    Mera weight was 72 now I'm on 55 but still i have to done 45 kgs and ab winter ka time he so how can i loss to 15 kgs.. In winter. Or me ab zyada pehle ki trha focus nhi kr pa rhi hu but mujhe January tak Apna weight kam krna he Pls give me motivation and for a winter tips.

      roopi B zahi ....not a lot.. almost less than 1500 calories which r required to keep maintain good healthy weight and if u eat upto 1200 or 1000 calories that's more beneficial but tough as well

    Hi ap ki jo diet ha all day ki in Sab my kafee colourise hy 15000 tak ap srif 45 mint workout karti hy tu question ya hy jitni colourise consume Karoo in Sab ko burn karna parts hy 45 mint m tu ya burn nhi hon ge my all day 3,hours walk karti ho aur 700 tak colourise lati ho plz reply my from uk 🇬🇧
