No no. What’s Iain Lee got to do with ‘the establishment’? And the women involved. It was pure stalking. Watch Iain’s reactions when he learns of the sentence. He was terrified of Belfield.
Your journey and experience following Alex Belfield mirrors mine exactly. In hindsight I'm so glad I never sent him a penny though. I began to see the cracks forming a long time ago.
I noticed that he would say that they accused him of xxx "without any evidence " and that he never (that I noticed) said that he 'didn't do it'/was 'innocent'. I never sent him a penny either. He could be empathetic though; I remember him trying to support a man with severe mental health issues during the first lockdown.
@@isobelswan That’s not empathy. Narcissists love to do charitable things, then make sure everyone knows about it. It’s the latter that is the reason they do it, not because they have empathy. Jimmy Savile didn’t have empathy, yet look at all the work he did for charity (his reasons were for power, trust and to get him in with vulnerable people). Never be blinded by someone doing something for charity. It’s often a red flag in it’s self (true charity is done without telling anyone, think George Michael and how it was only after he died that we found out about all the kind charitable things he did).
He could be very engaging and.a master of manipulation. Sadly he became 😔 consistently 😢 inconsistent, I suspect he's 😕 a moody person with a 🍟 holding him hostage.
I saw some of Alex's content and came to the conclusion that at some point he had lost the plot. It turns out he wasn't suing anyone, but in fact it was him being sued. He made video about hating people that used the Go Fund Me platform and then starts one up himself!..lol...asking everyone for a quid. He defended himself in court which is free!....but made about £300K. Said he wanted his moment in court and when he got it he didn't take the stand!....truly unbelievable.
The money went to his legal team. It’s not just counsel that gets paid. The solicitors/lawyers for court work is where the money gets drained. It’s the whole court process that lawyers must do to set up a case.
This is not true. He used an expensive barrister who accompanied him to court and gave legal advice over many years. Even though he represented himself. He had large legal bills.
The best way to get at Jeremy Vine is to not watch his show, it's a good lesson learnt from this case to treat people online how you would out and about in everyday life.
@@Rob-cy8xc What, you think it's acceptable for people to behave in a cowardly fashion on sociall media and be abusive do you? Just shows what a pond life you are then. .

Yes no doubt that extension on his house wouldn’t of come cheap. When he first started his channel during the first lock down he was come out with interesting facts then slowly as he started in about the BBC it started to get boring I saw a few of his later videos when he was in court but never payed that much attention to him even then I didn’t realise that he was the defendant he fooled a lot of people.

It was more than 'sticks and stones' mate. His harassment included blackmailing one victim with threats of exposing a spent conviction online, false allegations sent to victims' employers and allegations of fraud/theft made online via his videos. His victims were harassed AT WORK and via their HOME EMAILS and phone numbers, as well as on Social Media. Although they blocked him, he repeatedly changed his emails to maintain the harassment, even openly bragging online that it was his intention to 'haunt' his victims. They did ask him to stop, but he refused, and even called for his subscribers to attack his 'targets', which is part of the reason that his sentence is heavier. And this went on for TEN YEARS!. @@rickydee5863 I thought so too, until I read the Court Judgement and realised that it's FOUR crimes that he's been given sentences for, which in total add up to 5i/2 years, with apparently only the first half in custody (so actually less than 3 years in prison).
it was severe enough for one of his victims to have nearly taken his life, there are 2 types of stalking, he committed the more severe of the the 2, he was nasty including posting on line the address of Jeremy Vine one of his victims and urging people to go and get him
I'm an averge bloke out there in my 40s, I didn't find it resonated with me one bit. All that mocking women, gay people, trans people, calling people dinghy divers, twirlies, calling those on antidepressant medication mogadons etc .... Serious question, what did you find funny about a person who was so full of anger and hatred, who just endlessly mocked minority groups? He also said he was all about freedom of speech yet he blocked anyone who disagreed with him, never let them speak on his phone in without insulting them or hanging up, and turned his comment section off - Does that sound like someone who's an advocate for freedom of speech?! In my opinion he did nothing but peddle hate and make himself rich on the back of telling people he was suing the BBC. To me he was never a breath of fresh air, more like a breath of an eggy fart.

