I am from Seville, possibly the place where flamenco and Semana Santa traditions are strongest in Spain. There are parts in this track where I can almost smell the incense as I listen to the trumpets. The documentation work in this version is fantastic, beyond words. And it goes without saying that, even without the accurate representation such a wide range of styles from spanish music, this would still come out as a magnificent arrangement. Standing ovation!!!

Granted I knew it was a longer piece, however I wasn’t expecting _the entirety of the Gerudo Desert Arc from Ocarina of Time to be animated._ You all continually surpass my expectations each and every time, and my only wish is that I could’ve listened to this sooner! Gosh, I can only imagine you guys doing Twilight Princess’ Hyrule Fields theme, or a Banjo-Kazooie track. You guys are amazing and are some of the most talented musicians on this platform, if not the most, and don’t let yourselves forget it.

Ahhh, this brings me back to the days of sneaking into the Gerudo Fortress, saving those carpenters, having fun with the target-shooting minigame, beating that one mini dungeon, beating the absolute crap out of those witch elemental ladies. Those were the days. This is my absolute favorite version of this song, overtaking the Smash version. And I LOVE the addition of the Requiem of Spirit at the end. You guys are absolutely fantastic at any composition you do!! Please keep up the good work!
That you guys don't have more views/subscribers is criminal. You are by far the most talented video game arrangement cover artists I have ever had the pleasure of listening to. As someone with a history in music, your sense for musicality does not go unnoticed. Dropping just a cheeky little taste of Malaguena halfway through here put a smile on my face like nothing else.
This is probably the only version that is actually truly better than the original flamenco guitar version from the N64 soundtrack. The composition and arrangement for this piece are just unparalleled. I find myself here listening to this again and again. Absolutely fantastic work by everyone in the band.

That was the most epic sandwich I've ever made. More seriously, the art really adds to this, you can really feel the story playing out through the music as it changes pace and tone.
I live in Portugal, and despite this being clearly geared towards giving more Spanish vibes, I still hear it almost like one of our "Passo Dobrados", definitely something I could see our Filarmonic Orchestra playing. Amazing job!

1:10 I remember reading in a guidebook that you needed Epona to cross the bridge and I remembered jumping across with style. It too me years to realize that you could've just used the longshot for an easier time to cross.
@@EbuBax You can get Epona as long as you have Epona's Song. Longshot isn't until Water Temple. The guidebook gave me 2 options for crossing the bridge. Gerudo's fortress is one of the last stops if you're going linearly.
I just came here from watching the 25th anniversary rendition of this. They totally lost the clear flamenco inspiration in their version so I’m super happy to hear this version be so accurate ❤
Yeah, I'm not the kind of person who thinks that remakes of songs have to be like the originals, but I won't lie, that version was a little disappointing considering how rare video game music concerts are.

I'm surprised how little the Gerudo Valley theme is used in Zelda games, like it's so popular yet it never gets referenced at all.
