Hi guys love your channel! What do you think about atlas orthogonal therapy for TMJ and neck pain, misaligned atlas? I’m very curious to know what you guys think about this therapy. Is it safe?

Great to hang but I live in an apt how do I hang. Can't attach to walls
Would streatching the lower lats help?
Possibly, the lats do assist in lateral flexion of the spine
THANK YOU
My right side has started feeling heavy, including my right abdomen, chest, and shoulder. I had tests done, including LFT, CBC, ultrasound, and stool tests, and they all came back clear. Can you tell me what could be the issue, as this problem has been going on for 2.5 years?

Same problem for me dear
I am like this right now ...I know i need to get a PT and chiro...I had SED on my l5 s1 about 4 years ago and had nearly complete pain gone but about 8-14 mo later i started to get some pain again and now it hurts so much if i try to correct that I am thinking its from me letting settle for the least pain position ....
I have recently developed sciatica in my right hip and a very tight lower back on my right side. It feels as if the tightness is both very low near the pelvis and even up near the middle back at times. I am 6’5” 280 and gained about 40 lbs during the pandemic that is stubbornly hanging on. I’m 50, but have great cardio despite my size. I run for at least 5-8 miles at least 3x per week, but the pain has prevented me from running for the last few months. Any advice on correcting this?
Not in the legs but in a point up in back high on the right side
WOW! that is an awesome video.
I need online consultation. So please tell me it's process.
I accidentally found a good method for getting some decompression on my bad side.
I sit with my feet under my backside, like they tell you not to do because of the knee pressure. Then I take my hands and press against my thighs near my knee for about 5-10 seconds. It usually gets a few good cracks and a nice stretch that I can’t replicate with any other exercise I’ve found.
Thank u so much both of helpng lot.🙏