It's a farce that people think Alex's sentence is a travesty against free speech. Alex has a history of emailing people etc to silence them, intimidate them etc. If anything, this is a victory for free speach. And I say that as someone who normally abhors the idea of silencing anyone over insults etc. Alex took it to scary levels. To be honest, if he was just trolling I'd almost forgive it.
Mr Sweeney, well said. Agree with your comments completely Yes I started to follow Alex Belfield through Lockdown, he was really good at the beginning. When he started to ask for money to help him with his court case started to get concerned, then as you say the expensive holidays, Florida, Las Vegas. This did not ring true with my inner feelings, so decided to stop tuning in, also all the below the belt mucky things he used to say. Very sad as Alex is a very talented individual, hope he learns the lesson about resentment. It is no good having hate and resentment in our hearts, it is just like filling ourselves with poison. I am a committed Christian ✝️ and fully believe in Gods unconditional Love, Pray that Alex will discover God's Unconditional Love, Make a decision to follow Jesus and Turn his Life around. Forget about Resentment, move forward. God can still Bless his Life Abundantly. Amen
You are perfectly right. 300k for court cases....what a joke. He was soon flying out to USA on holiday every month . Where did that money come from? Holidays are not cheap
I was also an early Alex Belfield subscriber who got bored with his tirades against the BBC, and I started watching less frequently. When he asked for money, I thought he was launching a civil action against the BBC. I wasn't going to contribute (as I would not ask him to contribute towards any legal actions that I may be engaged in, LOL). Months later, I was hugely surprised to discover that it was him who had been criminally charged! There were some others that he habitually disparaged quite viciously - e.g. Katie Price, Phillip Schofield.
Your experience of Alex was exactly same as mine, I got sick of him banging on about court, Carol Vorderman had obviously complained as possibly Diane Abbott as those characters disappeared. I read the court stuff and there were only 29 proven emails but it was worse than that he was messaging these people's friends family and employers across multiple social media platforms (ironically using false Twitter accounts, the very thing he said should be outlawed)! He never said he would give the money back to individuals, he always said it would go to charity. Also interestingly the big reveal was one of his claims in his defence was that 'he was a member of the LGBTQ+ community himself' so was not homophobic! (Strippers comment a red herring perhaps?). Watching Iain and Katherine's reaction to the verdict (two victims who didn't prosecute) it showed a very different side to the story. A cautionary tale indeed. Thank you for your interesting and honest take mate. I enjoyed watching this.
you've just reminded me. There is a video on his channel that mentions the donations towards legal fees. I don't think it's very comprehensive though It's basically vague excuses.. I need to watch it again.
In a couple of his most recent videos,.AB shared that the donations to his cause, which were made very early on, did not exceed £17,000, and that the 'hundreds of thousands' often attributed to donors actually came from his earnings from his meteoric success on UA-cam. He confirmed that his legal fees were well over £200,000 and on one video he sat with a pile of invoices from his solicitor and read them out on camera. He also donated that relatively small sum of donations to charities voted for by his Secret Voice of Reason subscribers, along with a raffle to win an extra £3000. His BBC obsession stemmed from his refusal to spoon-feed his listeners at BBC Leeds the mainstream prescription, which led to his contract not being renewed despite record figures for his programme. He developed a growing resentment that the BBC employed far less talented and indeed less successful in terms of audience, presenters than himself. He denied throughout that he sent thousands of emails, and the BBC produced only a fraction of this amount in court. AB chose to represent himself because he felt the lawyers had scooped enough already. His faith in British justice was misplaced and he has ended up in jail. Something to be learned from this extraordinary tale is that a well-written personal statement can sway a jury, and of course, that the man in the street can't afford to take on the BBC.
