    As a dietitian and an Asian housewife I absolutely loved this video , very funny very practical and I'm so happy that you used the concept of BMR and used evidence based methodology !!!! Only a few points to add : salads/ veggies - people should use a variety of different ones so they don't miss out important nutrients and .. Brown bread does contain gluten .. But gluten is NOT bad !!! Only people will coeliac disease should avoid it. Others should feel blessed their body has the ability to metabolise gluten.

    I'm a 22 years old girl
    Height - 5'3"
    BMR - 1494 calories/day
    BMI - 30.1
    My daily routine is
    6.15 a.m- ACV in lukewarm water
    6.20a.m-7.20a.m - exercise
    7.45a.m - green tea , biscuit
    8.30a.m - corn flakes / sandwich ( brown bread , Tomato , cucumber , onion , boiled egg )
    10.30a.m - green tea
    12.30p.m - ek roti , salad , sabji / chicken
    2.30p.m - khatta dahi
    5.00p.m-6.00p.m - exercise
    6.30p.m - green tea and chick peas / puffed rice / biscuit
    8.30p.m - ek roti , sabji / chicken
    10.30p.m - ACV in lukewarm water
    And whole day I drink detox water (cucumber, Ginger,lemon,mint, coriander leaves)
    Is it a perfect diet chart for me ??
    And pls tell me in this diet chart which fruit should I have and when
    I do exercises at home..
    And though I'm a bengali I've erased rice from my diet chart bcz I can't control myself when having rice..and eat much..

    Hence I'd like to know a few things
    1- What to have before exercise in the morning? Is warm water with honey and lemon a good option?
    2- How to add variety to the non vegetarian diet plan suggested by you?

      Hi i know im replying after years 😂 but i hope u still see my comment...
      About that before exercising in morning just take warm water without lemon and 2 boiled eggs before workout after workout u can have lemon water but before workout just water is fine.....
      And for non vegetarian you can add fruits in one bowl and protine in 1 bowl which can be fish and rice that which can be fit in ur palm and dal or sambar

    Hi I am 51 years old working woman having 112 kg weight.     1) how did you derive the numbers 55 and 24? What's the logic behind that.
    2) 55x24=1320.
    3) i didnt understand the third calculation of 600 and 480.

      You start with the number of calories your body burns at rest (called basal metabolic rate). BMR varies depending on mass, height, and age (you can determine yours with this calculator), but on average, this has been found to be about 45 calories per hour. It's naturaly a human being burn the calories without doin anything

    My goodness I really want some one trainer who give me a diet plan in which I get comfort you did really well the way you explain the things for loosing weight it's amazing nd its really helps me..my weight is 76kg nd my belly was much I want to loose my weight its really embarrassing in front of some one when people comments on me plzz suggest me something..

    I used to eat 250cl ( bread with little peanut butter) in breakfast, around 200cl (only fruits) in lunch, and around 1000-1200cl (roti, rice and chicken) after weight training and 30 min cardio at gym in dinner, is it okay?? Reply please.
