    - Elbows flared out
    - Flat feet
    - Punching the bag with the lower knuckles
    - Pushing his punches rather than snapping it
    Some good tips in this guide for beginners, but keep in mind the technique is poor and isn't the optimal way to throw the perfect punch.

    Hi, I have a question about your exercises to correct rounded shoulders. For the first exercise I feel the burn on my upper arm. Am I suppose to?

    This is why I did boxing. Elbows aren’t flared out, sit down on the punches for power, rear hand on cheek. Pure science versus the Mma stuff

      From a boxer's perspective that's too flared, from a kickboxing perspective it's fine. Leaves room to catch body kicks and elbow

      Flat feet can be genetic. It's in our best interest to prevent them from getting worse.
