Thank you very much, Paul! *TLDW notes:* [3:32] *General rule:* Synthetic chemicals are likely harmful to humans and should be avoided until proven safe. What you put on your skin is as important as what you eat and drink. [5:00] *Water:* Use a reverse osmosis filter or drink spring water from glass bottles to avoid contaminants. Avoid plastic bottles as they can cause chemicals to leach into the water. [6:07] *Food:* An animal-based diet including organs, meat, fruit, honey, and raw dairy provides essential nutrients like magnesium, manganese, and thiamine. [12:00] *Bed:* Use fragrance-free detergent to wash sheets to avoid absorbing fragrances. Avoid detergents with 1,4-Dioxane. Use white vinegar as an alternative. Avoid polyester. [16:02] *Sheets & Bed clothes:* Clothes we wear to bed can contain harmful chemicals like PFAS, found in many fabrics, including polyester. Use natural, organic materials for mattresses and sheets. Wash sheets with natural detergents like white vinegar or Seventh Generation free & clear. [41:20] *After waking up:* Use bidet if possible. Avoid BPA and xenoestrogens in toilet paper and paper towels. Avoid mouthwash and toothpaste with fluoride or harmful chemicals (polyethylene glycol, SDS soaps). Use natural Boar's hair toothbrush and brush with water. Also avoid thermal paper receipts. Use PFA-free and ideally plastic-free silk floss. [53:17] *Cosmetics:* Check product ingredients using EWG SkinDeep guide (phthalates, parabens, PFAs). Moisturise with tallow and use animal fat-based products with non-nano zinc and avoid fragrances. Use natural deodorant alternatives like apple cider vinegar or rubbing alcohol. [1:01:28] *Food storage:* Use cast iron or stainless-steel cookware instead of non-stick pans and avoid storing food in plastics. Glass containers are best for liquids. [1:07:47] *Washing dishes:* Avoid detergents with alcohol and oxalates. Use baking soda to wash dishes. [1:12:10] *Key message:* The goal is not to stress you out, but to remind you that you can gradually make choices that will benefit your health, your family's health, and the health of any future children you may have. It's a significant aspect of human life.
Some extra ideas: - Scented candles, air humidifiers and air fresheners might also spread around harmful toxins which go directly into your lungs when you breath. If you like candles, prefer the ones without fragrances and made out of natural waxes e.g. beeswax or palm wax. Freshening the indoor air can simply be done by opening a window if it's not too cold or polluted outside. Green houseplants can also help with purifying the air. Not to forget they enrich your home with good types of microbes. - You can wash clothes and sheets which don't have difficult stains on them with just plain, warm/hot water. There isn't a pressing need to rely on a laundry detergent every single time. You could also treat stains with gall soap or pine soap before giving the fabrics a spin in a washing machine. Gall and pine soap are both traditional and simple detergents. The latter one can be purchased in both solid or liquid form. However, pine soap is quite strong due to its resin content so it dries the skin of some people and it's advised not to let it end up in natural waters e.g. lakes where it harms the fish. Gall soaps on the other hand, there are different types of them but some are made out of animal origin fats so I assume gall soap is friendlier to your skin. Gall and pine soap don't foam a lot so it's not dangerous to put clothes treated with these soaps in a washing machine. There is also a thing called "soap nuts" but they can be tricky to acquire. Pine soap is a popular detergent for cleaning the floor, wooden sauna, carpets and inside of an electric oven, too. - I use honey mixed in water to rub my hair and sculp, which is an effective way to remove dandruff. Honey is naturally antibacterial and balances skin pH. Plus, it smells nice and doesn't cost much. Some people use baking soda but I would personally not recommend it since it's so alkaline that it irritates the skin. It might end up turning your sculp red and itchy and increase the amount of dandruff overtime. - Coconuts and coconut oils and fats might not be the best option for someone who is against animal cruelty because some (Not all) coconuts are collected using monkeys who are apparently not being treated very well. But then again, I have not seen how the monkeys actually do their work in most of the modern coconut farms in real life. What I've seen online might just be propaganda which accounts to a very small fraction of the whole coconut industry. But I've still decided to cut out all coconut products from my life. (I do eat meat but I believe animals can be treated with respect even if they were to be killed for food in the end so eating meat doesn't automatically equal animal cruelty to me.) - You can create your own toothpowder for taking care of your teeth. Easy recipes can be found online. I make mine without any herbs or spices. It consist of 4 tsp of green clay (From natural food/remedy store. Bentonite, kaolin and other edible clays are also acceptable.), 2 tsp of baking soda, 2 tsp of fine sea salt and 2 tsp of calcium carbonate powder (From pharmacy. Other calcium powders and tablets work, too. Tablets need to be ground though.). Mix the ingredients together preferably using a non-metallic utensil because metal can change the properties of the clay. To use the powder, wet a toothbrush, fill a teaspoon with the powder, pat the toothbrush on the powder pile on the spoon, pour the leftover powder back in its container, take a small sip of water and start brushing your teeth. Spit the mixture out after finishing and rinse your mouth. Hopefully somebody finds these tips useful. Take care! Edit: Wrote some additions.
