Absolutely love the Ram TRX. Of all the full size American trucks/utes this one my favourite. A lot of money and pass my pay grade but I’m sure it would bring plenty of smiles.

It’s limited to 160km/h because its tyres have a ‘Q’ speed rating. Which is 160km/h. The speed limiter is not a “nanny state” thing, it’s to protect the tyres.
That's pretty common in US pickups. I'm speed limited to 81 mph/130 kph because of the N speed rating (87 mph) of the tires. Anything much over 70 mph feels like a space shuttle launch anyway.
Absolutely gorgeous masterpiece of a vehicle, and scared to say, I would buy one if I had the expendable cash. But thats an absurdly expensive vehicle.
Just did a 2 week/3000 mile camping trip (pulling a camper) North east USA. My wife couldn’t stop complementing the comfort of the truck, and how safe it felt being inside that beast 😁 11.1 MPG which Is not much difference without the additional 4000 pound camper. Probably because I’m not hammering all the time while towing 😂 I absolutely loved every minute of it.

Got my 2024 Final Edition last April this year....upgraded from a 2017 Toyota TRD Pro which I loved but there is no comparison to the TRX. It's my daily driver because it is the only vehicle I own and I love it and make excuses every day just to drive it. Gas mileage is about the same as my TRD so no surprises there. Way more comfortable but a hell of a lot quicker. Sound system is amazing but I love hearing that supercharger wind up. Winter's coming on so I will see how the OEM tires are in the snow and rain but will probably change them to the Toyo Open Country which I used on my TRD and they really worked great in extreme winter conditions here in NY. The only mod I am thinking of doing down the line is swapping out the exhaust for the Corsa Xtreme. Btw I was born in Adelaide and my name is Frank Maric also.
@@bestman7776 With a V-8 with 2 inch readylift on top of factory 2 inch lift on the PRO...a real TRD PRO not a regular Tundra with TRD stencils plus Fuel wheels and 33 inch Toyo Open Countrys which brought it up close to a 6 inch lift.....average milage was between 12 and 13mpg .
@@MADMAX353 yeah that makes sense.. I can see the lift and aggressive tires losing quite a bit of mpg. The one thing that does add up is the premium fuel. Sometimes the difference is almost a dollar! @@bestman7776 Wow....well that's something I never had to do and do not intend to do but I have tow hitches ready just in case the need comes around...the fuel is always my limiting factor cause I always use premium or better but I'm lucky enough to live close to the Jersey border where gas is almost 85 cents a gallon cheaper than NY....I remember a few years back when it was a lot cheaper in NJ...hopefully those numbers come back....in any case it will still be more expensive in NY regardless.