I wonder if he was part of a Asian Grooming gang which police were aware of but didnt do anything about becuase they were frightened of being called Racist. How long did they get ? No sentence.
Alex had every faith in the crown Court, maybe if he listened to some of his listeners, instead of banning anyone critical of the royal family, he may have learned something. Voice of reason and free speech warrior my arse.
Alex Belfield has been working within the entertainment business for some 25yrs. An egoist without a doubt. His UA-cam success wasn't by accident, it was a very well thought out "persona", created to attract an audience. Each audience member is a potential follower, and each follower is a potential donor. He picked up on the "Alf Garnet" vibe - which was a character created as a parody of a working-class bigot, but became hailed by many (who didn't perhaps realise the parody) to be the "voice of the working man". Belfield never spoke his mind, he spoke his character's mind, and did so very convincingly. Belfield's sentencing notes referred to the fact that Belfield himself admits to being part of the LBGTQ community (which letter exactly, wasn't specified) - this flies directly in the face of his online/on-stage persona making disparaging comments about the very community he was part of. Strippers, hookers, and the current Mrs Belfield (who in reality was more likely to be a lad called Shafiq!!) all great examples of the persona and the person being two separate things. Unfortunately hubris got the better of Belfield.
Classic narcissist/sociopath. They'll disappoint you. They'll sell you on this charismatic illusion , then within one sentence the act will slip and you'll be disgusted and bamboozled.
100% narcissist/sociopath. My exact thoughts on the man . Unbelievable how many still support him , especially hopkins and bree , two apparently intelligent people, I better just edit . Bree atleast admits he was wrong and actually worried about his mental state
Alex is a bit like Icarus who flew to close to the sun despite his fathers warnings and this wings melted and he plummeted down to earth. I totally agree it was a great show when he was talking about current affairs and representing the ordinary working man and woman of the UK but over time the show became too focused on the BBC and getting his revenge on what he claims happened to him while working there. What a talent Alex is but he just could not get over the past. I think if he was still on youtube he could have had over 1M subs easily if he kept the show focused on general topics and went back to the way the show was in the beginning. The voice of reason lost his reasoning. I hope to see him some day do a similar show and return to his original success!
Conors Tool. Agree with your comments completely, believe Alex has let revenge and resentment take over his soul. Praying he will learn lessons from this event in his life, yes hope he turns his life around 🙏 and becomes successful again in the future.
The JV case is still ongoing. So far AB has been ordered to pay £25K by that judge for wasting courts time by not providing the information requested if I understand it correctly. quiet how that case continues while he is prison I don't know, but with this conviction I can well imagine JV will continue his case for defamation and likely win. Also DC Percible from Notts police is suing him. I think she handed him papers after his court case at Notts had ended. I wouldnt be at all surprised if the HMRC didn't begin a tax investigation.
"A man who represents himself in court, has a fool for a client " Just desserts for a grifter, who could have settled this case in a magistrates courts, with limited sentencing powers, but his narcissism and arrogance led him to elect trial at crown court. Tough tiitty Alex, use this time for reflection.
Committal proceedings are commenced by the Courts where the sentence for your crime is above 12 months imprisonment. He would have had no part in that decision once his crimes were committed. He revealed in Court that he is LGBTQ+ in sexual inclination yet hypocritically ripped into gay folk.
This is a travel channel and Alex Belfield has 'traveled' to prison. I hadn't heard about him until I saw your video. I read the BBC news report on this guy. He stalked people. He intimidated and frightened them. "Stalking is a crime. Horrific, vicious, and cowardly." As always, I agree with your comments and they are appreciated. From what I have now learned, five and a half years of being incarcerated is not nearly enough time for this guy, and he will probably serve half the time sentenced.