THANKS FOR RESPONDING TO THAT COMMENT SO QUICKLY! This just made my day. Hi Paul! Love your content. Since I saw this video some time back, after moving to the PNW (which also helps, everyone is like on the natural hippie wave here thank God) I have changed my life radically. I switched nearly everything in my home, though I don’t have kids which made it easier for me. I am very young, but so glad I learned everything as early as I did. I switched to all non toxic cleaning, from floors to dishes, to laundry detergent- all of it. That was my first big leap. I switched nearly all of my skin and body care, including shower soaps, shaving cream and the like to all natural products, most animal based. I try to keep nearly all of it packed in glass also, and stored away out of the sun to prevent damage to the glass or the fat contents in these products. All of my cleaning supplies are packed in glass too. I switched to all natural fibers for wiping surfaces, which has ironically helped me achieve more zero waste living. So think all of organic natural fibers, like linens and cotton. I want to get the filter that you attach to a washer which filters out and catches some micro plastics. My hope is to limit this getting into our city water everytime I do laundry and to also limit the plastics getting mixed with all my laundry which includes the linens I may use to wipe my counters down with. I don’t buy paper towels and haven’t in a long time. I’ve yet to get a reverse osmosis water filter or bidet attachment, I just lost my job so I can’t afford it yet but hope I will in the future. Same for EMF blockers. But I’ve switched all my cleaning tools and sponges, body scrubs and the like with all natural items such as sisal, wood, plant fibers and the like. I’ve not yet switched cosmetics but rarely ware them now that I don’t have a public facing job anymore. I’m on the journey of slowly replacing all of my wardrobe to natural fibers such as linen, cotton and wool. The top priority being underwear bras and socks, same for my husband who is totally on board with natural fiber boxers. I just also purchased an all purely organic cotton covered wool filled comforter which I am so excited to use. Going to wait for Black Friday sale to purchase evayas all organic cotton and wool mattress and an organic wool mattress topper. I’ve heard of the frequencies plastic clothes and bedding emits, enough to make your body sick. So my goal is to eliminate all toxic bedding from the base and up to the sheets before the end of this year. I do believe this will help my husband with many issues. In the meantime we eat mostly healthy. Thank God I live in a farm town, everyone grows their own food, so I always find local organic produce, meat, and 4/5 stores I can think of sell raw milk so I have healthy options as well. We are low income, especially now with my job loss, but my focus will shift on our food as top priority with the rest of these goals as future priority. I hope to switch to all organic natural fibers in my bathroom as well, and to finally stop drinking tap water.. I know.. no plastic bottles though! But I can’t thank you enough for opening my eyes!! I love your channel ❤ keep up the good fight!
Beware of mold in the household folks. I had black mold hidden away in a cupboard and was breathing the spores for, what could have been, years. Was causing digestion and eye problems that no doctor could help with. I treated home professionally to get rid of the mold and I am currently detoxing with glutathione and activated charcoal. slowly getting back to 100%.
