You're amazing!! Can you do some Hollow Knight songs please? The thing about the Hollow Knight OST is that it does variations of the same themes across the songs, it's like the songs talked to each other. So I think that musically they work better alongside each other like this video, rather than in isolation
I love how the instruments complement the wielders of the triforce and personality. Ganondorf being player of the bass(power) Link being player of the drums(courage) Zelda being player of the piano(wisdom)
Huh I always thought this was a horrible matchup for instruments tbh Bass with to much power drowns out the melody Drums is not terrible but as the keeper of rhythm and output of the structure for the rest would not be links strong suite Piano also is not terrible but with no courage to make minor adjustments or expressions of your own style it would not suite emotional pieces strongly I would have had link on Piano for bold a lead and stylistic choices on the music Ganon on Drums to really drive the baseline and structure of the song. Zelda on Bass to have the wisdom of when to really let the instrument sing and be powerful and when to let it lie just under the melody building the foundation and melding everything together. I imagine there is any number of ways this could be tied together across a variety of compositions. I will stand by Ganon being terrible for the bass though.
i hope someday we get a game where the man Ganondorf is freed from malice's curse, at least for that era. Just so he can chill with Link and/or Zelda and we can see more of his story
This is so incredibly well made i've listened to every track at least 20 times and they still each give me goosebumps every time i listen to this. What an incredible production you two made, a damn shame this doesn't have 100x the views it does.
That Gerudo Valley (Reprise) is so fking soulful. Love that it's just piano at the end there, too. So damn lovely. I'd been hoping for a more jazz-oriented release showing up on here sooner than later and I'm so damn content with this one. Here's for hoping we'll get some more from the Deku Trio and any others down the line! Cheers for this one.
The arrangement and instrumentation of these songs are so gorgeous! Got distracted a couple times during my most recent playthrough and could've sworn I was listening to the Vince Guaraldi Trio. Thanks for sharing your incredible talents with us, y'all.
I love lofi music but i also love a good chill jazz music. If it's zelda themed it's even more perfect. I'm listening to the beginning of the playlist but i already know i will love all of it ! Thank you for the amazing work as always ❤
Wow, youve really blown me away with this one! I always caught the flare of jazz in some of your previous albums, especially some of your licks like on Song of Storms. You’ve really taken the deep dive here, and can’t wait to see more of this side of your sound!
Very very nice, many thanks. Love it. Many thanks to all people who were involved in this production. I really appreciate it that so good content gets created and shared to the world. 🙂 Thanks again. One question though, are the instruments played 'in reality' and did they get recorded or did the entire arrangement got programmed in a DAW?
Ok, I love this album folks, BUT: Can you please release a version without all the white noise in the background? I never wanted any of your songs changed, but this great album is getting kinda ruined for me with this constant white noise. I would even buy this album again, if there was a version with just the actual Jazz instruments, because these sound great :)
What you're calling white noise I believe is wire jazz drum brush on cymbals or snare drum. Overall great, composition I too would love to hear initial songs without their use, or more minimal use. Gerudo Valley was excellent case where it's used tempo-ly and not just blanketly like in beginning songs and later ones.
@@BARTZ13 I didn't know this was a kind of actual instrument in Jazz, so thank you for the comment! Either way, I find its use here way too strong and it is seriously distracting from all the other great instruments! But hey, everyone has his/her own taste and that is great! Still, I would love a version without this or at least with a toned down use, so everyone can be happy! Because this is an extremely great album and I would love to be able to enjoy it fully! :)
@@JimPTheOne Thank you! At least I am not alone with this opinon :D It's a real shame, 5 out of the 12 songs here do not have this constant and exremely loud white noise and they sound great! But the other 7 songs are just getting ruined by this, it is really sad. Hopefully we can get "clean" sounding versions of the other 7 as well (one can dream)!
this is nice. the only thing that was starting to bother me was the that background white noise? (maybe rotating brush on snare sound?) was a little too much while listening on my ear phones.
Thanks for listening to the debut release from The Deku Trio!
What songs would you like to hear in this style?
Yes
I've always thought it would be cool to do songs from persona in a more traditional jazz style!

Genshin maybe? :D
Pokemon?
I love how the instruments complement the wielders of the triforce and personality.
Ganondorf being player of the bass(power)
Link being player of the drums(courage)
Zelda being player of the piano(wisdom)
proud of link, it really does take some courage to be a drummer
Grasping at straws with this perspective...
well I play all three so I guess I'm the wielder of the triforce now lol
Huh I always thought this was a horrible matchup for instruments tbh

