    I would not say incompetent, but more unwilling to attack their neighbors, friends, and family. Training-wise, I agree that category was the first to be cut to "save money." Most systems rely on communications, and have weak points. Besides on numbers, it wouldn't be close

    And just to be clear, Big Boi really haven't said anything wrong, he just said "If they are responsible". The truth is, it's just very hard to know who is responsible and who is not. Sometimes it's the silent ones, the ones who have families, kids... Some of the time people like THAT go berserk, it's just not a perfect world situation at the moment.

    It's 2023, November and we see clearly why people should be armed. Everything is good until it isn't. Be armed, get trained and get in shape.

      Right your guns in your poorly trained civilian hands is the only thing which keeps in check half your country and a government with jets, destroyers, nuclear missiles, chemical weapons and a fleet of drones. Not to mention a very long list of allies that won't take kindly to you oppressing the millions of Americans who do not agree with you. Sounds like you've got it all figured out sweetheart ;)

    Been there...done that... Am i the only one who finds it comical that instead of trying to work out the problem, people seem to want a war? Trying to tell me that people value the constitution...lol, there is more than just the 2nd amendment to it and to only care about the guns is childish. To go to war would ruin all that has been accomplished since the founding of the country, to set aside differences and work together is a challenge i dare every and all men to try and do that

    Mr. Lakeshow ...to think that just bcuz the government has drones and such ...we would be able to defend ourselves. Tell that to the afghanis and Iraqis.

    "But when a long train of abuses and Unsurpations, pursing invariably the same Object, evinces a Design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their Right, it is their duty to throw off such government and provide new Guards for their future security" The declaration It means that if there is something wrong, those who have ability to take action, should. In this case, not in defense of our 2nd right, but in defense of our society and their obsession with guns, its our job to fix it

  • @reifsneider
    @reifsneider 11 років тому

    See and that is why democracy fails, because people are not willing to sacrifice it only works if the people want it to. Our country is not a democracy, but we do endorse/promote which means we sould have the ability to come to a comprimise like civilized people instead of worrying what only pertains to ourselves. I choose to believe our country is too strong to let outdated guidelines rule our lives in modern society, change happens whether you want it to or not, gun or no gun, life goes on

    what a stupid follow up question after he explained the right to bear arms was put in place for the people to protect themselves from tyrannical government last time I checked the military has these Assault Rifles if you take ours away you take away our competition

    The representatives are elected at the people's discretion and the people have the power to re elect or choose someone new. The government is not stripping it away without our discretion, citizens brought it to the nations eye and the battle is being waged currently, with representatives from both sides. People should have guns, not assault rifles, but they should have access to other types, except gunowners cant seem to keep their guns out of the wrong hands, which in turn cause these incidents

    I have only 4 fundamental questions in my mind.......
    1.Why don't we build a single world governance? Alright, this will be unfair for some developed country citizens, but this will accelerate the human race assimilation and peaceful society. While we live under one national language with different dialects such as English as the national language. And one national currency. Last, Single national safety army or police. Automatically, the benefits of this is leading us no more weapon conflicts, except for separatist movement or terrorists. Peaceful time for humanity and all of us. I know some of us are pretty smart and in the future you are available to make it more efficient than what i just said above.
    2.Why don't people manage their governors with more flexible systems and people could hire or fire the government head and staffs depend on their working performances, whether or not is the performance likely as people wish?
    But basically, anything should be made up without any highly restricted presidential period such now and without the needs of mass demonstration or other mass violence behaviors anymore.
    3.Third question. Why the people should own less power and position than the government? While logically, the people hire the government head and staffs by paying them taxes and many other maintenance fees? If it's about the government could create laws, I think it's unnecessary. Because the people are the one who should have this right to create laws of the public.
    4.Final question. Do we forget about the motto of government of the people, by the people, and for the people??? So, what does it truly mean? I know inside this motto, there will be a very precious meaning for us to learn. But unfortunately, it's not pointing the corrupt human government nowadays.
    I hope in this 21st century, I could get my answer as soon as possible. thanks for everyone who could tell me the answers..

    A stone is a stone and a stick is a stick.You cannot prevent people from doing anything that they want to do. Only compel them by teaching them right from wrong. I believe religion is a great route to solve your "crazy person" dilemma, but surely you see that is slipping away to mythology(in the USA) and right and wrong are at the whim of society itself. I also think religion was written in blood to teach right from wrong because without it, there is chaos. Hands don't kill people, "people" do.

  • @reifsneider

    solution....elect better representatives

  • @reifsneider
    @reifsneider 11 років тому

    Yes intolerant, very might i add....How are my kids protected by law when someone shows up with a gun at their school? or movie theater? The truly lost are those who have forgotten that this country stands for democracy and reasoning, rules written written in blood not only so that you may own a gun, but so one does not need to rely on it to fix their problems. If any of those patriots lived in todays society im sure they would agree that the loss of live is more important than assault rifles

  • @Rensune

    You obviously don't have any service.
    As a veteran let me tell you: Combat Arms makes up a Small fraction of our military, and more importantly, most of our military is incompetent. We have the best tech, but Not the best military (as far as training and standards). We aren't even in the top 10. That means all it takes is few EMPs.

  • @NZIGNANTI
    @NZIGNANTI 11 років тому

    Look, I am not trying to make an enemy with a random N. American, but you just don't seem to comprehend how lucky you are having all the rights you've had since the bill of rights was written. You are in "special" place, a place where the people have representatives in a republic of separate states. If those patriots back then lived now they would never let your current federal gov't get this power hungry or even suggest ripping apart the constitution for any sake, reason, or false flag.

    Your military has nukes, missiles, tanks and an air force. You have NO hope of taking them down this way if the become tyranical.
    Really walk me through it? Who will lead the militia? How will a bunch of civilians with handguns, shot guns and rifles take the USA?

    • @liliththerapper
      @liliththerapper 4 роки тому +1

      It's not that simple. The Government needs American People to be willing to kill citizens. They will most likely use drones. And Assault Rigles are our only chance

  • @rain__man
    @rain__man 11 років тому

    I love this little gun fantasy... Government has nukes and drones, guys. Let's calm down. We lost as soon as technology stepped into the equation. In the old days, sure, Government had the same guns and muskets that the people had. Not anymore, simple as that. And guess who Adam Lanza killed first? His mother, the gun fan who he killed with her OWN guns. I'm just saying though, i still have love for Big Boi

      Did the Taliban have tanks and nukes and drones? And yet it was the longest war Americans had.

  • @reifsneider
    @reifsneider 11 років тому

    Things have been great? i guess we have different opinions on what great is.... The government cannot turn on the people, at this stage in our history something like that would forever shatter the trust between the two, therefore rendering the govt useless. Thomas jefferson said a bunch of shit, people choose what they wish to remember, he wanted men equal but he also owned slaves, so.

  • @reifsneider
    @reifsneider 11 років тому

    im sorry but for you to not even live here and fully understand the rights we have and then proceed to call me ignorant and leave my country, id say thats not trying to make friends either...The thing is, theyre not around, its on us today to make a change, people need to sacrifice their assault rifles so that people can feel safe going to the movies or sending their kids to school, its not about the gun owners, its about everyone else

    This protecting yourself from a tyrannical goverment seems to be main argument for having guns. Problem is that it's we're not in 1776 and it's no longer a level playing field. Today a tyrannical government has access to drones, jets and nuclear weaponry. Plus half to country doesn't agree with you, and the US has many allies.
