I’m a licensed esthetician and this is the best and most informatively helpful video I’ve seen. Thank you so much for being concise! I just subscribed.
I found your channel while looking for a sinus relief massage because I could not get any relief using medications. Unfortunately, my hands are bad so I couldn't do the massage daily. After watching this video I went and purchased a jade roller and I can now do the massage every day. This has helped me enormously! Thank you for sharing
I am a licensed esthetician. Thank you so much for this video. You are a great teacher. This was easy and simple to learn. I will be watching more of your video. I subscribed YAY.
Very informative. Instructions say to start at the forehead down. The difference between hands and roller is heat VS cold. Just like the med icy hot I would use the roller first then the hands to relax after working out the fluids. Although when we consider a bath which is used to remove toxins we start with heat 🔥 this moves the toxins to the surface as the herbL or sitz bath water cools this pulls out through the skin. This is why rinse in the shower is highly recommended for before and after a bath (herbal or sitz). Loved the vid so much I left my thoughts. I got my jade roller kit off Amazon
I had no idea what lymphedema was until yesterday. I am a 7 yrs Hodgkin's Lymphoma survivor who has been losing my mind with ear/nose issues. I am truly hoping to find some answers asap!
I've had really bad arthritis for a while and I don't have the dexterity to massage myself the way you show. What I did was I got a couple of those tools with the rubber ends that you use for frosting cakes. That's what I use and they seem to work all right.
Very helpful video, thank you! Based on one of your other clips, I would have thought you need to finish by rolling downward in front of the ears and then down the sides of the neck to move fluid towards the collarbone. Have I got that wrong?
Thank you for your videos. Could you do more videos on additions to compression and massage for the groin area? I have lymphedema in that area and using compression shorts (plus other cushioing) and massage have not made much of a difference. Thank you.
Thank you for your video but do have a question. Is there a roller that you recommend for use on the feet/legs like the rollers your showing. Appreciate your feedback. Jessica 😊
Do you have an recommendations for Sebaceous cysts face?? Will this help? And we is it possible to help move the sister long through the drainage system without surgery removal?
Hello Kelly, just discovering and appreciating your videos. What do you think of the Amethyst Facial Roller? I got one at a local store, not really knowing the difference with the rose or jade... the amethyst was on sale to be honest! Thanks :)
My son is 38 yrs old and was born with congenital lymphedema. He is missing lymphatic vessels in both legs causing his legs and feet to swell and it causes a back up of the whole lymphatic system making him look swollen all over. Do you have any suggestions for someone born with this condition? He has struggled all his life and has developed cellulitis many times throughout his life. He uses leg wraps but that is about all any doctor has ever told us to do for his condition. I appreciate any suggestions you may have. Thank you.
Can I massage the right and left sides of the face at the same time using two rollers at the same time, one with the right hand and the other with the left?
an aesthetician recommended lymphatic massage and circulation for under eye issues such as puffing, circles, etc. Do you think that can help? I'm getting a hydrafacial that seems to concentrate on lymphatic drainage. Just wondering.
I am not a PT and am an LMT and specializes in Lymphatic drainage. I keep small (toe) basalt stones in the refrigerator. I place a kleenex tissue over the eyes and place a stone on the eyelids. You could also keep flax seed eye pillows in the refrigerator and use them. It's really relaxing and relieves puffiness. As always make sure you discuss symptoms with you doctor and eye doctor to determine if there is an underlying condition.

Hi mam! Is there supplements or food or herbs that are good for our lemphatic sestym?
@g0ld peDalist
Cut down salt and up your water intake will help you tremendously.
Got good results with your method..and the roller
How do you know the difference between lymphatic fluid or edema?
Thank you!!!
Very nice mam lot of love from
India
Needed this information
I got stainless steel as its also very cold but easier to sanitise. Jade is porous which can breed bacteria.
Thank you so much!
Your info is very helpful, thank you!
You’re so welcome!
Hi 👋 hello Kelly. Greetings from Houston, TX ☺
Can I massage my arms with lympoedema with jade rollers
Thank you for your video but do have a question. Is there a roller that you recommend for use on the feet/legs like the rollers your showing. Appreciate your feedback.
Jessica 😊
You can actually use a rolling pin for feet and legs- i use either a wooden one, or one made out of granite or steel.
Do you have an recommendations for Sebaceous cysts face?? Will this help? And we is it possible to help move the sister long through the drainage system without surgery removal?

I have a lot of pressure on my eyes. Can i gently use the roller on my eyelids?

How many times a day can the massages be done?
Are they really gemstones; if so they would be more costly.
Kelly, do you have a site on Amazon? Thank you!
Yes, I have a storefront sharing some go-to products. It’s in the description box but here is the link 🙂 www.amazon.com/shop/cancerrehabpt