Thank you Paul for another informative video. I would love to see a video about glycation and the role of fruit and honey in that process. Love that you are willing to make changes based on knowledge and personal experience and share that with your followers. Keep up the great work.
Whew. Fragrance has been a tough one for me to eliminate. I think it’s a mixture of growing up in a two-smoker household and our society’s overwhelming desire to “smell good.” It makes you feel a certain way when someone stops you and says you smell nice. I smelled like an ashtray for 20 years and it was something I couldn’t control at the time. Now I feel like I’m too far on the other side of things and I know that’s not good for me either. I had my sons birthday party at the house recently and I plugged in a couple of airwicks in the bathroom just for company and had the worst headache from the excessive fragrance. I threw them away afterwards and said to myself, “Im gonna focus on trying to prevent things from smelling bad vs trying to make bad things smell good.” If that means opening a window in a stinky bathroom for a few minutes, then that’s what I’m gonna do! 🤣
True and true again. I have known about this topic for decades and we made changes years ago thankfully........ from the Ozarks drinking fresh spring water
23:46 I know you are not a fan of coffee but it’s one reason I prefer mugs and brewing at home. If I do get it in a cup (away from home) will try and transfer it to a mug as soon as possible.
Thank you for sharing! This is so helpful! There is a small business farm called Ashwood Acres holistic farm sells their organic 100% grass fed tallow products like soaps, shampoo, deodorant, Tallow Balms, lip balms 🙌🏼
Its funny to me that not wanting to use chemicals makes someone weird now! I started to look into all of this when my wife was pregnant with our first. Maybe another good podcast would be one directed towards new parents or those looking to start families? I looked into all of the categories you mentioned then started to get into other products like EMF stuff because my wife worked virtually and was on a laptop a lot. I also then switched to a better video monitor for our baby that didn’t always record. Baby toys are also another good area to look into
Thanks for all the detailed information! What are your thoughts on rinsing your mouth with hydrogen peroxide? My dental hygienist recommended it to me to help kill viruses and bacteria and it whitens your teeth instead of using harsh teeth whitening products.
My wholistic dentist has me using mouth guards with Perio Protect a hydrogen peroxide gel ever night. She is a naturopathic doc too and swears by this. Hm
When my wife was pregnant for the first time I got really into replacing products around our home. It was very overwhelming at first but ewg was a great resource for me. If anyone is in the same situation I would be happy to let you know some of the cheaper options Ive switched too.
we need to look at what to wash our clothes in. But mostly our clothes is now organic cotton. recently bought some bamboo underwear for wife and myself. swapped to stainless steel or bamboo utencils. Cooking pans and pots swapped from teflon to stainless or ceramic. Ceramic with careful use has been ruined in 3 months. very disappointed after a very good start. always used silicon on it and cooked in butter and coconut oil. No longer buying kids biscuits, but baking our own organic gf flour (i know, i know) butter and dates or butter and chees for sweet or savoury. No sugar at all we use raw unfiltered honey. Only cook in butter or coconut oil. Overall our health has improved overall. Still trying to increase our fats but it is increased. We removed all candles and fragrances in house. We got chickens recently and feeding them scraps and organic feed and giving them wild caught sardines once a week. its a lot, but its just a change to what you're already doing and then it becomes normal.
