If I buy a house for example , outside of Kinsale, do rental regulations apply to a small business and B&B whilst the owner lives in the same house ? Giving over one room in one's own house, is this considered as renting or not? I would appreciate very much if you gave me some advice on the issue . Thank You.

@@shoestringprepper Definitely might be an issue for some returning ex-pats (myself one of them). Also annoying given that the govt. does SFA about foreign vulture funds / cuckoo funds buying up Irish housing in bulk.

It’s worth a lot less 😂 technically then it’s classed as agricultural land so the price goes way down
