Piano Teacher Burn-out...it's a thing! What to do on days you just don't feel like showing up

As soon as you turn your passion into your day job, expect that there WILL be days when you don't feel like teaching piano lessons. We all have those days! And even with a fun job, it's possible to get burnt out. It doesn't mean there's anything wrong with you, and you're not alone.
Here are six small actions I take when I feel this way to shift my mindset and truly feel inspired to teach those kiddos.

Great tips! My family rolls their eyes when I complain about having 7 students in a row. They work 40+ hours a week and I can't even handle 3.5 hours a day? It really drains me to be teaching for so long without a mental break.

It's so hard to explain. Only other teachers will get it! 4 hours of teaching and you feel like you've worked an 8-hour shift with no break!
