    Another amazing workout, thank you Roxanne! I’m still challenged by those planking exercises but I am able to do a little and then modify is a testament that your workouts are getting me stronger and I will be able to complete a whole set in the future. Love love love your workouts!

      Focus is on core muscles (abs/obliques) with a little bit of glutes and legs with the stabilising leg and shoulders holding the kettlebell overhead.