24M here. Just wanted to give my input on my own fitness journey, and let others know how you played a role in that. At age 21 I was up to 210 lbs, 35-40% body fat eating at a caloric deficit most days from fear of fat gain, just to mess up with one cheat day and see the number on the scale go back up. Constantly hungry, anxious about food, insecure and bungling about. High blood pressure since early teens. Flat feet. Irritable bowel syndrome. No matter how much I tried changing my life growing up, nothing worked. Ready to give up, I decided to try one last time. I cut my attention away from almost everything else and made this my number one priority in my life. After bungling around with Keto for 2 years seeing mild success (down to 190lb), went carnivore one-meal-a-day (OMAD) starting at 23 for 7 months eating strictly ribeyes and eggs with Parmesan cheese, no organs…it worked well as an elimination diet to start separating the wheat from the chaff and see what my body can handle. Combined with extended fasting, managed to get down to 170-175, mostly fat lost. High blood pressure gone. No IBS. Life was getting better. Blood work showed fasting insulin around 5.2 (I can only imagine how much higher it used to be for me growing up). However, found my homocysteine levels to be high (sign of folate deficiency), and I still had more fat to lose. Had a sedentary lifestyle almost all my life, had no energy and always had to force myself out of bed most mornings. Was constipated on Carnivore. Had muscle spasms and irritability. Saw your video explaining what carnivore does to hormones. Realized I still needed to learn more and experiment. Incorporated raw honey for breakfast, kefir, banana, pineapple and mango throughout the day, kept the ribeyes and added liver and heart like in your Cronometer videos, multiple meals in a day-I now take at least 10,000 steps a day, get Sun in the morning, can eat 3000-3500 calories without fat gain daily and will soon start resistance training. Combined with extended fasting, down to 160-165lb, 20-25% body fat. I live a new life. And I’m not even halfway there. If you want the energy to work out while maintaining other life responsibilities, carbs will help you. I certainly wouldn’t have had the energy or motivation to make the changes you’ve suggested and monitored their effectiveness had I been preoccupied with deep financial struggles, a demanding career, family responsibilities, social limitations, etc… I can understand peoples’ reluctance to take your advice because we’re all so caught up in our day-to-day lives. It takes a tremendous amount of effort, patience and consistency for people to consciously break all the bad habits they’ve accumulated over decades of ignorance. The nutrition rabbit hole is deep, time consuming and conflicting, which is why everyone gives up. Keep going, man. Thank you for helping me heal.
The author of Go Diaper Free recommends a wool pad under kids on the bed in case of accidents. Super helpful in avoiding plastic on those expensive natural latex mattresses.
I am about to try a Vitev Remin remineralization filter after our RO filter. Seems it may fit the bill. It is pricy, yes you can add sea salt or high quality trace mineral drops if convenience is not a concern.
Before industrial revolution, it was fairly common for humans to mate with people who were genetically similar to themselves. They often bred with distant relatives like 3rd, 4th and 5th cousins. Imagine living in a paleolitic tribe or in a medieval village. There aren't many people to chose because of low population, absence of modern transportation and low population density. They were much more likely to mate with a distant relative than a completely unrelated person. Also, the risks of inbreeding exists only upto 1st cousin removed once, anything more distantly related than 2nd cousin is very safe to reproduce with. In fact, researchers say that the best way to pass in genes is by reproducing with a 3rd cousin or a genetic equivalent of 3rd cousin. In that way, a person not only propagate their genes by reproduction but also via their partner.
I can vouch for showering and hair washing with water only. I've been doing it for a few years now and there's really no need for anything else, we've all been duped. In fact it's these chemical cleaners that cause us to have problem in the first place. Your hair needs conditioner because you use conditioner, it's like it relies on it. It takes about a month before your body adjusts to not having these chemicals, especially with your hair and then a simple clean with hot water will make it look great. If your diet is fixed you also only need to shower once or twice a week. The whole shower every day otherwise you'll stink thing is just one of many things designed to make us over-purchase products.
@@neversurrender2337 Yes for laundry- I cleaned up all chemicals out of my house. I read at that time that 1 T good old cheap salt plus the half cup of vinegar is all you need. I also make all my cleaners based with vinegar and essential oils. Love. Rarely use bleach except on my dogs washable pee pads and very little along with the vinegar and salt
@@tattootiger57 We tried using white vinegar and found some of my partners smelly t shirts just didn’t get rid of that body odour smell at all. (He works a physical job) I tried it with essential oils and/or bicarb too - No difference. Have you experienced this? Anything you recommend?
