      @@ArcheryHouse I think I was pretty much doing everything wrong. I hit stuff but repeated got twanged, until I gave up. Now at least I can work on it. Cheers.

    Thank you for this video, Coach Tara! I have a hard time with hitting my arm, and after watching this, I see I need to work on over-extending and keeping my shoulder low.

    Women’s elbows are also different then men’s. We can both turn it in to different degrees, with practice

    This is great. In my last lesson i started hitting my arm frequently and couldn't figure out why. I just realised now that i changed my grip out of curiosity and must have been holding the bow too far over. Looking forward to correcting that in my next lesson.

      @@ArcheryHouse Late reply but i decided in the end that my grip was really comfortable so i changed my stance a little like in this video and i'm really happy with the results. I'm trying to figure out the perfect place to rest my hand when drawing the bow now, i sort of place it under my right jaw bone but it's not consistent enough. So i'm curious if you have a video or advice on a good point to lock in to before firing
