About that before exercising in morning just take warm water without lemon and 2 boiled eggs before workout after workout u can have lemon water but before workout just water is fine..... And for non vegetarian you can add fruits in one bowl and protine in 1 bowl which can be fish and rice that which can be fit in ur palm and dal or sambar Hope i helped u ...😊

BMR varies depending on mass, height, and age (you can determine yours with this calculator), but on average, this has been found to be about 45 calories per hour. It's naturaly a human being burn the calories without doin anything

The way you explained this diet... no one else does. I literally had developed a phobia of eating food. Your video just burst a huge myth bubble for me. I used to eat 250cl ( bread with little peanut butter) in breakfast, around 200cl (only fruits) in lunch, and around 1000-1200cl (roti, rice and chicken) after weight training and 30 min cardio at gym in dinner, is it okay?? Reply please.