@@sugarfreenatalie2377 Yes, these are the naturally present oils. I take out the bag with the nuts before rinsing and then rinse 4 times and the smell is minimised. and gone when dried .Bit more work , but I could tolerate only these
As someone with MCS you have no idea how many toxins in the air. Any new construction contains millions of voc’s. In fact even the room you’re in right might is likely chock full of them
You think about talcum powder having asbestos and it makes you wonder about other lotions and soaps, etc. that you use. How fully vetted are these things that we put in our hair and skin? It's almost like anyone can just create a product and if it doesn't immediately kill you, it's fine to sell at any store.
What do you recommend for dryer sheets, or the replacement of dryer sheets, and the prevention of static electricity when drying clothes. Yes, I understand I can dry them on a clothesline. But that is just not practical or functional.
Something that might be cool as a follow-up, is a pod on biomarkers that can correlate to some of these environmental toxins. There are obvious ones like testosterone, but I wonder if we could correlate microplastics to hs-CRP, for example.
I'm not sure how a cup of vinegar would even harm a washing machine as it's so diluted. It's even what some manufacturers recommend cleaning it with lol.
Coconut oil definitely works well for me before 11:00am and after 4:00pm. In between those hours it only allows me to last about 20 minutes or so. It has an SPF of about 4 or 6.
I went to keto / carn to help mild overuse arthritis. It does work. Is that from the excess cortisol women get on keto? Will fruit activate a inflammation cascade like the keto guys always say?
What about E. Coli contamination and being able to clean that? I got E. Coli infection earlier this year and I am not sure if it was from not washing hands or eating undercooked meat, or something....I am worried about not using strong enough cleaners to clean out these bacteria.
No, this shows that your immune system is weak or non-existent and E.coli is not necessarily a bad bacteria... Are you vaccinated against covid ? do you take a vitamin d supplements or omega 3 ? because this three things act like a immunosuppressive drug.
Quick question. So I use to eat exactly as you say and felt great and believed carnivore was healthiest both in terms of quality of life and longevity. Recently ran across Bryan Johnson’s blueprint and unironically he is almost pure vegan. Do you think some of these plants that contain anti nutrients actually increase longevity. Because this guy is tracking every single biomarker know to man. Find it interesting he isn’t eating any meat.curious what your opinion is? Thanks!
I’ve seen this guy too and makes me very curious. I do see on his website and Johnson takes a literal crap ton of supplements which to me seems questionable bc they’re not regulated and who knows what’s in them. Plus he does so many other things with fasting and working out. I still think every person has individual needs for optimal health. I would like to know what others think though!
Dear Dr., I need to marry an older version of you. ❤ I was SO surprised to hear you talk about these things … people in my family call me crazy for not using any of those things.

You’re the man. Thank you for sharing. I’d love to hear more on your recommendations on beds and bedding. Bed room configurations, etc.
Shoes off before entering home! Ever & always. Keep up the sound work!
I started washing my clothes in vinegar because of you, now my clothes smell clean instead of like chemicals. Thank you.
How much vinegar do you use per load?
Do you dilute vinegar before using it to wash cloths?
??
15:30... Yes!!! Every since I discovered Merino Wool about a year ago, the way I think about clothing had changed forever!!
Thanks so much for all the great ideas. Your work is truly appreciated 😊
Dr Saladino, so glad to find someone who finds the same the studies to prove it. ❤
VOCs offgassing from paint, polyurethane floor coatings, treated wood and mould inside the home is another area too. Thanks for the great videos
Team Saladino!!! The Patron Saint of Holistic Health! 🙏✝️🤴🤴🤴🤴🤴🤴🤴🤴🤴🤴🤴🤴🤴🤴🤴🤴🤴🤴👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
I do appliance repair as a career, I always recommend people to clean the washer and dishwasher with white viniger. It will not harm your washer!
Awesome. Thank you. It is so time to wake up in this country.
True and true again. I have known about this topic for decades and we made changes years ago thankfully........ from the Ozarks drinking fresh spring water
Yeah, it's a bit odd seeing these discussed like it's news? My mom was all over this in the 70s. And I saw a renewed push in the early 2000s as well.
Appreciate you Paul, I’ve been looking forward to this for a long time
Thank you Paul for all this great information!! It seems nowadays the truth is hard to find. But seeing your videos gives me hope!!
