    1) 4 sets - 50 reps of high knees
    2) 4 sets 8-10 reps of push ups
    3) 4 sets 10-12 squats
    4) 4 sets 25 reps jumping jacks
    5) 4 10-12 sets reverse crunches.

      I don't agree. The thing with a fit model is that when she will workout her form will be correct because she is used to doing it if a fat lady will do it her form will be bad and people will see the video and learn the wrong form. Wrong form causes injury.

    Hey Bro, I tried this exercise at home. I am 108kg, it was very hard for me to complete the whole cycle on the first day.. which is today. I could not do the last two exercises cause I was really tired. But I will not stop and keep doing this until I loose same fat. Thank you for motivating. High five from Australia....

    Hi guys.. I have started this workout series. This is my second day of the second week. N Im following a vegetarian diet plan too.. Now I'm 78kg n willing to reduce 23kg.... I'll keep updating whenever I will be able to weigh my weight again (after lockdown..😁😁)

      If you are a gym person, or doing exercise regularly then you can follow this routine day wise. But if you are over weight (like me😁), and willing to reduce your weight then you should go as 1 week for 1 day. Bcz if you check this series, the workout becomes more vigorous with every next day..

    I follow their fat loss series for 2-3 months exactly the same way they said...       I recommend diet plans of versatile Vicky.. you can search youtube for different type of diet plan.. I've lost 15kgs in a month with that diet and sunny sir's workout at home routine.. also I'll recommend to do a fast walk of 15mins before starting to work out.. don't damage your muscles and don't take stress.. you'll see the results in shaa Allah

    day 1 for week 1... i did this workout yesterday .. & today my whole body is sored i cant even walk properly😓 .. i suggest you to do 1 set of each instead of 4 for first day, next day 2 sets of each & 3rd day 3 or 4 sets & next days 4 sets each

      Start from wall push ups. Next move your hands to some height as in a chair and do push ups. Then move to basic push ups.

    The push ups are a bit difficult to follow, I mean I wasn't able to do them I tried it for 2 days, may be it would take sometime to learn them, I hope I am right here! Would they get any better with time?

      Push ups and chin ups are hard excercises. A lot of people and specially females find it hard to do push ups because their chest is never put in a position where it is to be used to do sternous lifting. So it is natural that you find it hard to do. Search push ups for beginners on UA-cam and follow that. The good thing is it gets easier with time if you don't leave it in the middle. I could hardly do 1 push up and 2 years later right now I can do 20 in a row.

      i think you're weak....eat lots of food.....but this can't be the reason maybe ..if this continues after eating healthy food ..go and check a doctor

    Ye neck rotation wala warmup mat kiya kro.Neck injury hoti h isse.Isko replace kro just move your head up and down and left and right.Thats it.But don't rotate clockwise or anticlockwise.

      Mam 😊 if you're Just getting starting then start with evening, because in early morning your body is totally empty and you don't have that much strength to perform that much Exercises. So first build strength in Evening and then do it in morning also.

      Okey ...i have done my 7days exercise ... I m on normal diet(ghr ka khana).. i lose 0.89kg...i think it's helpful... Because i didn't do exercise on regular basis because of my variant shifts of office ...
      Apart from that ... I feel too energetic after doing these exercises... So yup I m just come here ... So if anyone is looking for real exercise which can be consistent nd helpful.. m tried here to explain details ... I m going to start another day after a week... Hope for the best ... 🤞
