Priceless trip learning from Paul and his team. It’s amazing how healthy a body can be just from the basics we covered. We also did a full diet and exercise protocol with exact steps, reps, etc., which will come out here on UA-cam. Quite a powerful recipe in a world lacking common sense. Thanks to everyone watching this and educating others on natural means of health, even when the powers that be have tried to squash us.

So glad Paul and alot of people came around to adding fruit into your diet. I tried the full carnivore thing for awhile and just wasn't for me but adding in some bananas and berries and a variety of meat, eggs a little yogurt, white rice, liver and onions is perfect for me.

After 2 yr carni and having small windows of ' dirty carni ' where i ate some rice, honey, full cream and some fruits with my daily steak i found that within a week or two i found the return of appetite that was very strong. When this happened i would stop all the carbs and honey and the next week or so i was in another detox withdraw and very uncomfortable, sleep not good, redness in my face and dry skin.
I've watched and listened and even put in practice this way of eating but for some people the damage is done and the thought of ever being able to tolerate the heavy heat burden and toxic by-products of using kindling for fire from the consumption of carbs for energy is just not possible anymore.

Wow I never knew the hypnagogic jerks were related to low magnesium! I thought they were anxiety related! That explains the constipation as well for me

Completely agree that with when I eat unlimited fruit and high quality meats, I don't feel the need or craving for processed foods or refined sugar.

Hi Dr. Saladino! I am confused with the chart you put up. The C and Calcium values for ‘kale’ are unexpectedly higher at 3.72X and 50.8X compared to liver and ribeye respectively! Ribeye lags noticeably at 26X on C. I am in my 60’s and calcium is an issue, supposedly, albeit my panel digits show ‘normal’. Maybe i am not versed or foggy on this. ?
