- Congestion from allergies, a cold, or sinus pressure can be annoying, yet common, for the colder months. Your lymphatic system plays a crucial role in your immune health. Lymphatic Massage (or sinus drainage massage) is a tool to help keep the lymphatic system healthy and moving, which can assist in decreasing congestion and pressure, as well as swollen lymph nodes. I am a physical therapist, and as a certified lymphedema therapist, I show you in this video how the lymphatic system works and what would be the best technique, that I use myself, to help manage symptoms for allergy relief, congestion relief, and sinus pressure relief.

I want to tell you that you have been so helpful... my 7 year old has always had issues with her sinus... and we did not know what to do since she is already on medication for asthma.. When I read a comment by a mum of a 4 year old, I thought it was time to try it. In the middl of the night she woke up and we did it. 10 minutes later she could blow her nose. And when she just woke up, she did it again and oh my god how much mucus she took out. She wants to send you a emoji to thank you...🥰

@@funkathrusta how does it work? We have recently gone to the ENT and she has adenoids so she must go through surgery to remove them...
@@anav7774 usually, there are mold inspectors in your area. your local municipality may also have free or discounted mold inspection services. i had horrible sinus problems and had a lot of excess treatment done .. turns out I had mold poisoning from my home.

OMG this helped me get a good night's sleep. I am having to deal with congestion from COVID-19 and the congestion and sinusitis are unreal. But I was actually able to breath through my nose and slept so well.

Right, I feel the same way. I have recovered from Covid 19, pneumonia from Covid 19 7 months ago. On 2 inhalers. Still have congestion and now moved to face and ears. Thick Mucus I just can't move. Dealing with a cold at the moment and the lymph node under my right jaw felt slightly swolle, did this and it's not noticeable anymore! And my nose feels way less blocked too!
