Thanks, Steve, for trialing these products. I appreciate you giving them some exposure, which with your viewership, could be a game changer for a small startup. Your community-minded approach keeps me coming back to your channel.
I really appreciate you reading the ingredients list. As a diagnosed Celiac, I really have to be quite careful. Knowing before I shop helps tremendously. Thanks.
I've been using GLCBC pasta for a few years now, and it's great for mac & cheese, orzo salads, and rotini pasta salad. The penne is great with Rao's and mozzarella and crumbled sweet Italian sausage for a pasta bake, too!
I just tried the bagels and they are very good. I am most happy about the fact that my blood sugar was 124 1 hour after eating a bagel with cream cheese and 3 scrambled eggs with cheese. I am so happy and will be buying these forever.
Thank you for doing the testing so we don't have to! Lol! Also wanted to pass along a trick for pricking your fingers for blood tests. Instead of your fingers because it really hurts, do your earlobe! It doesn't hurt! The bottom of your earlobe. It'll save your fingers! Trick from Grandma. :)
Im really happy to see the pasta. There are lots of "keto" breads but far fewer commercial pasta alternatives (at least from what Ive seen) and a good mac n cheese could be very useful in the meal planning.
This review made me happy. I hope this company stays in business for a long time and ordering more since the other brands raised glucose levels too much.
I really appreciate you testing this company. I bought a lot from them several years ago and they were awful. Many of the keto companies we awful back then. Looks like they have improved some of their products so i will try them again. Thanks again!
I bought about 50 bucks worth of products yesterday from them based on your video. Shipped already!! Can't wait to see how these are. I have been staying away from low carb stuff but I have been craving a grilled cheese and pb and j. Let's hope I can find some decent sugar free jelly!
ChocZero strawberry jam is wonderful. If you search for any of my ChocZero review videos, there will be a link with a coupon code if you go that route.
@@SeriousKeto Thank you! Will give it a watch. I love their chocolate chips unfortunately, they spike my blood sugar. I think it's the maltodextrin they use. I do better with inulin or chicory root as the fiber. Bodies are so individual and weird how they react to different things.
I hope they take your suggestion to make the bread more of a sourdough - I would definitely buy it! I have a new recipe for keto chocolate ice cream now and would love to add their brownies to it... Edit: They DO make a sourdough bread and lots of others - thanks for the coupon code!

Thanks for your testing. Ive mostly been disappointed in retail keto/lc bread products & these, for me, fall into that category. Best part of your video was the t-shirts!
I've been using the elbow macaroni for a couple years and have used it to make Pasta Fagoli and Hawaiian style macaroni salad. I love it in the Pasta Fagoli and have to really control myself when I make it. It's time for me to order some more. Thank you for the review. I appreciate you and your opinion.
I ordered rye and sour dough. Tonight, I tried the rye with butter on both sides, topped with a cheddar cheese mix and toasted it. It's close to very plain, with a hint of rye, With that, I'm glad I got the rye. it had a lovely, long missed toasty crunch that I enjoyed. Gonna pick up some pastrami, mozzarella, saurkraut and a good mustard for my next sandwich that I miss so much. Thank you for this video, which is a major break through, because from watching all your test videos, i thought i would never buy low carb bread...until now!!!
@Serious Keto in follow up I got some good pastrami and dill havarti cheese at wf, toasted the rye bread with mayo only (I forgot the mustard) and it was a 10! Next night, I had the rye toast with leftover pastrami, provolone cheese melted over saurkraut and mayo...10! I'll follow up with the sourdough bread.
Good to see you finally tested their bread. Been eating their pumpernickel bread for a while. It doesn't have much affect on my blood sugar. Only down side it's not cheap.
Thanks for this video. Thanks also for the coupon. I ordered & received sour dough bread, a vanilla & pumpkin muffin and plain bagels. The muffins and bagels are outstanding, in my opinion. First 'real' tasting bagel in 4 years. The muffins are a treat. The bread reminded me a bit of memory foam in texture. I've made my own bread with that texture and flavor, so will pass on future purchases.
Ty for yet again taking one for the team! You always steer us in the right direction. Question on another subject....your opinion on Chipmonk Bakery potentially adding products containing cane sugar and other non-keto ingredients. Personally, I think there are already enough companies both large and small in that market. While they are free to join, I see it as a distraction away from developing delicious alternatives to these sugar/ high carb laden products.

Thanks for the review of these products, as well as all the others you have reviewed. Your systematic testing and unbiased approach are making you a go-to "keto creator" with both manufacturers and viewers. In my opinion the fact that you are a foodie who happens to use keto adds to your credibility. You take it beyond a dependence on coconut flour, egg white powder, mct oil, and grass fed meat. Taste and texture are important in sticking to any way of eating. If a food doesn't rise to that bar, people won't be satisfied and satiated.
Thanks Steve, I always appreciate the thoughtfulness you put into your reviews. Thinking the bagel might be better as a hamburger bun, then actually using it that way was perfect. You continue to rock!!
Thanks for this review. I have them on my list to try BUT the price for the bagels blew my idea of my fun bun bank. The macaroni, thanks! I may get it!
The pasta gets destroyed if boiled. My trick is to boil the water, turn off, place pasta in it for about 10 minutes. These pastas do great in baked pasta dishes. They do well for batch cooking and freezing 😊 I have tried the breads, but not a fan..😔
Thanks Steve but I will give store bought “keto” products a miss entirely. Branched out trying a few as I reached my goal and quickly put on 6 lbs. will stick on the 20-50 total carbs per day. Hi Steve, I tried their hot dog and hamburger buns. The outer coating was hard to chew through. They told me to microwave it for 15 seconds in a dampened paper towel. Their bread was so hard after toasting it was toasted enough to my liking, I couldn’t chew it.
Been ordering from them for almost a year now.....wasn't crazy about the cookies/muffins, but love the thin pizza crust. Ordered them a few times. Bagels are tiny, but kind of meh. Regular soughdough bread is the bomb!
I have high hopes for their rye bread, my favorite for a cheese sandwich. The low-carb bread and burger buns from Wal-Mart make great French toast and grilled cheese at half the price.
I recently purchased some rye flavoring from King Arthur baking. I need to test it out in some keto bread recipes an chaffles. I miss the taste of rye.
Have you tried Kaizen pasta? Lupin flour, fava bean protein, tapioca starch, and xantham gum. It is great with sauce but not wonderful on their own. Probably ok with cheese.
I love the reviews! I would try these as a treat since I count total carbs and am limited to 20. I want to try the macaroni for certain. I bought Perfect Keto mac n cheese and loved the flavor. Didn't care for the gummy texture and really didn't like the gas pains. I could have powered all of Phoenix with my gas. If this new brand doesn't cause gas then I can make my own cheese sauce. Plus macaroni salad!
I tried their spaghetti, and it was pretty good. After I added sauce and cheese, I couldn't tell it from regular. Plain, the texture was a little odd, but I wasn't going to eat it plain, anyway.

I would just like to see them to something to make their bread/bagel more moist. It's not like they're dry, but something about them just feels like they're absorbing all the moisture in my throat.
Looks like it may be a worthwhile product to try. Did you toast the cut side of the bagel for your burger test? I wonder if that would help the texture. I use the plain Sola bagel for my burgers, and it works quite well.
I did not. And the textural issue I had with these was mostly that as I would swallow, it absolutely dried out my throat. The feeling reminded me of when I used to have acid reflux.
