Nice! Just had this one-sided back pain last week. I 'eventually' worked it out by accident... doing like 20 different stretches. But, yes, this will be a huge help!! As I get this issue about 5 times a year. Thank you. Happy New Year to you two!

I absolutely love you guys, I put my back out 24 years ago doing a bungee jump, and I later found out I’m hyper mobile.
My back goes twice a year. I always come back to your channel to make me feel less alone during the initial trapped on the floor phase screaming in agony alone.
We’ve always had a technique that works 100% every time over 3 days for a mix of bulging disk and/or sciatica.
(Lying on floor, holding onto something behind, straps around each ankle, and a person lifts legs to 45 degree angle then pulls and swishes legs side to side, to simultaneously loosen the disks and release the trapped nerve.
Not gonna lie, it’s terrifying and causes a lot of screaming to begin with, but it’s always worked)
This time was different. No noticeably bulging disks, no corrective muscles spasms that often protects me from nipping the nerve.
This time, totally different. No back pain, when it went, no movement, forwards, backwards or sideways, without causing a massive spasm/electric shock in lower back. Seizing up whole body for about 10 seconds. Couldn’t move in any direction, without being tasered. Nearly smashed my teeth from the shock. Paralysed for about 20 hours, then spent hours just stretching the spine.
The usual leg swing trick didn’t work this time. The resulting spams brought my knees up to chest even while someone was holding my feet.
So had to do different approach this time. Heat, cold, tens machine and lots of different stretches from your channel.
It’s been 6 days, and I’ve learned how to get in and out of bed on my own, to get to the toilet without being tasered. So a massive improvement.
Thank you for everything you do for us on this Channel. Even just moral support when we’re alone and terrified. It’s a big help ❤

You guys are the best. That spot on my lower back has been goofy since I was about 21 or so, when I took a hard fall when ice skating. It’s always poking me, it seems. Then quiets and then pokes again. These stretching exercises are fabulous. I used to go to a massage therapist to stretch me out for various pinches and pains I’d cause myself. Now, I live in the boonies of Maine and it’s not easy to get to someone. Being able to do stretches to ease this pain as well as my shoulders, neck and such from too much time at the computer is amazing. Thank you so much. Big hugs, from Maine!

Hey guys, thanks for all your videos. You've given me a lot of help over the last few years, most recently with infra red heat pads. For a while i've had one sided back pain. It used to be the right sacroiliac joint. Now that is much better thanks. However I've got a problem on the right again, but it feels on the back lower rib area. I've seen professionals a few times and the consensus is that it's a facet joint, i think where the backbone meets the rib ? Not too sure about my terminology. Do you have any exercises which will help to put it back in place or get it mobile again please? Cheers and best wishes for the year ahead.

Hi bob and bred I really appreciate you alot
    I have three questions
Although i was feeling my patella stucks somewhere and releases out in 2 weaks , these recent days When I lay on back like I am watching youtube and my knee is bent (hook lying position) then I want to lay my bended leg on floor, I feel like knee joint bones are moving and making contact, feeling like crunching sensation, I don't know if knee has range of motion at side to side , i have no injury or trauma to cause damage to ligaments or Minuscus and Cartilages
    Second question
Do ligaments Tear / loose or get injury with no external forces , with no trauma ?
    Third
    Can rheumatoid arthritis cause this?
    Thank u for everything

I have one sided back pain but it’s because of 2 bulging discs and an annular fissure out to that side… think it’ll ever heal as I’m only 20? Happened during deadlifting and I’ve avoided all stress since. That was in May 2022 it happened. Just want to get back into lifting again and focus on form..
