You two are so organized and clean. I wish I was more like you both. I just throw my meat in the freezer. Have you bought a chuck eye roll at Costco? I kinda like them better than rib eye. This is how I buy my steaks. I cut them up.
I’m 9 months carnivore. I’m down 30 lbs. I’m off diabetes medicine. My Psoriasis is almost completely gone and my liver is functioning at a normal Level for the first time in years. Hood luck!
Oh wow that’s very impressive, you know how to do it right, I’d still have to have my chicken breast and salad, you’ve got everything so nice and organized ❤
It is a work of art I tell you. Super tidy and organized. I estimate about $17. per day, for the two of you, if I understand correctly. You can't eat much cheaper than that, no matter what type of diet you are eating. I wish I liked meat more, but alas, I like my veggies, with a side of meat.
I miss living near a costco. You can't beat the deals on buying steak in bulk. Plus having vacuum sealed bags is a must. The muisic in the background sounded like porno muisic. I am here to trim your ham... I don't have any ham.... Chica waa waa chicaaa waa waa...
You and your wife are so organized. I'm going to get my husband to watch this, he wants to start the carnivore diet. Can I ask, do you do any sort of intermittent fasting with this diet? Great video and good luck in your journey to a healthier you.
Wow, the only thing more impressive than that huge hunk of cost-effective rib eyes was that knife & knife skills. We love rib eyes but don’t even glance unless we see the little yellow sticker showing a price cut for a quick sale…but you’ve got a great point - big savings overall. Thanks for the perspective!
I have an all out respect for you after watching you work with a knife, not only are you a good speaker you can play the guitar and sure cut up some meat.. total Respect.. your old school from the city and that's all good
looks like you have a fairly clean diet. I do something similar. i buy bulk meat from a local rancher (beef, pork, lamb) and I buy cases of high quality sardines in olive oil. I buy chicken form the grocery store here and there. Keep eating well my man.
I enjoyed this video. I wish I had gotten a standing freezer, so easy to keep everything organized. I'll have to look out for the steaks that way. I would love Prime, does Costco sell whole Prime like that?
Loved this video! Very interesting and fun to see how you do things. So neat and organized. Didn’t know that one doesn’t eat any vegetables on strict carnivore diet…..
Liked the shopping haul. Very organized for sure. I need to get a foodsaver. I do Keto diet. Not much weight loss LOL. Maybe try carnivore . Thanks for video!
Happy to hear you are doing carnivore diet. I am down from 162 to 107 lb. I f I have a few drinks then it takes a week to get the diet coke and vodka to disappear. Been on my diet for about a year.
Dear God, I wish my freezers looked like that BV!! I have 4 freezers, 1 stand up 1 chest and 2 smaller above refrigerator. I am not ashamed to say i can't find shi++ half the time! 😂🤣 You should totally do some organizing videos! ❤❤
You have the sink I’ve been wanting… those style are the best!!! Especially for stuff like this as you can let the stuff just drain into the sink. I’ve been looking for one for our bus build and they are expensive!!! Love the older kitchens. ❤
You forgot to go to McDonald’s and buy 60 plain biscuits and 60 sausage biscuits. Wrap them up 2x2 and freeze. Thaw one of each out every morning in the flagstaff microwave. Repeat in the evening. That’d be crushing it! 😅
Just trying to be helpful here. I did it but it only lasted 3 weeks. Had a constant headache and would get dizzy. The carnivore diet has no carbs so you go into ketosis and you run on them. Also your liver begins to make glucose from proteins instead of carbs. Your brain needs glucose to function. Not everyone genetically can do the carnivore diet. Some people's livers are not as efficient at converting protein to glucose. Because of that you can experience some very serious side effects that can even be dangerous. BV is having yogurt and cream. They both have carbs so techaly it's a low carb diet not full carnivore. Low carb is still very effective. I did a good amount of research before I started the carnivore diet. I suggest you do the same.
Don't jump into it full force. Go low(er) carb for a week, then do keto for a week or two. AFter that, transition to carnivore and you'll find it much easier on the stomach.
I like it. We had a chest freezer. I hated diving head first into that damn thing. It is a bit noisy. Not real bad, but not quiet. Other than that, great price and works very well. Mine is set at 1. It goes to 10.
Finally a video I can get behind. I do carnivore twice a year to keep my bikini bod. I first cycle onto keto for a week or two, then carnivore to allow the stomach and easier transition. I wish I didn't love all the other food so much so I could just stay on carnivore.
YAAASSSSSS! A peek at that freezer - I will have one someday! (How do you kill an old freezer that refuses to die?) I’ve been waiting on another carnivore harvest 😉 Never thought of partial freezing before cutting…next time🤗 They are nice looking ribeyes!
This is a wonderful diet for sure. Everyone grab a burger for dinnner, with a side of tater tots. Don't forget the mustard and onions. Oh, i love your freezer.
I do carnivore and I’m down about 25lbs. But more than that, I feel so much better physically and mentally. What do you do with all the cream? Costco and Aldi are my main sources but thinking of trying an online service for meat. Would like some raw milk but it’s illegal to sell in NC so still looking. Best wishes!
I am working on a carnivore diet too. I have a very high insulin resistance even after losing about 80 pounds so far. My blood sugar has been I would say on average 250 for around 22 years. Blindviews I wish you well on your mission.
Yes, insulin resistance is a huge struggle. I think that is where my 4 pounds I put back on came from. It will take time to undo the damage I have done with my poor eating habits.
