I was searching for this receipe. My mother used to make this and we call it tavala dosai. My mom will not powder and sprinkle the moremilagai instead she will put in the tempering. Thank u mami and rakesh for sharing this recipe. Mami I met u at kamaraj memorial hall during the last year kutchery season and took a pic too ❤

My mother used to make this ,we call this as mor adai, we soak all the ingredients in mor and we grind it and will do
Also, i lost u on the first part. So i make a coarse powder n then soak in boiling water rt? U said smthg about adding curds in the first part? Can u explain that?

This is somewhat similar to Thanjavar orrupu adai. I don't understand your language but like to watch your authentic recipe. Somehow figure out what you say by little bit English you speak in between. Thank you to amma and chef for such interesting video. I am very excited to try this recipe myself.
