- Alcohol ink with airbrush and doodling.
Using the airbrush with alcohol ink is so much fun. And with endless possibilities. It was fun to do something different - I've been doing airbrush flowers for days lol.
It's also been a while since I've done doodling like this. Used a Posca pen - one of my favorite markers and comes in basically every color.
The end result didn't look exactly like my original idea but I'm really pleased with the result. A bit different then what I normally do - also with the airbrush.
I used Ranger alcohol ink, white Posca, Nara paper and the PME airbrush.
I hope you enjoyed the video.

Thank you for watching.

Love experimenting. All of mine could be called experiments since I don’t think I’ve ever had one turn out how it started in my head😂
Mine usually don’t end up like the original plan either, so you are not alone 🤣🤣
But sometimes it’s a good thing- because then we learn to experiment and improvise.
Love the finished piece!
Thank you very much 😊
GORGEOUS! Thanks for sharing! ❣️
Thank you and you’re very welcome 😊
I am just beginning to play with this medium and am on a steep learning curve as different manufacturers and colours with the same manufacturers behave differently. Is so helpful to see other artists at work in real-time for the process and to see the materials/colours used. Where might I find your other videos, particularly of flowers 💐 Thanks for your inspirational sharing
You are very welcome 🤗 so glad you find it useful. You just go to my channel and you will find all of my videos- there is about 50 of them 👍❤️
Pretty cool piece. I think I'll show my wife and daughter, in hopes they might want to try your technique. 👍👍👍
Thank you very much 😊 it is a fun technique 👍👍
Really beautiful and so interesting to see how you accomplished the results. Thank you 🙏
Glad you liked it 🙏 and thank you 😊
I am a new beginner who has not attempted this type of art yet. What is the purpose on drying your circle of ink then adding alcohol to move it? Why wouldn't you just keep it wet, add rubbing alcohol and blow when its wet?
It’s a bit easier to control with this technique. If the ink is wet when you add the alcohol, it’s more likely to move to much and in the other direction, before you start with the airbrush.
Hope that makes sense
I love the way this turned out! Will you share which colors of ink you chose? I know Sangria is the first one😂
I completely forgot to mention the other colors 🤣🤣 sorry.
All ranger, sunset orange, sunshine yellow and oregano 👍
Randi how are you going to finish this piece? I can invision a beveled, soft gold mat with a medium colored natural wood frame pairing nicely with those colors. I love your work.
I haven’t decided yet 😊 I’m partial to black…. I’m thinking either black mat and frame or white mat and wooden frame 😊
This is beautiful, may I ask what ink colours you used please
Thank you 😊 yes you may - piñata sangria. Ranger sunshine yellow, sunset orange and oregano
Thank you Randi. What airbrush and compressor are you using? Mine just does not seem to have the power to move the ink. Thank you.
You’re welcome ☺️ mine is a PME, there’s a link for it on Amazon below the video. But it isn’t actually very powerful. Max psi is 25.
I really like that there isn’t all that much power
I really like this. The choice of colours is lovely too. Could you tell me the psi you used on your air brush please?
Thank you 😊 think about 25
Thanks a million. 🥰
You’re welcome and sorry for the late reply ☺️ (I’ve sadly been sick for a long time)
@@randihart5731 No problem. I do hope you’re feeling better now. I’m just grateful that you took the time to reply. ❤️❤️❤️
@Richiedei50 I slowly getting better ❤️🩹 you’re quite welcome 🤗
What paper name do you use? What dryer name do you use?
Paper is Nara and airbrush is PME. Links below the video 👍
@@randihart5731 sorry I asked a lot of questions that were below in the link 😔
No problem 😀👍
I put the alcohol ink in and it just spills out the end..
Just hold some tissue paper at the end of the paper
