Ingredients:
1 16oz can of chickpeas (garbanzo beans) 440g
1/8 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of garlic powder (2g)
1/4 tsp of ground black pepper (1g)
1/4 to 1/2 tsp of paprika (1g)
1 Tbsp of olive oil (15ml)
*Can easily add a little more or less of any of these spices

Is it always necessary to shake the basket during cooking in an air fryer with all dishes?
It depends on the dish. But generally a good idea with things like chips, french fries, these chickpeas, vegetables, etc.
The Only Way These Are Good Is If They Are Pickled. I remember my Childhood days when my aunt Sylvia (in Heaven Now Since 1986) making them for my Grampy. I wish I knew her recipe .
