Several of the biggest market experts have been voicing their opinions on exactly how awful they think the next downturn would be, and how far equities may have to go, as recession draws closer and inflation continues well above the Fed's objective. I'm trying to build a portfolio of at least $850k by the time I'm 60, therefore I need suggestions on what investments to make.........
There are many other interesting stocks in many industries that you might follow. You don't have to act on every forecast, so I'll suggest that you work with a financial advisor who can help you choose the best times to purchase and sell the shares or ETFs you want to acquire.
I've been in touch with a financial analyst ever since I started my business. Knowing today's culture The challenge is knowing when to purchase or sell when investing in trending stocks, which is pretty simple. On my portfolio, which has grown over $900k in a little over a year, my adviser chooses entry and exit orders.
Mind if I ask you recommend this particular professional you use their service? i have quite a lot of marketing problems.
credits to Jenny Pamogas Canaya , one of the best portfolio manager;s out there. she;s well known, you should look her up
Thank you for this tip. It was easy to find your coach. Did my due diligence on her before scheduling a phone call with her. She seems proficient considering her résumé.
I just love your channel! You’re so passionate and an excellent presenter!
thanks so much kim! xx
I've just recently discovered your channel and I'm so glad I did, you're doing a fantastic work! Could you please cover the topic of the actual legalities/ paperwork when buying a house in Ireland. Would be really useful. I'm looking to buy a place hopefully this summer and would like to know what to expect regarding the actual process of buying.
Future videos about the Irish culture and lifestyle would be wonderful topics to add as well ! Thank you for your work, you've got a new subscriber! 💚
i love that idea, ill add it to my book. ive only held off on it til now because i dont want to advise people without an expert chiming in, but once i get a solicitor who's brain i can pick then ill prep a video asap. thanks again for following! maggie xx
Hi Alexandra, I bought a 2 storey farmhouse on 0.8 acres for 40K, the legal process is quite straghtforward, did the revovations ourselves and moved in within 3 months, ( the house was virtually derelict). Just make sure the electric is connected or the ESB want to charge you 1800 euro to reconnect if it has been turned off for more than 2 years. Some great value to be found over here, and if you have the ready cash, you can have a great deal. Good luck.
@@rickydean9453 Hi Ricky, congrats on your move and thank your for sharing your tips! I'd be delighted to find a farmhouse with some land as well. It's fantastic you've managed to do the renovation yourselves and move in 3 months! Where did you do your house hunting, any websites you found useful? Best of luck in your journey!
You are a first class sales lady.
Your positive spin lights up Ireland even to the locals like me.

This channel of yours is great 👍
ah thanks Jaromir. youre very kind xx
Amazing property. I am glad to have read the Instagram comment from the person who happily purchased the property. Maggie, you *should* be a property agent! Great job...as always.
I need one! I have this amount right now and I have to leave Paris with my 13th year old daughter as she is autist and the neighbours complain when she cannot sleep, once every 14 days! but they never complain when there is music! I want to live without neighbours! And finally be able to live in peace. Cheers
I'm an Aussie and I would LOVE to be buy this property and fix it up. Such a pain to live so far away :(
it would be a hell of a commute alright, i wont try sugar coating it lol! remember you can come for 90 days a year on a tourist visa without citizenship. i have a new video "How To Buy A Cheap Irish House If You're NOT An Irish Citizen" that might interest you xx
Yes I already watched the new video!! Well done with all the info. The 90 days sucks as I could buy and renovate one of these houses and be mortgage free :((
If it's going to auction the price will go up for sure. Would be interesting to see what it will actually go for.
Its fairly common for AMV's and even guide prices to be lower than the final sale price yes. The thing to remember is that auction sales really depend on who shows up on the day, be it virtually or to a physical auction. I've seen auctions sell for way less than i thought they would fetch and been just disgusted with myself that i missed out on opportunities.
New subscriber my friend 🙂☘ so interesting my families are from gorgeous lreland not far from covan
Just discovered your channel. Yay! Thanks.

I want job in Europe please help friend
😊❤❤
Hi friend I want 8000 euro haouse
Kindly help me
Buyer beware ppl lot of dodgy estate agents in Ireland start them cheap to get you interested then the prices go up had it done on me 3 times now 🤬🤬
Do u mean the price goes up at auction?
@@tiakore7524 no ive viewed propertys from estate agents offered what they’ve marketed asking price ! then they decide the seller wants more ! X3 times different agents I’ve give up ! tried at auctions aswell read the small print some auctions even charge you a buyers fee aswell as charging the seller ? Which I thinks wrong !
Always do your research aswell check there reviews !!!
I certainly found myself in that situation a couple of times over the years I was looking & 'offering' on properties. Obviously, each case (and each Auctioneer!) is different, but I felt in my cases it was that the Auctioneer was just not really being helpful with the info & communication. Happy to arrange a viewing for me, I then make an asking price offer, and they've already had offers of double the asking price. It's frustrating 🤯And they do put a lower price to get some interest, which again is ... well... meh 🤷🏻♂️- what can you do!
@@AltavraHomestead not good is it and yes frustrating specially when the conveyancer/solicitor is telling you the same !!! to proceed with caution!!! and not to believe everything your being told Ive wasted a lot of money through this procedure and been told lies
👍❤
Thank you! Maggie xx