Baby toys are also another good area to look into
How's it going with your little one mate? Diet wise ect
Awesome I was hoping you made a full length video on this topic!!
Thanks Jonny!
I found your knowledge useful, and informative thank you .
Great podcast! Thank you!
I would love to know what you think of enamelled cast iron cookware such as LeCreuset? Thank you!
I use a water pick with filtered water instead of floss. It works great and no plastics.
Thank you so much
Can you link the toothbrush that you use?
We have PFAS the forever chemical from fire fighting foam in our water creeks & land here in Australia
really important podcast - great work man
Thanks for all the detailed information! What are your thoughts on rinsing your mouth with hydrogen peroxide? My dental hygienist recommended it to me to help kill viruses and bacteria and it whitens your teeth instead of using harsh teeth whitening products.
Surely, that would decimate your mouth microbiome. Which, as I hope you know, would be very bad for your health.
Yeah I have to agree with the other comment. Please don't do that. Or if you do, make it once per week at most.
My wholistic dentist has me using mouth guards with Perio Protect a hydrogen peroxide gel ever night. She is a naturopathic doc too and swears by this. Hm
As does coconut oil , you can use for daily brush
When my wife was pregnant for the first time I got really into replacing products around our home. It was very overwhelming at first but ewg was a great resource for me.
If anyone is in the same situation I would be happy to let you know some of the cheaper options Ive switched too.
Yes please! I have a newborn and it’s so overwhelming to find products that are safe.
we need to look at what to wash our clothes in.
Paul, what are your views on 100% ceramic cookware. I hear it is completely benign and notstick. But apparently costly.
More like that one Paul. Those are top quality !
None of those in my life for many years!
I love your videos. This has really changed my perspective on things.

Can’t believe Paul doesn’t have over 1million subscribers. His message online seems to be being hidden??
Agree. Very fact based and humble.
They're not hidden lol
He’s like shadow banned
They don’t want us to be strong 💪- get it*
Maybe it’s his obsession with fruit and honey. Just saying.
Get Dr Bronners everything for soaps etc. Schmidt’s is a good deodorant brand
What do you use for shaving?
The author of Go Diaper Free recommends a wool pad under kids on the bed in case of accidents. Super helpful in avoiding plastic on those expensive natural latex mattresses.
just a thought, no idea if it'll work - what about wax-coating cotton shorts?
Would love suggestions on how to remineralize drinking water
sea salt.
I am about to try a Vitev Remin remineralization filter after our RO filter. Seems it may fit the bill. It is pricy, yes you can add sea salt or high quality trace mineral drops if convenience is not a concern.
Great video
A bidet is essential! I’m from the US, but live in Italy. Had bidets in US home then sold to a doctor that had all bidets ripped out - what a mistake!
Polyester sheets thrown out today thanks for great info Paul! 👍
What's the name of the mattress making company in San Diego?
I have used 1/2 cup white vinegar and 1 T regular cheap old salt for over 10 years now
@@neversurrender2337 Yes for laundry- I cleaned up all chemicals out of my house.
@@sugarfreenatalie2377 I use Indian soap nuts
@@ginajk8857 I’ve tried this too, didn’t do the job for the smell!
@@sugarfreenatalie2377 Yes, these are the naturally present oils. I take out the bag with the nuts before rinsing and then rinse 4 times and the smell is minimised. and gone when dried .Bit more work , but I could tolerate only these
Thank you. For me, with my minnow mind it would be good to condense content.
Any recommendations for shaving cream or alternatives?
Dr.bronners
Kudos to his sister for still letting him be in their house and judge her parenting 😂
As someone with MCS you have no idea how many toxins in the air. Any new construction contains millions of voc’s. In fact even the room you’re in right might is likely chock full of them
You should do a part 2 of this with Evan Brand.
whats the mattress maker in san diego called?
What's your opinion on Collidial silver?
What is you opinion on jist using baking soda and water for brushing your teeth?
Better coco nut oil ! Baking soda now and then , as it can be quite abrasive to your enamel
What face shaving balm do you use or recommend?