When you can imprison someone for claiming your feelings have been hurt, its a dark day for everyone. I'm not sure the prisons are going to able to handle the crush.
@@tooyoungtobeold8756 Well I suppose you can call anyone anything to justify the unjustifiable. Let me give you an example. Very recently a man was released from prison after 20 years because it came to light he didn't commit the murder they " proved" he did. 20 years years ago he was a madman. Today he is a victim of a terrible injustice. Or if a neighbour slashes all your tyres, the police do nothing ( standard) and you confront and harass the tyre slasher for long enough, then YOU are the madman and you will end up in jail for 5 years. Get it?
@@resistancefighter9009 I absolutely get your direction of argument and accusation. But if i follow your line of reasoning do I assume that taking the side of the BBC , makes you a supporter of Jimmy Saville?
My initial reaction to Alex Belfield was that I didn't like him. He was, as you say - very nasty to people like Carol Vorderman - which I feel was unjustified - although he worked with her and knew her on a personal level so maybe he has some insights about her that the public don't see. He made a number of comments that I strongly didn't agree with. However he did have some positive aspects. I think the feeling was that he was holding people to account for their actions - and he was willing to be challenged on his findings or his statements. He was filing many Freedom of Information requests to gather evidence. But what I take from this whole episode is this - When TV shows like Panorama or Watchdog start pursuing individuals with camera crews outside their houses - then that's okay - that's not stalking when it's the BBC doing it - but if the same thing is directed back at the BBC - then it's stalking - and you'll be shut down like Alex was. So, regardless of whether Alex is just doing it for his own financial gain, or whether he's an unpleasant human being or whatever you think of him - there's a double standard going on here.
Prison sentence far too harsh. British justice system is a joke. Hope you are keeping well Ed. Looking forward to hearing about your exploits in Thailand. Stay lucky. Rookie
I used to like watching him, but he started being nasty , and i came to the conclusion there was something not right about him , so i stopped watching, and did not like him asking for money. I never sent any , but feel sorry for those who did.
Alex Belfield hoodwinked a lot of people. I also watched his show during lockdown and at first I found him quiet entertaining, but after a while I started to dislike the way he spoke to people, I remember he took a call from a victim of child abuse and his advice was along the lines of ‘get over it’, I found this advice horrifying and showed how out of touch he was and had no idea what he was talking about. Something did not sit right with me, he often used homophobic and racist language which is totally unnecessary. The guys a narcissist and a pretty nasty person by the sounds of it. Got what he deserved.
We were duped. He says he was suing the BBC but in actuality the people he was stalking sued him. He does not have a suit against the BBC, Nottingham police or the lady officer. In fact, she is suing him for $100,000. Alex was raking in the money and spending it lavishly.
Alex was a good act but he was on for too long.He put too many people down. Probably be a class action lawsuit against him when he comes out for the money he took as 'donations'
I was one of the fools who sent a donation only to get really pissed off when he was swanning over the world and despite saying he had a great barrister, he defended himself. Ed, like you, I started to watch Alex Belfield in the spring of 2020, and I was taken in by him, as he was quite entertaining and funny. I became tired of the repetitiveness of his statements after a number of months, and suspicious of what was going on with the police and his obvious paranoia with the BBC and some of their presenters. Personally, I do not like the BBC as do many others, and his criticism of this organisation was one of the reasons why he became so popular. But enough was enough as far as I was concerned when he started begging for money, so I unsubscribed. He gave the impression he was taking the BBC and the police to court when obviously it was the other way around. I hope all those people who did send him money have received some compensation, otherwise they have learned a very hard life lesson.
@Credible Threat the police can't do anything, unless a complaint is made, if no one has complained, it won't be looked into, as he was in court for abusing others. Now that all these other things have come out in court, he will be fully investigated, and if he mentioned about money going to "charity" well that's another can of worms opened. Now i know there's a few subs that live or that go to the Philippines, there, you cannot make another person lose face, if you do, even if it is true about the person, they can sue you. Things you think you can say in your own country you cannot say in others, so just take care and always put your brain into gear, before opening your mouth.
@Jane Manby it was actually the Crown that took him to court, not several individuals (that comes next year with Vine etc) as it was a criminal prosecution, not a civil action. The suing the BBC nonsense was just a blatant lie to get his fans to donate as very few would have given him money if they'd known he was the one being prosecuted. This is pretty blatant fraud (by false representation) and hopefully he will be charged with this too.

