I ordered it right away 2 weeks later I asked when it would ship and the said they were changing warehouses and couldn't tell me. I gave them two more weeks and then cancelled my order but I did get my money back

this made me feel a lot better! i had heartburn that came on randomly and was so painful that I wasn't able to walk to class. I felt really lazy, but when I did this workout it made me feel really good to be getting movement in and it made my stomach feel a lot better!
This is a really wonderful workout. It gets you moving while reducing bloating and helping raise the heart rate but at the same time getting good digestion. Thanks Caroline!

I struggle with chronic pain from Ed's and limited capability due to POT'S and some stretches and workouts with chronic conditions in mind would be nice ( however I love that tons of your content already is friendly for those things😊)

Yes! Definitely a difference in energy after my dinner tonight. I had 1/2 cup of pasta with quinoa bologna an hour ago and felt bloated. Did not feel like moving. After your workout I now feel more energized and less bloated. I am even standing taller. Thanks again :)

i happen to be a vegeterian and so i ate some gnral tso chk and felt likke i shouldnt hav cus u know but ur video fits my type so great this video shall deff be added to ur daily work out for awsome results keep adding and editing on ur workout...not easy but worth it in the long run thank you pls work on more stuff ..
