This practice reminded me on how I need to reflect on what I am grateful for: my home, food, water, my family, husband, friends , my health, the health of my loved ones, freedom, my business, our clients, our neighbors, friends, my personal space..THANK YOU!
I was able to treat a friend to a small gift today, and she was so grateful. She felt spoiled. So, tonight I was saying that I am grateful for all that I have, and all that I am able to give.
I'm grateful for your yoga. I've been following you for about 7 years now. You've helped with tight hip flexors, hamstrings and sciatica. You've kept me mobile and motivated and enabled me to be an active dad and competitive in my sports. Thank you.

Hello, i following your sessions for 2 months now. i do morning routine 10- 15 mins and every evening an evening session. I do whole my life intense sport, every day. The last years i struggled with back pain and shoulder pain. Since i do your yoga sessions, the pain is gone. I feel more connected with every part and can hold my body into the right position. I have practiced yoga for some years now but somehow not tried Yin. A few weeks ago I felt like it was time to find the missing puzzle piece in my practice - it was this! Your classes have really opened my eyes to deep relaxation, I have discovered new stretches and new ways for familiar poses. I yinyoga almost every day for a good sleep or a good start to my morning. And your approach to yoga, I find, is really great. Great channel 🥰
Your yoga videos are always so helpful and really help me to be at ease, especially with ADHD! I am grateful for my parents, my boyfriend, my friends like family and all the kitty cats in my life :)

I have been following your sessions since the start of our first lockdown in the UK last year and they are now part of my everyday routine - I couldn’t have got through this last year without them. The short sessions are perfect now that life is getting a little busier and I love the variety of poses, some of which are quite a challenge as I am 73. You have a very encouraging and gentle style of teaching.
I'm filled with gratitude this evening because I got my second dose of the covid vaccine today. i really needed some the stretch because it actually made my soreness a bit better. Thank you Kassandra for your incredible affirmations. #goodevening

What a wonderful practice, I feel that this would be most beneficial for calisthenics athletes and practitioners who have well developed latissimus Dorsi from doing pull ups etc. I will return to this. Many thanks

yesterday I didn't have time for this one and first I felt kinda like guilty about that. Then I realised that it actually doesn't matter that much. I did this practice this evening, super lovely again. Remember that you don't have to stress about these challenges, it should be the other way around ❤️ good night everyone❣️