The problem with Alex, is that he believed he was invincible (probably due to his meteoric rise to success, on UA-cam, ironically). Far too cocky for his own good. He should never have elected to defend himself in a Crown Court. That said, he has clearly been made an example of, in part because he tried to take on the BBC, but also because he was a prominent critic of the narrative, with regard to the shenanigans of the past two years. People do less for killing someone, whilst driving under the influence of alcohol.

He looks around the cell for his many mirrors but only sees one. He calls for doddy the dog,but only hears his cellmate tell him to shut up and go back to sleep. Doddy is gone. Possibly dead by the time he gets back out but she is happy now. Alex weeps like a baby as his big ginger head wobbles from side to side and he pretends to play on his grand piano but realizes there is nothing there. He breathes a sigh of defeat and sais ' oooh matron' as he reflects on the many low IQ boomer subscribers he wont be getting money from. There wont be anymore vegas trips. Think his sentence is more a warning to others that would follow in his footsteps. Although he's got nothing to loose by appealing. Just needs a lawyer to take charge of the appeal.
Made my week Belfield going down, that's wiped the smile off his smug face. Probably thought he was getting a suspended sentence. I bet his far right gullible followers are gutted.

He stood up for us *The Indigenous, White, Heterosexual, Straight, Christian, Abled Bodied, Males* of this great land.
People aren't asking the main questions. The ones that actually affect the people. Why was he representing himself in court, if he'd raised 100's of thousands of pounds from the public, for "legal fees"? Other than constant trips to Las Vegas (a known mecca for gambling) and hookers and strippers (also very expensive in Las Vegas) and first class flights around the world, and a house looking more and more lavish by the day, and obviously, his trustee jacuzzi, where did all the money for "legal fees" go? And once again, why was he forced to represent himself in court?
Probably all your questions can be answered with pathological narcissism. The belief that he cannot be at fault and despite his own disgusting behaviour, he is in fact the victim of abuse and harassment. We've all known people like that and Belfield seems like a serious case.

My dad and I used to watch him at the start of lock down. My dad and I both agreed at first that he was entertaining and had good opinions. I started to dislike him when he would take the piss out of people, especially the way people look. I'm not a fan of Diane Abbot but the way he portrayed her was painful to watch. I also didn't like the way he spoke to his callers on his lives, he was quite aggressive and I started to back away from him. Alex also spoke about the same things time and time again and really got boring. My dad died last December (2021) and he would be shocked to find Alex has gone to prison. I wish my dad was alive because I miss him so much but I miss having conversations with him about people like Alex Belfield. I also noticed the more popular he got the more big headed he got and his house was like a show home! I'm surprised he even sat on those sofas!
I also liked him at first, but I thought he became very spiteful and nasty in his opinions. I dropped off when he asked for money. And I thought his decor was HORRENDOUS.
Alex upset some very influential and powerful people at the BBC and in the Police force and the 'system' has to send a message to others. The sentence he got is ludicrous and the judge needs to be investigated, because somebody got to him!! This proves the law is an ASS!
Beautiful summary actually. The trouble is it’s a can of worms, we don’t know how much he was given cash wise, but you’d assume he could be done for that if it was a con. We don’t know if he was living it up with strippers and gambling, or the ins and outs of the case so to speak. You’d assume his career would be over, as it would be for most people who are as dubious as this man has become, but I’d assume he will come out pleading innocence.

Your journey and experience following Alex Belfield mirrors mine exactly. In hindsight I'm so glad I never sent him a penny though. I began to see the cracks forming a long time ago.
And next weeks lottos?
I noticed that he would say that they accused him of xxx "without any evidence " and that he never (that I noticed) said that he 'didn't do it'/was 'innocent'. I never sent him a penny either. He could be empathetic though; I remember him trying to support a man with severe mental health issues during the first lockdown.
ditto.
Then boot licked the judge, bigging him up. 🤣
He'd no legal council what wss he thinking
The money went to his legal team. It’s not just counsel that gets paid. The solicitors/lawyers for court work is where the money gets drained. It’s the whole court process that lawyers must do to set up a case.
Nobody 'takes the stand' in Britain. They enter the witness box.
You have been watching too much American telly dear.

Five and a half years prison.what ever happened to sticks and stones may break my bones but names can never hurt me.the prison sentence is ridiculous.
In my opinion Alex ran a Ponzi scheme
It’s pretty awful for the people who sent him money to find out that it was actually him being taken to Court for serious charges.
Yes they didn't do their research, they just lapped it up.
yea serious charge of sending emails!
I heard of one old lady who sent him £500 when she only meant to send £50. Alex didn’t refund her 🙄
@ Colin - the emails were if malicious intent - thousands apparently over many years.
Of malicious intent, of course
I noticed in his early videos he mentioned he was living on about £150 a week then all of a sudden he has that big extension on his house.
Interesting comment. Cheers

Diane Abbacus Abbot was great
He made a 350k off of his viewers for an attorney he never used to sue anyone. What a con man.
you've just reminded me.
The king will take care of him now
Alex Belfield has been working within the entertainment business for some 25yrs.

