feels like them saying "here's what we could do for the finales. This is how the stories and the Clone Wars for these characters end."
However, if they were to released these unfinished episodes, it could maybe be part of a "Clone Wars" spinoff titled "Clone Wars Adventures" or something like that. That way, they don't make another season (going back on saying season 7 was the final season), and we can finally see these story arcs truly realised.
We need a “adventures of the clone wars” series that’s just completing the production of these episodes
It's 2024 and Ventress is alive in Bad Batch, so they're not really keeping all these planned episodes canon
The animation studio that worked on Clone Wars reportedly shut down recently. :(
they can put them in between season 5 and 6 since there isn't much time left to revenge of the sith with season 6
i had no idea that there where that many unfinished episodes i thought it was like 5
maybe i was thinking 9 and maybe I'm also had confused arks with episodes
While I‘d love to get them, I dont want them from Disney. Seeing how they censored and rewrote S7, I‘d rather not have them.
Each of the longer episode arcs could easily be turned into made for tv disney plus original movies.
Ventress can’t die because she was in bad batch
Let me see the rest of these arcs
Star Wars needs a new form of bad guys the CIS were so unique as they used droids and I thought their contrast with the republics clones worked so well.
But Other than that it’s just Jedi vs Sith or the empire or some imperial remnant vs rebels or new republic it gets so repetitive so i personally would love that Yuuzahn Vong Arc to be completed as that would not only add a cool and very creepy arc but it would also add a new end game threat so different from the others using biological weapons instead of technology.
I just wish one day we can get these episodes finished as they were meant to be.
#CompleteTheCloneWars
I want them so bad
The crystal ark, was Probably the best of season 7, Disney, you are a bunch of fucking ballon’s and need to make that arc
Coming in 2024, thankfully we got ventress' fate
Bro Is there any new update about ben 10?
I wish George had at least made a few stipulations before selling Star Wars, such as Disney not being allowed to cancel the Clone Wars cartoons.
I wish they had just continued making cartoons honestly, because there's so much more they can do than is possible in live action and it looks a lot better too.
Would have been great to have never gotten old Ahsoka that can hardly move. Much prefer the more acrobatic Ahsoka. xD
