This guy knows how to teach. No flashy cuts, no "retention editing". Just pure info and demonstrations of mechanics beginners would want to know (like the cross alignment which I hadn't seen before).
Dude same. Like, I'm sure I've heard in a million other videos to "have your arm loose". I thought I had mine loose until he said to unclench your fist. I instantly realized my arm has NOT been loose, and it feels so much better like this. Also, thinking about starting it from the shoulder instead of just moving my fist forward is a game changer. Makes you wonder what other basic shit were doing totally wrong 😂
Just shadow boxing whilst watching this left my stance feeling better, I finally understand how to use that rotation and my punches feel so much better. Thank you
Out here in SD where I am , a person will spend on average of $150 a month for years and never experience this type of explanation, but we get it for free . This is Gold!
We need a full in depth tutorial about the uppercut : it's mechanics, when to execute it & how to set it up to land it. That would be a great thing to do especially that People tend to talk more about the lead hook in detail ignoring the uppercut a little bit.
I've started muay thai a month ago, and thanks to that video know I can do my shadow work and combinations so much better. Really detailed and well explained. Thanks!
Can't thank you enough got here after watching your clip on instagram and then through comments found the channel. Thanks man I have my first fight coming up and improving on basics will help greatly.
I'm only 2 minutes in and i know this will be a great video. I've seen some of your videos before and they are very impressive. I'm always asking my coach questions about mechanics/technique, so it's good to see a video which explains that with helpful cues.
Very solid advice. The bent wrist worries me a little bit, I always try to keep everything straight. One common mistake could have been addressed with jabs and crosses, that is the flaring of the elbows.
Thank you Sir! Truely remarkable form and technique, easily the most helpful and no non sense video, I saw a bunch of other videos that have a lot of jazz and dips in the knee. But as a beginner I just ended hurting my knuckles. I really needed this video. Much Love and Respect from India. Sub for Life!
I personally think it would be better to not push the jab with the shoulder cuz it telegraphs it more, I only use it when I want a little more strenght in my jabs
I've been boxing for a few months and it seems silly, but the jab has been the most difficult for me to perfect. I've been told I put my elbow out or overturn my hand too soon. Trying, I've been paying special attention to make sure I have more forward movement before initiating the turns. Its harder to get into my muscle memory than any other punch so far.
15 minutes of gold. This channel is pretty impressive🥇
Opo ae se
Teaching is a science AND an art and this dude gets it. Easily the best 1-6 video on the internet.
I went to this channel and this video to help myself from the bullies in my school, so that I can protect myself as a victim of bullying.
No editing BS, just pure teaching. Exactly what I needed to improve my technique. Definitely gonna check out other videos. Cheers from Croatia. ✌️

Damn bro. Just 30 seconds of your jab guide and my jab looked instantly better. Might be the best boxing channel on YT

Sir make video how to apply this punches on punching back
That's cool i like your techniques
I have a question. Do this techniques work for kickboxing?
Dude great video btw. But if my elbow makes a snap or crack sound when I do a jab or a cross, so is that bad?
I've been boxing for a few months and it seems silly, but the jab has been the most difficult for me to perfect. I've been told I put my elbow out or overturn my hand too soon. Trying, I've been paying special attention to make sure I have more forward movement before initiating the turns. Its harder to get into my muscle memory than any other punch so far.
thank you