Ohhh, I would expect it ain't all over yet for Alex and his problems.
The JV case is still ongoing.

I got conned for 5.00 for him to sue bbc and police with an attorney. Wow what a con man. His atty in court today told the judge he was LGBTQ+
the bbc did not take him to court several individuals did.... was the bbc issue brought in to muddy the waters
My thoughts exactly.
If he sent thousands of E-mails then why did the police not find them on his computer which they took away when they raided his house.
Probably because he deleted them. Unfortunately for him the people he sent them to didn't delete them.
@@neilhorsefield7220 Yes you can delete them but you cannot take them from the memory chip, they will still be there, and the police would have scanned that.

@ Pigeon Squirrel
His parents are taking care of the dog.
He fooled his viewers into giving him money to cancel the licence fee. In the end it was nothing to do with that.
I think anybody that has a view on this case needs to read the court statements of what he actually did to people. He was funny for what he put on his channel but that's what he wanted you to see and hear. You never got to know the dark side of him and what he did in reality. He has no right to abuse people like he did to call and prey on a family's child is unacceptable. Please take the time to look deeper into the case
I did & still am.You're 100% right. I was vaguely familiar with Alex & was shocked to hear he was sentenced to prison. So I've been researching ever since & totally agree. Alex did horrible things, he needs to spend time in jail.
I started watching Bellfield at the start of lock down like your self Ed. He was a breath air at the start but it wasn't to long until I realised there was a dark side to his character so I unsubscribed.
He probably does deserve to be in prison but 5 half years doe's seem a bit steep to me.
Have a great weekend Pal.
Thanks, Mickey. You, too.
It was for stalking 4 people though not one.
Same here ,he got quite creepy.
@@jmcc2275 where did he find the time?
The problem with Alex, is that he believed he was invincible (probably due to his meteoric rise to success, on UA-cam, ironically). Far too cocky for his own good. He should never have elected to defend himself in a Crown Court. That said, he has clearly been made an example of, in part because he tried to take on the BBC, but also because he was a prominent critic of the narrative, with regard to the shenanigans of the past two years. People do less for killing someone, whilst driving under the influence of alcohol.
Perfectly explained about the clown!
just imagine... belfield sitting in his cell bed right now..the cold dark moonlight shining through the bars of his window casting a shadow over the room. Its lights out and alex can barely see.
Belfield crying ,holding a picture of himself from 10 years ago at the BBC wishing he was still there ,as his tears hit the photo and create holes in it.
He begins to shake violently and convulses in anxiety as the reality of the situation finally sets in.
He breathes a sigh of defeat and sais ' oooh matron' as he reflects on the many low IQ boomer subscribers he wont be getting money from. There wont be anymore vegas trips. Hes banned from america like most stalkers are.
As he drifts off to sleep ,he dreams about his back garden hot tub wearing his carol vorderman bra and wig , drinking glenns vodka and coke out of a pint glass while knocking one out over diane abbot. His secret crush.
Only to be rudely awakened by big bubba his cellmate ,slapping him across the face and saying ' i love you and there is nothing you can do about it' .
😂
How fucking true. Alex belfield will be a tranvestite by the time he eventually leaves jail. His name will be. Big juicy 😉
🤣🤣🤣
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
"Low IQ Boomer subscribers"...yep, all he ever yapped on about was "our silver tops".
5.5 years for trolling ....omg....he was lucky it wasn't 10 years when the law changed
Think his sentence is more a warning to others that would follow in his footsteps. Although he's got nothing to loose by appealing. Just needs a lawyer to take charge of the appeal.
If you seek revenge on someone you better dig two graves
Made my week Belfield going down, that's wiped the smile off his smug face. Probably thought he was getting a suspended sentence.
I bet his far right gullible followers are gutted.
I used to watch him until it became apparent he was becoming unhinged. Then it became a bit sad.
The sentence does not go with the crime that's for sure.
Yes, he deserved much longer.
F*ck me Eddie, now I have to google this Alex Bellend fella and see what he was up to...
I've had a two minute google look at him and I can't be arsed to go any deeper. Seems like this dude should never have existed boring boring boring.
