I started a new training regime nov. 7 due to encountering the Bioneer randomly on yt, now I'm more flexible than I've ever been, have 10 times more energy than I did a month ago, I've picked up drawing plus creative writing, and currently working hard towards my first handstand pushup . Oh and of course juggling, I juggle now, which is weird and random but incredible for focus ! Thank you for all the inspiration, seriously

Lord Bioneer, the dark lord of functionality. Great video, learning a lot of valuable information from this channel. Has really enhanced my training, more challenging, more exciting, expanded my experience. I used to just do the big lifts Deadlifting etc, it was great but limited & got bored with training. Not anymore. My 5yo son is out there with me as well, mini Bioneer 😁🤣

Sorry, Adam, but I think you should take another look at all that research that you say proves the benefit of collagen supplements for tendon health. Almost all of it is animal or lab research. The two human studies were extremely small and at least somewhat flawed. At best, the research suggests that more and better studies need to be done.

I’ve always been fairly inflexible. I did Taekwondo for a short while in university and remembered these exercises for beginners (See: ua-cam.com/video/aEYgYkdr42Y/v-deo.html). I have been doing these exercises for about 2 month. Have seen an improvement in flexibility, but have reached what seems like a natural stopping point. Is there such thing as a natural stopping point for flexibility? Do some people have a natural inability to teach their body to do splits (Which is my goal)?