@@EvantheHutch lol same
This band is stacked
If Vince Gueraldi made a Zelda album it would literally be this. Sweet Hylia.
I was thinking the same thing. :D 🎹
The Deku Trio?! Perfect
It makes me very melancholy that such a harmonious scene could never be. :(
I love Jazz. I love Zelda. I love this playlist.
All these songs make a grown man cry me;) tears of joy
I hope the people's party in the thumbnail was worth it, because they'll all be turning into trees soon.
Also, loved the music! Fantastic job!
No way Rob araujo in a video game cover band? This is like a dream come true 😎 Our new great video game songbook grows stronger 💪🎶
Lost woods baby. Great arrangement
this is going to be SO LIT.
song of storms fire
productivity rose by 1000% listening to it
i hope someday we get a game where the man Ganondorf is freed from malice's curse, at least for that era. Just so he can chill with Link and/or Zelda and we can see more of his story
That would be such a cool game if we could play as link, zelda, and ganondorf versus a big evil threat
I didn't know I needed the legend of Jazzelda until I listen to the legend of Jazzelda. The Deku Trio is THE name by the way, awesome.
Jabu Jabu's Interlude is beautifully done.
Ooh, that Gerudo Valley Reprise at the end👌
PLAYYYYYYYYYY! The faces I'm making over here 😮💨🔥🖤 I WILL be wearing this replay button OUT!!!
I wonder how amazing Link's Awakening songs would be in your style. Congratulations on the works of art!
this is a needed playlist man, zelda and jazz is like peanutbutter-jelly
I love jazz
It’s the fine wine of music 😎
Jazz and classical are my favorite musical genres ❤
Mine as well! ❤
Extremely excited to give this a listen.
Edit: Yep, buying the album, I'm sold. Fantastic work as always.
Wow, a perfect playlist with perfect timing. Thanks for making my day better 😊
Eponas Song, Is pretty magical. Great job!
Thank you so much The Deku Trio and Gamechops, this album is gorgeous and it’s nice to hear a longer arrangement of Shiek’s Theme 🎼🎶❤️👏👏
There are always the best Zelda pieces on this channel, and this is no exception! I gotta get into more jazz music
Yussef Dayes - Tiaga Pass
Kamasi Washington - Street Fighter Mas
Enjoy!
Allow me to recoomend the 400+ vgm jazz covers by The Consouls including many from Zelda, FF, Chrono Cross, Pokemon, Castlevania and a ton of others.
Thanks for making this! Jazz is my favourite music genre, I loved the ocarina of vibes album too
The kindness here is so inspiring. Blessings to everyone!
I'm not a jazz person at all, but I will heckin' make an exception for Zelda Jazz... Zeljazz

So relaxing after going through all those dungeons and trials
Yaayyy!! jazz!!
The only thing I am not a fan of is the drum grating / white noise for the background. Beyond that, everything is really nice to listen to 👍
Came here for this comment. It's not listenable for me personally. It's way too loud in the mix.
Thought I was bugging when I heard it
Nice. You guys really put your own jazzy spin on these songs. I was only able to recognize Jabu Jabu's Interlude because of the drum pattern.
This album is SSS-teir! wow!
So amazing! I was surprised by how incredible Sheik's theme was. I would love to hear the Windfish and Dark World themes.
ive played this album maybe 20+ times thru since it came out. what a vibe
😮This is absolutely amazing… BY FAR my new favorite way to listen to the masterful music of Zelda
Smoothest Jazz album I think I've ever heard. I absolutely LOVE it. Well done!!!
Can't wait for Vol. 2 🤧
Yes! Been waiting forever to do proper Jazz versions! Thanks so much!
That picture is from an alternate timeline where Ganondorf was accepted into art school
Hitler also struggled as artist and then went on an evil conquest.
I understood that reference
This is incredible. Hope to hear more of this style!
Groovy! My favourite is song of storms! It sounds so cool! 😎🎼
Incredible the amount of compliment this band brings. Best zelda chill ever!
Absolutely slaps! Well done. Artwork is sick.

Es una locura como una una simple melodia pude llevarte de viaje a tu infancia .. esto es vida muchachos!!
Thanks!
Just commenting before this inevitably has millions of plays
Back again with perfect zelda music
Reminds me of The Vince Guaraldi Trio. Nicely done!
i needed this
I can't get enough of this content. There is music for every mood. Keep em coming!
13:22 I don't know why, but I thought of a mix between Song of Storms and My Favorite Things
I love lofi music but i also love a good chill jazz music. If it's zelda themed it's even more perfect. I'm listening to the beginning of the playlist but i already know i will love all of it ! Thank you for the amazing work as always ❤

I didn't know I needed this in my life
Now I need more ❤
This one is going to be a banger!
It's a very nice playlist. It's nice to relax and draw to :)
This is the coolest thing I’ve heard In a while!
Gerudo Valley Reprise is unbelievable
Excellent work! Loved it.
Nothing like hitting the catnip with some smooth Zelda & Jazz
The passion really shines through. Great job!
Wonderful... finally someone actually gives credit to the artists, instead of using random AI goo.
Love the music and the Art!
This is amazing thank you for making this
gerudo valley is so fits the jazz style.
Amazing work! Love this album so much
Damn this is fire
Amazing!!
song of storms🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
A+ (perfection)
Anything Zelda themed is usually great😊😊

Beautiful
this is amazing, thank you
@Gamechops, I would love to hear a Zelda included with a Saxophone. That makes the jazz more vibrant. 🎷😎
Sublime tribute ❤
this is actually gonna be so good i didnt realize i needed this but oml ive never been so hyped
What a vibe! 😌🔥💯
Some pretty cool Robert Glasper vibes here and there (in particular Jabu-Jabu, could be from the In my element album).
Glasper is a genius
Okay, so I dont understand why people don't like jazz
The lack of structure and unpredictability can be distracting for some. Same thing with the hardcore dubstep of the 2000s.
The thing about Jazz is it’s much better than it sounds
The people who don’t like jazz think that it’s too slow
Because they aren't on tempo
Trends die, and that’s bad sometimes
oh yeah this is the good stuff!
THANK YOU ❤
❤ amazing!!!
Good job my friend.

I love the countdown music. Anyway you can upload that as a track ??
Oh yeah. That’s the good stuff right here 🥵🔥🏄🥵🔥🏄🥵🔥🏄

Que bueno está eso vale ❤🔥
This shit slaps, so damn hard.
How was the background music synchronized with the video scenes?
