      Love your videos! Always helpful and to the point. May I suggest to try Acupuncture and Chinese medicine for the numbness, cysts are I think dampness or phlegm in your body according to Tradicional Chinese Medicine. A good diet and acupuncture will avoid the cysts to comeback.

      I’m crooked! It’s been progressively getting worse over the past year. I went to a physical therapist, but they seemed less than thrilled to help me, and had me doing doing exercises without any stretching first, and not more than two minutes break in between exercises. The exercises are the same ones I’ve done for my lower back for years, and they didn’t suggest anything like the exercises y’all have shown for my problem.
      I’m going to do my best to “straighten up”. Lol

      @@jarredwoolis4929 I got a 2 epidurals but it looks like I'm still going to need surgery. I have severe spinal stenosis. I started the keto diet a few months ago, hoping if I lose enough it'll feel better. Unfortunately my doctor said my ankle contracture is likely permanent. 😞

    • @solitude4562
      @solitude4562 2 роки тому

      The back pain went away naturally? Wow that’s good.. Alright so I read and hear a lot about how the pain typically dissipates naturally as the body heals it overtime. Do you think there was anything at all that you also did like a treatment that helped relieve the pain or it literally away on it’s own naturally without you having to do anything about the pain? Basically with time?

    • @lisamarie3465
      @lisamarie3465 2 роки тому

      @@solitude4562 ok so the back pain didn't exactly go away, I'm still stiff a lot of the time. however that excruciating leg pain subsided due to being able to lose 40lbs on keto.
      My herniation has caused permanent damage because of my inability to get treated in Texas.
      On the 11th of next month I go in for surgery to remove some of the disc to give me more relief from it hitting my nerves. And I'm hoping it will result in me having more leg movement.
      The reflex on my left ankle is now dead. And I'll need physical therapy afterwards to get my hamstrings stronger.
      I'm told that due to permanent damage, I will always have some discomfort in my back. So that's something I have to just deal with the best I can.
      Also, doctors said theres about only a 50% chance of getting better after disc herniation within 6 months. It's unlikely if there is no improvement in that time frame.

    I get pulled over by stenosis nerve irritation. Easy to see how much by standing between bathroom mirror, and bathroom door edge. Position feet close together so bottom edge of door is just visible between them. Stand straight up (or what I think is straight) and close eyes. Count to 10 and open eyes. Observe where the top edge of the door is in relation to the middle line of head.

    My right side has started feeling heavy, including my right abdomen, chest, and shoulder. I had tests done, including LFT, CBC, ultrasound, and stool tests, and they all came back clear. Can you tell me what could be the issue, as this problem has been going on for 2.5 years?

    I have recently developed sciatica in my right hip and a very tight lower back on my right side. It feels as if the tightness is both very low near the pelvis and even up near the middle back at times. I am 6’5” 280 and gained about 40 lbs during the pandemic that is stubbornly hanging on. I’m 50, but have great cardio despite my size. I run for at least 5-8 miles at least 3x per week, but the pain has prevented me from running for the last few months. Any advice on correcting this?

    I accidentally found a good method for getting some decompression on my bad side.
    I sit with my feet under my backside, like they tell you not to do because of the knee pressure. Then I take my hands and press against my thighs near my knee for about 5-10 seconds. It usually gets a few good cracks and a nice stretch that I can’t replicate with any other exercise I’ve found.