Found an EWG approved body wash at Whole Foods (Everyone). Ditching my Cremo body wash was not easy. I love that stuff.
Wait I have a cast iron with ceramic coating cook wear, is that okay or no?
I bring my own sheets everywhere too!
What about silicone? Silicone food storage, cooking tools, beauty products?
You think about talcum powder having asbestos and it makes you wonder about other lotions and soaps, etc. that you use. How fully vetted are these things that we put in our hair and skin? It's almost like anyone can just create a product and if it doesn't immediately kill you, it's fine to sell at any store.
What do you recommend for dryer sheets, or the replacement of dryer sheets, and the prevention of static electricity when drying clothes. Yes, I understand I can dry them on a clothesline. But that is just not practical or functional.
Wool balls
Something that might be cool as a follow-up, is a pod on biomarkers that can correlate to some of these environmental toxins. There are obvious ones like testosterone, but I wonder if we could correlate microplastics to hs-CRP, for example.
What are the benefits of organic cotton vs regular?
PFAS is even used in pesticides.
I'm not sure how a cup of vinegar would even harm a washing machine as it's so diluted. It's even what some manufacturers recommend cleaning it with lol.
baking soda too
Me, as a small engine mechanic out of my garage, basically drinking the toxins, watching this...😳😳😳
How much vinegar do you use in each laundry load?
Brilliant
So at the end of all rhis how do we counteract the chemicals they are pumping across the sky.
when an electric shaver isn't possible what would be good to use with a razor for shaving?
Bullfrog is supposed to be fairly low toxic
Hey Paul great ideas, do you have a link to your wool T-shirt made from black sheep 😎 🐑 😉
maybe try flax linen shorts it dries faster .
Does "fragrances" include colognes that should be made of sandalwood oil, leather, lemon balm etc? Are all these scents proven harmful?
yes.
You can use pure sandalwood powder or good essential oils instead.
all synthetic fragrances
Any suggestions for sunscreen? Have fairly recently limit and cut out PUFAS. I burn easily and love the sun!
Coconut oil definitely works well for me before 11:00am and after 4:00pm. In between those hours it only allows me to last about 20 minutes or so. It has an SPF of about 4 or 6.
Love it freak flag fly fabulous
I went to keto / carn to help mild overuse arthritis. It does work. Is that from the excess cortisol women get on keto? Will fruit activate a inflammation cascade like the keto guys always say?
[35:30] yep it is a movie called dark waters very sad film. I remember watching it on Christmas day a few years ago 😂
Does anyone know what might be a good natural way to wash my hands for sanitizing purposes
Dr. Bronners
Does anyway know the brand of shirt he wears?
What about E. Coli contamination and being able to clean that? I got E. Coli infection earlier this year and I am not sure if it was from not washing hands or eating undercooked meat, or something....I am worried about not using strong enough cleaners to clean out these bacteria.
No, this shows that your immune system is weak or non-existent and E.coli is not necessarily a bad bacteria... Are you vaccinated against covid ? do you take a vitamin d supplements or omega 3 ? because this three things act like a immunosuppressive drug.
not vit d3 nor omega 3. these are mandatory for your health.
I read that cotton is toxic in clothes it has to do with how it is cleaned or processed because the cotton is heavily sprayed.
@@cheylou1 Buy organic or wash it several times before using
I wear a night guard to prevent teeth clenching. It’s made out of EVA. Is it safe? Can anyone recommend safer alternatives?
I was wondering the same thing.
I use raw local honey as a face wash, quick tip.
how bad are corn tortillas? or i guess corn itself would also be a good question
But Paul your bidet is running off toilet water, and not R.O. so you are essentially spraying tap water on your sensitive bits 😢
Thanks!
no. that guy is dumb. his bio markers would improve if he ate properly
@@TW7S95 I mean that’s not true. But I see what you are saying
For water have you heard of a kangen machine or hydrogen water filters.
Dear Dr., I need to marry an older version of you. ❤ I was SO surprised to hear you talk about these things … people in my family call me crazy for not using any of those things.