I googled him early 2020 and it said his net worth then was 2 million...
I liked the fact that Alex Belfield would frequently slagged off the BBC, The Guardian, The *Packed Faced Left, The Woke Brigade, The PC Brigade, Reds, Lefties, Commies, Snow Flakes, Screaming Karens, The BBC!* And I loved him for doing that. He stood up for us *The Indigenous, White, Heterosexual, Straight, Christian, Abled Bodied, Males* of this great land.
Belfield was a low rent Daily Mail wannabe. I hope he enjoys his 5 years in Nottingham prison.
Judge protecting cops
People aren't asking the main questions. The ones that actually affect the people.
Why was he representing himself in court, if he'd raised 100's of thousands of pounds from the public, for "legal fees"? Other than constant trips to Las Vegas (a known mecca for gambling) and hookers and strippers (also very expensive in Las Vegas) and first class flights around the world, and a house looking more and more lavish by the day, and obviously, his trustee jacuzzi, where did all the money for "legal fees" go? And once again, why was he forced to represent himself in court?
Reckon his "cause" was his holiday fund, nasty little t*#t.
Probably all your questions can be answered with pathological narcissism. The belief that he cannot be at fault and despite his own disgusting behaviour, he is in fact the victim of abuse and harassment. We've all known people like that and Belfield seems like a serious case.
@@goodlookinouthomie1757 100%! The guys the grandmaster of narcissism. Yet somehow he's gonna make it out him being the victim, after scamming people of HUNDREDS of thousands of pounds.
Yes Belfield did bang on about the BBC and the celebrities connected to the BBC..About as much as James O Brien banging on about Brexit, Farage and Rees Mogg..
20 stone cell mate who's gonna say to bellend I love you and there's nothing you can do about it 🤣🤣🤣
Bellend would love that though .
Uh, are we talking about the grooming gangs or a bloke who sent a few emails to BBC journos - it's frightening how easily the gullible get sucked in to the establishment narrative, that's why we all lost two years of our lives recently.
@@paulietv2162 don't call over 4000 emails a few and I followed his show from the start as well ands saw how many things changed over time, and conning people into giving him money so he could fight a case against himself, if he was so sure he would have won he should have sold his house instead of conning money out of others, and as for the grooming gangs I think they should all be shot and their bodies left as a warning to others
I did watch him also because in lockdown he took my mind from it! ...but then he started being extremely cruel in words about some people! ..then he went to Miami, first class which was a red flag as he was always asking for donations for his lawyer fees ...you don't go on expensive holidays that cost thousands if you are asking for donations...something very suspicious! ...I have recently viewed a video where a grown man was scared of him because of the hurt he was causing over 10 years to him and his wife...he really is not a nice human and extremely manipulative person ....his arrogance was palpable and now he's in prison where he belongs for the hurt he has caused so many people! ...let's hope a prison sentence will make him into a kinder person ..he has enough time to turn his life around! ...
I always commented about horrible he was about certain people. Maybe overweight. Or whatever. How he was a troll. No one ever agreed with me. Glad he has to pay for his actions 👊🏽
He's a con artist.
Thanks for your info
I also liked him at first, but I thought he became very spiteful and nasty in his opinions. I dropped off when he asked for money. And I thought his decor was HORRENDOUS.
RIP your dad x
He took purple donations for court help without propper explaination of where they'd gone to.
I thought belfield was a scammer when he started asking for money....and he was a professional con artist.
Alex upset some very influential and powerful people at the BBC and in the Police force and the 'system' has to send a message to others.
The sentence he got is ludicrous and the judge needs to be investigated, because somebody got to him!!
This proves the law is an ASS!
Yeah I really don't know what to think? Guilty or not, 5 years sounds long. Maybe theres more too it than I know?, or maybe corruption?
Nah it was for relentless 24/7 stalking online
@@paulwisdoms fair enough
The time has come for public platform providers to have a first line statutory responsibility for what the public publish on their platforms.
You could be talking about Bozo and his kind.
Trolls are not above the law yes people need to be careful giving money to any UA-camrs specially to Alex belfield
