sir when u show d exercises please take a fat lady as model as its easy for a slim to do it easily but difficult for a fat person so we can see exactly see what happen and can do accordingly.
I don't agree. The thing with a fit model is that when she will workout her form will be correct because she is used to doing it if a fat lady will do it her form will be bad and people will see the video and learn the wrong form. Wrong form causes injury.
Hey Bro, I tried this exercise at home. I am 108kg, it was very hard for me to complete the whole cycle on the first day.. which is today. The push ups are a bit difficult to follow, I mean I wasn't able to do them I tried it for 2 days, may be it would take sometime to learn them, I hope I am right here! Would they get any better with time?
Push ups and chin ups are hard excercises. A lot of people and specially females find it hard to do push ups because their chest is never put in a position where it is to be used to do sternous lifting. So it is natural that you find it hard to do. Search push ups for beginners on UA-cam and follow that. The good thing is it gets easier with time if you don't leave it in the middle. I could hardly do 1 push up and 2 years later right now I can do 20 in a row.

Ye neck rotation wala warmup mat kiya kro.Neck injury hoti h isse.Isko replace kro just move your head up and down and left and right.Thats it.But don't rotate clockwise or anticlockwise.

Mam 😊 if you're Just getting starting then start with evening, because in early morning your body is totally empty and you don't have that much strength to perform that much Exercises. So first build strength in Evening and then do it in morning also.

Okey ...i have done my 7days exercise ... I m on normal diet(ghr ka khana).. i lose 0.89kg...i think it's helpful... Because i didn't do exercise on regular basis because of my variant shifts of office ... Apart from that ... I feel too energetic after doing these exercises... So yup I m just come here ... So if anyone is looking for real exercise which can be consistent nd helpful.. m tried here to explain details ... I m going to start another day after a week... Hope for the best ... 🤞

You should gradually increase squats to avoid muscle strain!

Start from wall push ups. Next move your hands to some height as in a chair and do push ups. Then move to basic push ups.

The push ups are a bit difficult to follow, I mean I wasn't able to do them I tried it for 2 days, may be it would take sometime to learn them, I hope I am right here! Would they get any better with time?
Push ups and chin ups are hard excercises. A lot of people and specially females find it hard to do push ups because their chest is never put in a position where it is to be used to do sternous lifting. So it is natural that you find it hard to do. Search push ups for beginners on UA-cam and follow that. The good thing is it gets easier with time if you don't leave it in the middle. I could hardly do 1 push up and 2 years later right now I can do 20 in a row.

Ye neck rotation wala warmup mat kiya kro.Neck injury hoti h isse.Isko replace kro just move your head up and down and left and right.Thats it.But don't rotate clockwise or anticlockwise.

Mam 😊 if you're Just getting starting then start with evening, because in early morning your body is totally empty and you don't have that much strength to perform that much Exercises. So first build strength in Evening and then do it in morning also.

Okey ...i have done my 7days exercise ... I m on normal diet(ghr ka khana).. i lose 0.89kg...i think it's helpful... Because i didn't do exercise on regular basis because of my variant shifts of office ...
