As a bonus to finding your channel you have your degree in nutrition. You are a delight. My granddaughters are close in age to you! To the person with the cheated on question - If he'll do it with her, he'll do it to her. Move on and focus on something else, you can't change him and you can't help her. Focus on your own happiness.

      Cheating really reflects on the cheater, not the faithful partner. If he cheats on you, he will cheat on anyone. He does not understand the strength of loyalty or the value of saving himself for his partner. He doesn't understand how his intense betrayal cuts worse than a knife. It sounds too simplistic, but he really doesn't deserve you. He did you a favor by showing his true self. Remind yourself that you deserve to be loved and cherished Beyond All Else (BAE) and don't settle for less.

    For anyone reading this, in response to voicing concerns about a friend’s partner, let me share my advice as someone who was in an abusive marriage (and had no red flag warnings from anyone before the marriage): I wish someone would have said something to me if they had suspicions or concerning observations about my spouse. Since I was being gaslit about my experiences, if someone outside the relationship had said something to me, it likely would have helped me regain some much needed perspective and felt less alone. So while I know the fear of offending a friend is a real one, you also might just be giving them a bit of hope and support that you didn’t even know they truly needed. Best wishes to all. ❤️🙏🏻

    Hello Beautiful Michel! I’m seeing all of the comments from older women and it warms my heart! I’m 68 and have just fallen in love with you. I have a daughter in her 40s and a daughter in her 30s and you remind me so much of them. You are just precious. I know your parents are proud of the you.
    As someone who has been stuck in a not so pleasant marriage for 50 years, I appreciate that you’ve given hope to many young women and even men that you can’t always stay in a situation. You’ve been an amazing example of starting over and it can be done. You show so much grace and dignity.
    I appreciate your “older” followers!! They’ve given me the courage to comment. I’ve wanted to comment before but I thought, “what does a 68 year old woman have to offer a beautiful young lady like Michel”. From now on I’ll be willing to just offer support and a great big thank you for your videos!!
    Be blessed my Dear!!

    Here is something that me and my husband came up with that maybe it might help with the would you do that relationship over again question.....we figured out that what we went through with those people in those relationships helped prepare us for the right relationship. Now is ours perfect, oh heck no. There are things about one another that drives the other crazy and with my health issues, it has added a lot of stress to our marriage. But, he is a good man and I know he loves us (me and our daughter) and there are not so nice people out there. So just remember, as rough as it might have been with your ex, that has prepared you for your future mate and how to handle that relationship differently. Much love

    I'm a diva cup user and would recommend them forever! Its a steep learning curve and you have to get familiar with your body but I find my period is a lot more manageable, less crampy. Also trim the stem on a diva cup! They make them long so they fit the most people, but they don't fit everyone and its 100% okay to trim the stem.

    Love menstrual cups! They are a lot more comfortable than tampons, but are a bit messier so it's good for home use as you get started. They hold a lot more so you don't need to change as often! Also great for light days because you can just keep it in for 12 hours. I have used the Diva and June cup and prefer the June cup shape.

    I have been using a cup for years and really enjoy it! I have a Diva Cup and the June cup both are great, and I like the June cup better. The first couple of months are a learning curve as you get used to inserting and taking it out. It's so easy. I would definitely recommend having two for when you're out in public and have to change the cup. You can wear it for hours and not worry about leaks if you have a good seal. Always break the seal before taking out the cup. If you don't, it's harder.

    The first two weeks of my marriage were wonderful. Long walks, holding hands, Berry picking...wild black berries. Cuddles and love. Then it all came to a screeching hault. Imagine being told to sit in a kitchen chair, not allowed to get up or speak...while he rants and raves, on and on about everything under the sun. From 4pm often until 4am...yelling, shouting calling you every dirty name he can think of. Mind you I grew up in the Christian faith, both parents loving christians, my first real relationship with a man, giving my heart to God at the tender age of 9...and spending my life growing in the Lord. Yup met him in church. Becoming sick after 3 months...with the worst case of herpies they ( the doctors ever saw). Having him leave me in the hospital...yes on returning home he would not let me in. It was awful...heartbreaking and oh so painful. I had to stuff my mouth with a hand towel to muffle the screams, when using the bathroom. Yes he gave it to me on purpose..so no other man would ever want me. Gals 2 years is not enough to know the man your going to marry. He hid so much...that if I had known I would never in a million years, have married him. And that is just the tip of the iceburg. When in doubt don't do it! I should have paid attention to my doubts. Oh the windows were also covered at all times...not allowed to look out as I might lust after some other man...back at home recuperating. I stood at the window, watching it rain. Tears flowing because it was so good to see outside. Sigh!

    I switched to menstrual cups years ago, and will never ever ever go back! I’m always recommending them. I’ve tried the diva cup and the dot cup. I liked both, but I prefer the dot cup - slightly less rigid, black in color, so it doesn’t stain, a solid stem (easier to clean), the *cutest* bag, and the company donates cups to women in need.
    Cups are just the best - better for the environment, better for your wallet, more comfortable, no smell, and you don’t need to change them nearly as often as disposable products. I change mine morning and night.

    Those pads are LIFE. I started my period probably a decade ago while traveling, ran into a drug store and grabbed them- and haven't looked back since. Now they offer chlorine-free, pure cotton ones. I supplement with period panties and reusable overnight pads, but those are still definitely my go-to when on the road.

    Also, I love my menstrual cups! It took a bit to find one I like, but once I found it I was in love. I don't even mind getting my period as much anymore. Diva, Cora, and Flex cups are easy to find at Target and it definitely saves me money every month.

    I'm a huge fan of menstrual cups! The best one for my body shape is one of the ogs, the diva cup. The more rigid material is easier for me to manage. Definitely a learning curve though so I'd be prepared for leaks when first starting!

  • @thecasualpuzzler
    @thecasualpuzzler 2 роки тому

    I've had a diva cup for four years now, and could never see me going back to traditional pads/tampons. I will say, the first two months I wore back up protection as it is a learning curve to get the right angle & fit. (You also have to be pretty comfortable with your body). No major leaks, but some minor ones. However, since the learning period (haha punny) it is so convenient and I honestly don't even know it's there. It is not messy, as you would think. I don't have to worry if I don't have additional feminine products when I'm going to be out for a long day,. The fact that it can stay in for up to 12 hours is a game changer. Clean it in the morning clean it at night. Plus the amount I've saved on pads and tampons, not to mention how clean my purse is also nice.
